They are the slowest baristas in the area of all the Biggby's I frequent! They appear to be young exhausted teenage girls or highly unmotivated individuals which just doesn't work for a morning shift when people have to rush to work. They will walk so slow you can view it through the drive-through or if you have the patience to try to walk in it's painful to witness how slow they move. There's no sense of urgency and again it is very frustrating when you are on a time constraint no matter how early I leave as this is in my route it never seems to fail. I could be the only car in line and my drink may take up to 10 minutes. Excited to see management help them do better. read more

On my visit today between 11:30-noon. I visited this Biggby location. Service review... 1) I wasn't greeted when I entered the store. 2) instead the cashier/manager, who I don't know addressed me as honey, sweetie, dear, like she was superior. Very condescending. 3) Same cashier act like she couldn't hand me my change or order. Finally coffee in our neighborhood! Welcome Biggby! This location has been open for about a week or so and I'm thrilled! The baristas are friendly and the drinks have been delicious. Few coffee places (including other Biggby locations) can master a dry cappuccino but the folks here have it down and didn't even bat an eye when I ordered. It seems like some of the baristas are still learning but they're doing great and the experienced team member on the shift always seems to be helpful. This Biggby occupies part of what was a Blockbuster, in the small shopping complex anchored by CVS at 9 Mile and Middlebelt. The space is clean, bright and inviting. First, I LOVE mint chocolate chip ice cream, gelato, and shakes. The Mint Chip Creme Freeze the Bigby Coffee employee gave me was nothing but flavored water. There was no thick texture or creaminess! The drink looked beautiful! It looked as if it would taste as delicious (see photos). How in the world could they mess up this drink?!?!? I really wish I had never ordered this and really wanted a refund! I had a coupon to buy one/get one free and had been anxiously awaiting the moment. A friend and I paid over $6 for both drinks despite the fact that one was supposedly free. If we had begun drinking it at the location we would have returned both. Unfortunately, I was halfway home and did not want to turn around. I can't begin to explain the disappointment I felt when I sipped this Mint Chip Creme Freeze. I am too fearful to ever order another drink from Bigby Coffee. If they offer me a free food item to compensate for this disastrous drink, I would return. The Red Bull cream freeze is seven dollars and they can't fully blend that ice chunks throughout the entire drink. Wouldn't even call it a frozen drink definitely a runny cold drink.Can't even use the straw. had to freeze and reblend at home. got two bagel sandwiches that we get ALL the time they literally didn't even use half of a 2 ounce container on the bagels. and couldn't even put a full piece of cheese ominstead of walking back and getting more cream cheese to make my two bagels properly and the two bagels after me properly just decide to be lazy and only use a quarter of a container per bagel when I'm paying five dollars a bagel. they also shouldn't be microwaving their product because you can see the cheese doesn't even look good. I shouldn't have to fix my bagels when I get home they should be made properly the first time. I want everything right. at this point Starbucks is legitimately cheaper, and they actually care about their quality of products. read more

There is nothing wrong with my drinks ,BUTTT the worker was very rude and unprofessional. I normally don't make complaints about things cause I can understand if someone is having a bad day or you guys are very busy and are rushing for that reason, but this is just unacceptable and very unprofessional. I came in on my way home from work Saturday around mid day and I was ordering looking at the menu trying to decide what to get my wife. I normally don't go here so I'm not familiar with the menu. while I'm trying to figure out what to pick for her I can notice the taller black haired guy with tattoos taking my order start to get impatient and mumble under his breath. I listen in to what he was saying, and he says " hurry the F up" back to back. I don't say anything cause I don't wanna cause a scene. so I just get my two drinks and leave. I can assure you though that I will not be coming back and I will be telling my family the same. There is no reason ever that he should be telling customers to hurry the f up. if nothing is done about this guy it really shows how unprofessional Biggby is and how much they value customers. read more

This is my first time here since I'm not from around here. We don't have Biggby in California, so it's nice to have something different than Starbucks. Omg the menu option is a little overwhelming but the coffee is delicious, flavored is better. I ordered the sugar and spiced coffee, comes with hazelnut, cinnamon and caramel with soy milk. It was heaven in my mouth. I definitely recommend the variety of flavored coffee here. I don't think we will get that anywhere else honestly. read more

I have two things to say about this location. They are so friendly, and they are always out of coffee. If you don't have backup carafes, at least have it going when your one carafe gets low. I wait 5 minutes for them to brew coffee every week. So frustrating. Also, beware if you like to order bagels. There is a morning guy like really likes to sneak in garden vegetable cream cheese. I love biggby coffee but everytime I go there they screw something up, unless it's regular coffee. Today I came in and ordered a white lightening with skim they gave me a regular latte. When I asked why they didn't use whip they said that what I ordered didn't come with whip. After I corrected her she disappeared for like 60 seconds came back with what I'm assuming was the same drink with whip on top. I could tell it was the same drink because there was as no flavor in it and it was regular milk not skim. Something similar happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Got to yelp about it! Okay so yesterday I went in for coffee, that was perfection I might add. I used to be a biggby barista so as you can imagine I'm very picky about how my coffee is made. I didn't give instructions on how to make it! Lol . I let there creative juices flow, and it was amazing. I bought 4 drinks in total 3 in which were speciality drinks.
