I got the Original Tea with tapioca. They use a heavy cream instead of milk. The order came up really fast, although there was only 2 people working and a small line had formed. The tea was smooth and a little foamy. I actually really enjoyed the flavor. The tea flavor was subtle but present. The tapioca was a little too soft but that could be because they didn't make a fresh batch so near the end of the day. The prices were a little higher than I'm used to but worth it for the novelty of drinking with cream. Service deserves all the stars; super friendly and informative. BONUS: They have lactose-free cream if you require it!

When I was at checkout, the cashier initially rung it up as a normal order but luckily the manager caught it and had her change it to the special pricing. I was there later in the day, around 5:30pm and noticed that they still had a lot of Bake Code items that were available. At a lot of other locations, it starts looking really empty in the afternoon. My tea was excellent. I like it at the half sugar level. They've started giving out paper straws with their drinks so if you don't prefer these, remember to bring your reusable straw! They do take a bit of force to poke through but just remember to commit to your stab. :)

My companions had the kiwi passion fruit tea, owner warned it was a bit sour so we did it st 20% sugar and the mango slush. I did warn my companions thr mango was not that sweet but it wasn't the locations fault because it's the frozen mango quality available because it's not in season. Victoria, the owner did mention she heard the feedback and has been re formulating the drink but making it with Jasmine tea, allowing the add and control the sugar within. It's just great to see and hear how proactive the owner is to fix and adjust their drink formulation to really match the local taste. Its frankly really refreshing. Definitely a worthy place to stop in, there are now seats available for waiting patrons and the owners are very proactive to tell you about each drink and really work your customize it :) On this visit, I brought a high schooler who was trying to write a project on businesses during pandemic, Victoria was so awesome with supporting our students who really have had the short end of the stick with virtual learning. I actually missed it the first time, but cycled around to see the storefront. I parked along Bronte Road. It's paid parking Monday through Saturday before 6 pm. I found a parking machine, entered my license plate number, specified the time that I wanted, and got my ticket after having paid with my credit card. You don't need to display the ticket on your car's dashboard. I walked into the store. The nice woman there greeted me. I got a jasmine green tea with cheese foam with lychee jelly and a watermelon slush. Both were large sizes. I originally wanted coconut jelly, but the place had run out. The wall art is minimalistic, but cute. I liked that the bubble tea plushie had a mask on! You can get mask chain holders for kids. I stared at them for the longest time until the woman let me know what I was looking at! I paid with a debit card. I slid my card into the card slot and it said that my card had insufficient funds. What?! I then used tap and was good. I tipped, too. She prepared my drinks pretty fast. I thanked her and left with my bubble tea. I immediately had my jasmine green tea with cheese foam. You can specify your sugar and ice levels. I went with no sugar and less ice -- the usual for me. I loved the jasmine green tea. The tea was strong and had lots of flavour. The cheese foam was subtly salty at first, but delightful with the tea. The lychee jelly was perfect. It added sweetness to my drink. I haven't had my watermelon slush yet. It looks pretty. I saw it made with a super powerful blender. I can't wait to try it! This bubble tea place has been open since October 2021. Pretty bold to open shop during a pandemic! I had a great experience. The original bubble waffle is so good! Light and fluffy on then inside and crispy on the outside. A must try! My bubble tea was made to my liking perfect sugar level.
