He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. One of his colleague showed us examples of work completed by his team. I was skeptical at first because I'm a loyal customer of a well-known auto shop. However, since this business was just starting out and they assured us they would address any issues if we weren't satisfied, we decided to give them a try. We had ceramic PPF installed and tinted windows throughout the vehicle, except for the roof. I'm happy to say that we were absolutely thrilled with the results. They wrapped the film around the edges of the vehicle panels to provide an extra layer of protection and create a seamless look. While I can see some of the PPF edges in certain areas, you really have to look closely to notice them. Another great benefit of the way they installed the PPF is that we can now safely power wash the vehicle -- something we were hesitant to do with our other two vehicles because they weren't wrapped the same way. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the outcome from Vivid Auto Details. Their pricing was excellent, and the turnaround time was reasonable as well. We dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday and picked it up Saturday morning. It was definitely worth the wait! Thanks again, Vivid Auto Details!

Erik and team went beyond my expectations when it came to the work. They also took pictures of the process and progress which I was glad to see because I saw what kind of skills and details went to doing the installation. I had full front PPF, rocker panel PPF, A-Pillar PPF, all around tint and ceramic coating done on my wife's brand new Tesla and my wife was extremely pleased with the work that was done. I had her previous Tesla PPF somewhere else that she wasn't too happy about it but here she was happy (which makes me happy because she would give me a hard time later about it lol.) Overall the process took about three days and we are happy with the results. They took the trim pieces off to wrap the PPF which is how a place should do it, so 10 out of 10 for that. His pricing is also very competitive compared to other places in town. I'll be taking my other cars here now to get worked on.

In all honesty I care about my car and I want it to look good but I'm busy and if I'm not busy I'm tired and lazy. I realized there's probably someone who does mobile car washes. A friend referred me to sponge bro's. I ended up going all out and getting my car detailed. I watched from my room window like a creep to see if they would just slap some soap and water on my car but they actually did it with care as if they were washing their own car. By the end my car was so clean I didn't wanna drive it, I walked around it so many times because I've never seen it that clean. Also the inside was so clean I felt like I was in a brand new car. These guys took good care of my car, and my car was super clean. If you want your car washed/detailed without having to go out and wait in line, hit these guys up.

Michael was responsive and quick, and fit me into his schedule within two days! Unfortunately he happened to come on the one random summer day that we had lightning and thunderstorms but was able to wipe the exterior again before he left. The only thing I needed to provide was an electrical outlet and a spigot, and he brought everything else on his own. He also followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with the results. This isn't something I'd spend on regularly myself but I would definitely use them again to get my car deep cleaned once in a while! Great service and I've already recommended to a few friends.

Luckily we found Tyler through Yelp and he was able to get us scheduled quickly. Dropped off our vehicle and within a few hours we got it back in pristine condition. This car had a lot of dog hair and had scene its fair share of dirt throughout the few years we owned it and Tyler absolutely nailed it. It was as clean as when we bought it! Probably even cleaner! Pretty much instantly he replied, and we agreed that the weather was not going to play nicely with an outside detailing, but he could definitely take care of the inside. I sent him some pictures, and he agreed he could clean it. He had time this week, so I made an appointment and brought it over. We went over the details of the car, with me explaining the spots that had me concerned and he explained to me his process and what he was able to do. It'd be about 3 hours. So off I went. And after 3 hours Tyler informed me he needed another hour - and of course! My car was filthy! And when I got back, I was stunned. The slurpee stain? Gone. Cereal and taco cheese? Gone. But he also understood that the special snowflake stickers on the side of the door? Those needed to stay - else I face the wrath of the screaming toddler. Even the dinosaur sticker on the console - the protective charm my toddler gave me - is still there, without me having to explain. But all the nasty, disgusting dirt? GONE. All in all, I cannot wait to bring my car in to Tyler in the late spring after the weather is done so I can have him go over the outside. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. If your car is looking sad and grungy, bring it to Tyler. He'll make sure your car feels fancy again.
