We met briefly and talked about any areas of concern for me and hopefully that it wouldn't rain while he's trying to provide the service. One of the biggest advantages that I look for is mobile service work. Even on my days off, who wants to deal with getting their car serviced or clean when I could be doing other stuff. Zertron came out and met at my work location. We found a spot where he could situate his work van and be able to work uninterrupted. He offered me a solid by taking before pictures so that I could really see the contrast. I don't feel like he tries to add on anything that isn't needed or requested. We talked about pet hair removal, trunk cleaning, any extra fees or add-ons, etc. Once I review all the photos sent, before and after, will definitely post to show how great of a job he did. My vehicle is a 2018 SUV and no joke, he made it look clean, smells clean, feels clean. I couldn't be happier with a detail project that exceeded my expectations! However, Zertron proved me wrong in the best way possible. He worked his magic and completely removed all the hard water spots and had me speechless! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. One of his colleague showed us examples of work completed by his team. I was skeptical at first because I'm a loyal customer of a well-known auto shop. However, since this business was just starting out and they assured us they would address any issues if we weren't satisfied, we decided to give them a try. We had ceramic PPF installed and tinted windows throughout the vehicle, except for the roof. I'm happy to say that we were absolutely thrilled with the results. They wrapped the film around the edges of the vehicle panels to provide an extra layer of protection and create a seamless look. While I can see some of the PPF edges in certain areas, you really have to look closely to notice them. Another great benefit of the way they installed the PPF is that we can now safely power wash the vehicle -- something we were hesitant to do with our other two vehicles because they weren't wrapped the same way. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the outcome from Vivid Auto Details. Their pricing was excellent, and the turnaround time was reasonable as well. We dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday and picked it up Saturday morning. It was definitely worth the wait! Thanks again, Vivid Auto Details!

Erik and team went beyond my expectations when it came to the work. They also took pictures of the process and progress which I was glad to see because I saw what kind of skills and details went to doing the installation. I had full front PPF, rocker panel PPF, A-Pillar PPF, all around tint and ceramic coating done on my wife's brand new Tesla and my wife was extremely pleased with the work that was done. I had her previous Tesla PPF somewhere else that she wasn't too happy about it but here she was happy (which makes me happy because she would give me a hard time later about it lol.) Overall the process took about three days and we are happy with the results. They took the trim pieces off to wrap the PPF which is how a place should do it, so 10 out of 10 for that. His pricing is also very competitive compared to other places in town. I'll be taking my other cars here now to get worked on.

I tried working on it myself but it was actually quite a stubborn stain and add to the years of children abusing my backseat it was time to pull the trigger. We found obi on Yelp and were glad to find someone who did such an awesome job. While obi might not have a commercial shop, he delivered pro quality results similar to those I've seen from those large commercial shop. To add to the quality of his service, his communication was also top-notch. When we had advised him about the pet urine, was honest about depending on the stain we might want to seek out other services but his candor really made me decide to stick with him. In this case, we only had our interior cleaned but any evidence of pet stains or children's messy hands were non existence. The car felt brand new and he cleaned up the exact issues we had with the car. In all honesty I care about my car and I want it to look good but I'm busy and if I'm not busy I'm tired and lazy. I realized there's probably someone who does mobile car washes. A friend referred me to sponge bro's. I ended up going all out and getting my car detailed. I watched from my room window like a creep to see if they would just slap some soap and water on my car but they actually did it with care as if they were washing their own car. By the end my car was so clean I didn't wanna drive it, I walked around it so many times because I've never seen it that clean. Also the inside was so clean I felt like I was in a brand new car. These guys took good care of my car, and my car was super clean. If you want your car washed/detailed without having to go out and wait in line, hit these guys up.
