Zertron came out on time and texted to let me know he had arrived. We met briefly and talked about any areas of concern for me and hopefully that it wouldn't rain while he's trying to provide the service. One of the biggest advantages that I look for is mobile service work. Even on my days off, who wants to deal with getting their car serviced or clean when I could be doing other stuff. Zertron came out and met at my work location. We found a spot where he could situate his work van and be able to work uninterrupted. He offered me a solid by taking before pictures so that I could really see the contrast. I don't feel like he tries to add on anything that isn't needed or requested. We talked about pet hair removal, trunk cleaning, any extra fees or add-ons, etc. Once I review all the photos sent, before and after, will definitely post to show how great of a job he did. My vehicle is a 2018 SUV and no joke, he made it look clean, smells clean, feels clean. I couldn't be happier with a detail project that exceeded my expectations! Unfortunately we needed a quick turn around so we were just hoping to get someone to give it a clean as soon as possible. Luckily we found Tyler through Yelp and he was able to get us scheduled quickly. Dropped off our vehicle and within a few hours we got it back in pristine condition. This car had a lot of dog hair and had scene its fair share of dirt throughout the few years we owned it and Tyler absolutely nailed it. It was as clean as when we bought it! Probably even cleaner! Not only did he do a great job but it didn't break the bank either! I definitely will use him again on our next vehicle and might even make it an annual appointment! Five years of corn…read moredogs, cheese, dog drool and who knows what other accidents, I couldn't spend the new year with my car looking like that. So I contacted Tyler through yelp. Pretty much instantly he replied, and we agreed that the weather was not going to play nicely with an outside detailing, but he could definitely take care of the inside. I sent him some pictures, and he agreed he could clean it. He had time this week, so I made an appointment and brought it over. We went over the details of the car, with me explaining the spots that had me concerned and he explained to me his process and what he was able to do. It'd be about 3 hours. So off I went. And after 3 hours Tyler informed me he needed another hour - and of course! My car was filthy! And when I got back, I was stunned. The slurpee stain? Gone. Cereal and taco cheese? Gone. But he also understood that the special snowflake stickers on the side of the door? Those needed to stay - else I face the wrath of the screaming toddler. Even the dinosaur sticker on the console - the protective charm my toddler gave me - is still there, without me having to explain. But all the nasty, disgusting dirt? GONE. All in all, I cannot wait to bring my car in to Tyler in the late spring after the weather is done so I can have him go over the outside. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. If your car is looking sad and grungy, bring it to Tyler. He'll make sure your car feels fancy again.

He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. One of his colleague showed us examples of work completed by his team. I was skeptical at first because I'm a loyal customer of a well-known auto shop. However, since this business was just starting out and they assured us they would address any issues if we weren't satisfied, we decided to give them a try. We had ceramic PPF installed and tinted windows throughout the vehicle, except for the roof. I'm happy to say that we were absolutely thrilled with the results. They wrapped the film around the edges of the vehicle panels to provide an extra layer of protection and create a seamless look. While I can see some of the PPF edges in certain areas, you really have to look closely to notice them. Another great benefit of the way they installed the PPF is that we can now safely power wash the vehicle -- something we were hesitant to do with our other two vehicles because they weren't wrapped the same way. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the outcome from Vivid Auto Details. Their pricing was excellent, and the turnaround time was reasonable as well. We dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday and picked it up Saturday morning. It was definitely worth the wait! Thanks again, Vivid Auto Details!

I had her previous Tesla PPF somewhere else that she wasn't too happy about it but here she was happy (which makes me happy because she would give me a hard time later about it lol.) Overall the process took about three days and we are happy with the results. They took the trim pieces off to wrap the PPF which is how a place should do it, so 10 out of 10 for that. His pricing is also very competitive compared to other places in town. I'll be taking my other cars here now to get worked on.
