I came here after using another car wash in Citrus Heights that was honestly pretty terrible. I had paid for a multi-wash pass there, and the difference is night and day. For about $50 more per year, I get the same type of wash here--but with excellent service and a consistently well-done job. What really stands out is that I don't have to point things out or ask for corrections. Yes, they're human and not infallible, but any mistakes are minor and never make me feel like I've wasted my money. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. My vote: this is hands-down the best car wash in the area.

They have a spot in the shade to dry your car in without the sun and never have issues with the machines or payment process. Havent had to wait or had any problems here. Not ghetto or anything like that always a smooth good experience and good pricing! The best part is that you can wash your car yourself and then drive through the car wash area to dry only for a couple dollars or so. Saves time drying and less water spots. I have two black cars and it's tough to keep water spots away. Love this place.

You just give up and go to a better car wash that actually washes the rear part of your vehicle. I canceled my membership and despite repeated emails, not one response. Guess there's a reason I saw the 50% off sign. If you had any customer service, you wouldn't need a discount. I've emailed and called too many times to count. I'm done. Never been so done with any company.

The level of quality on these washes has gone noticeably downhill since Quick Quack came to the area. for the price tag it shot us through the wash in about two minutes. See the photos that show the car still covered in dust and clearly dirty. The $11 car wash at the local Chevron took about 6 minutes and made the car look exponentially cleaner. I think it's safe to say I won't be returning anymore.

Also, the less expensive vacuum has been broken for months. Clearly, the owner/manager does not care about the services offered. And it's impossible to tell how to request a refund because there are no signs indicating how to contact the manager. For not much more money than I spent today, I could have gone to a real car wash.
