I've passed by this place many times and really just wrote it off since it isn't one of the chains…read morethat I like. However, the reviews really changed my mind! I came right before I go onto the GoTrain to Toronto (30 minutes to closing time actually). The place itself is small and a little cramped. It's definitely a grab and go store. I got the Original Tea with tapioca. They use a heavy cream instead of milk. The order came up really fast, although there was only 2 people working and a small line had formed. The tea was smooth and a little foamy. I actually really enjoyed the flavor. The tea flavor was subtle but present. The tapioca was a little too soft but that could be because they didn't make a fresh batch so near the end of the day. The prices were a little higher than I'm used to but worth it for the novelty of drinking with cream. Service deserves all the stars; super friendly and informative. BONUS: They have lactose-free cream if you require it!

Really good boba place! A bit on the sweet side, so make sure you ask for 50% or 25% of sugar if you prefer less sweet. The drinks came out super fast and the service was great. They have four sofa seats with two small tables, so definitely not a sit-down-and-chat kind of place, but the boba is worth it!

For one month within their opening days, they offer their customers 20% off their drinks. Or one can get their special large drink for $4.88. I got their milk tea with three types of toppings. It was definitely a satisfying drink after lunch. The place has four tables to sit at and relax. The washroom is large and clean. No plexiglass as it was an open concept. You see everything. The workers consistently serve and deliver a genuine smile, which truly reflects their passion for their work. Not only that, but the atmosphere and environment are really calm and peaceful; it's my go-to place whenever I feel down or even when I feel cheerful. My friends and I always name-drop, spill tea, and talk about our school life. The drinks are delicious and for a reasonable price, and the waffles don't even get me started on how heavenly it tastes!! i honestly feel like I'm a regular and most of the employees recognize me by now, in my mind i always associate a place with the memories spent in and if the memories aren't well then i pretty much rarely visit but my memories in Kung Fu Tea has been the most warm ever i cherish them so much, that's why i always find myself at Kung Fu Tea with my friends.

Can't say this enough, but it was worth the wait. The workers were very knowledgeable about their teas. The drink itself was amazing! It's a little small inside but also connected to the pet store next door.. so you can explore that while waiting for your drink

I am glad to see more and more bubble tea joints open up in the Oakville area. TRU tea is a little…read moremore south than where I live but they did in fact have an enticing opening special, BOGO! The tea house is along Kerr street, I would actually say the more busy part as there are a few well known restaurants in this area. The parking situation is in fact paid unless you make a visit after 6pm or on Sundays. So I made a visit on a weekday night around 5:30/6pm and they weren't crazy busy but had a decent flow of customers. I do like how visual the drinks are as there are a number of posters showing what each drinks look like. I opted for the recommended drinks which are marked on their menu. I got the lychee dragon fruit green tea as I was trying to avoid the dairy beverages. This choice was yummy and very refreshing! The hubs ordered the mango green tea and he also really liked it. There was a mishap with the ice level but the staff rectified it immediately - great customer service! Did I mention that I made another visit the very next day? I sure did, but tried something different, the Deluxe Purple Yam. I did like it but it was certainly too milky for me
