They kept in contact with me to ensure that they'll have the parts on-hand once I received my rental car and can start repairs asap. Dropped off my car on a Monday and it was ready to go by Friday! I had a fender liner replacement, bumper replacement + paint, and fog light installation. Anything extra that may be needed (such as ordering a new emblem), they contacted me. Cut to last week, ground maintenance at work was using a weed whacker and whacked something at my car, breaking a window. (Sigh) The window I couldn't ignore.
