For the price I paid, which was the maximum of their estimate of $200-320, I'm quite disappointed at this oversight. If they hadn't cleaned the trunk, I should've been charged less. I appreciate that this is a mobile service. Overall, the job was completed in a timely fashion and it was done well. I think more transparency with pricing is needed.

The 4Runner received a full interior and exterior detail, and it looks better than it has in years. The interior is spotless, and the exterior had a fresh, clean finish that I honestly wasn't expecting from a vehicle its age. For my GR Corolla, Luis did a hand wash and ceramic coating, and the car came out looking incredible - deep shine, smooth finish, and clearly done with care. As someone unused to having a new car, I feel so much better about the paint protection. Best of all is Luis himself. We met briefly and talked about any areas of concern for me and hopefully that it wouldn't rain while he's trying to provide the service. One of the biggest advantages that I look for is mobile service work. Even on my days off, who wants to deal with getting their car serviced or clean when I could be doing other stuff. Zertron came out and met at my work location. We found a spot where he could situate his work van and be able to work uninterrupted. He offered me a solid by taking before pictures so that I could really see the contrast. I don't feel like he tries to add on anything that isn't needed or requested. We talked about pet hair removal, trunk cleaning, any extra fees or add-ons, etc. Once I review all the photos sent, before and after, will definitely post to show how great of a job he did. My vehicle is a 2018 SUV and no joke, he made it look clean, smells clean, feels clean. I couldn't be happier with a detail project that exceeded my expectations! I had a very concerning experience at this car wash…read more While my vehicle was in their care, an employee driving it collided with another parked car on-site. I was told at the time that the company would take responsibility, but communication afterward was inconsistent, including unreturned calls and delays in providing information. I was also put in a position where I had to sign for repairs and risk being financially responsible if the business did not follow through, which led me to file a claim with my insurance to protect myself. As a smaller point, but still telling, there was no effort to refund the service or offer any goodwill gesture after the incident. Overall, this was a stressful and time-consuming situation that could have been handled much more professionally. I recommend getting everything in writing and understanding how incidents are handled before leaving your vehicle with them.

They also took pictures of the process and progress which I was glad to see because I saw what kind of skills and details went to doing the installation. I had full front PPF, rocker panel PPF, A-Pillar PPF, all around tint and ceramic coating done on my wife's brand new Tesla and my wife was extremely pleased with the work that was done. I had her previous Tesla PPF somewhere else that she wasn't too happy about it but here she was happy (which makes me happy because she would give me a hard time later about it lol.) Overall the process took about three days and we are happy with the results. They took the trim pieces off to wrap the PPF which is how a place should do it, so 10 out of 10 for that.
