The staff here is super nice, and the inside is clean and inviting. BUT--let's talk about the parking situation. It's rough. This location is constantly busy due to it being in a strip mall, and to make it even trickier, it's on a one-way street. If you're coming from Ford Road onto Greenfield, making a turnaround is a nightmare. You either have to do a risky U-turn or turn onto a side street after passing the building completely. Honestly, I do think the juice is worth the hassle but...I recently discovered another Vara Juice location that's way easier to access, and I might just drive the extra few minutes for the convenience. Still, this one will always have a special place in my heart since it's where I fell in love with Vara juice.

Ended up at this spot after going through the many many selections in this area. AMBIANCE - while the place itself is pretty big, the seating seems somewhat limited. don't get me wrong, there is probably room for 20-30, but I feel that they could utilize the space better. Also, the place did not have AC, and we visited during a heat wave, so that's unfortunate. SERVICE - the people working the counter were friendly, and answered questions that we might have. We had a bit of a kerfuffle as the price of the items we ordered did not match the (hard) menu prices. They said that the menus were out of date, but since people always asked for a menu, that they used old ones (uhm, what?). They said the actual prices were also reflected in the self-checkout kiosk. (Uhm, ok) MENU - this place almost had too many options. between the smoothies, shakes, specialty drinks, crepes and such, it was enough to give anyone decision paralysis. They also have matcha bowls, acai bowls, and pitaya bowls (not sure what those are). FOOD - I ended up trying the mango tango (mango juice, ice cream and raspberries) while my wife split a lotus crepe with her cousin (lotus = biscoff). the mango tango was good not great and the crepe was super decadent. I feel like I got diabetes just looking at the thing, but my wife and her cousin really seemed to enjoy it. OVERALL - ok. Not coming here on a hot day, but a decent place to grab an after dinner treat. I feel like there are plenty of places in Dearborn that do this, so I feel this is more of a convenience stop vs. an actual destination. CELEBRITY RATING - DJ Khaled

Actually, just friendly in general- some of the most endearing customer service I've experienced in recent times! I was able to sample all their sorbets- so nice- which serve as the bases for their fruit bowls. I went for the peanut butter power smoothie which was pretty yummy and gave me some protein. The other options looked fruitier and probably more up my alley, but I was going for nutritional value. Most of their concoctions seem sweet and fruity- I did notice multiple contain Cain sugar, which probably ensures they taste good even if fruit isn't in season- ha! I'm curious if you can request to order something without it. My favorite is the original vara juice it's a whole layered experience. It starts with coconut at the bottom, then strawberry, followed by--you're going to think it sounds weird--avocado.
