I personally don't come here after damage my received at the Elk Grove/Calvine location, that they refused to cover due to the age of my car. Which means I was stuck payong for the repairs. This time through, we were washing our newer Telsa without an issue in the cycle. There was however some issue with the track system we were on, as at one point when we were to turn the vehicle once on the track. We heard a loud thud type sound. As one of our wears actually popped slightly off track and came slamming back down into the system. It was so loud actually that I had to get out after and check our rim to make sure there wasn't any damage.

But this time someone told me this spot was the place. No No No $79 car wash to not get good results. In my town a 49 car wash gets me a good wash, dry, tire dressing and wipe down inside and out of my truck including all doors and floors inside my truck this time nope not even a wipe. This is disappointing my fault I should have just done it myself and saved my $89 because I even left a tip. Will never go here again. I'm in the other side of town got of work and did not feel like going all the way across town.

Be Aware of your trip here…read more I went in for a detail as a brand new customer. The detail was a wash and carpet cleaning, light interior wipe down and no seats touched. paid $110 This was steep compared to the place I usually go and get full service for $120, which includes exterior wash, interior thorough cleaning, carpets washed and my leather seats wiped down and treated. I fully regret not going to my usual spot but I wanted to give a local Elk Grove business an opportunity. Went went wrong, the exterior was washed and dried to my expectations but the interior was still not fully cleaned and I had an issue with the carpet smelling even after leaving all my windows down. They were nice enough to have me go back and cleaned it again. There is a miss with the service you get here even though they are busy. I will never go back, there is room for another wash and detail spot in Elk Grove 1,000 %.

Pull up to the gate, the camera scan your license plate and in you go into the car wash which usually takes about 5 minutes. The only problem with this location is the amount of vacuum stations. There's a whole different crew in here than I've seen before, but I am really happy with them from start to finish. That's thanks to Rafael, who was really scheduled for his break, but decided to cut into it by helping me first, while Gabriel was attending to another customer. I didn't even mind waiting, because Gabriel was so nice, but Rafael was awesome. I almost waited til I had time to take it out to Roseville Infiniti, where I would need to go for any warranty related service, but I am so glad I came here instead. I am very pleased with this crew, and I've purchased and serviced many cars here since this placed opened. I especially can't wait to get my car washed through the free car wash. I do wish that they still offered to vacuum and wash the car for us with our service because I'm 73 this year, and have health issues that makes it very difficult for me. The waiting area is comfortable, and they have a vending machine now, with snacks and special drinks, even though the service does not require a long wait. Looks like coffee and a water dispenser is provided for customers. I was in and out in no time! Thank you Rafael and Gabriel!

They almost always have my favorite watermelon sugar-free Red Bull in stock, which honestly already puts them ahead of a lot of other gas stations. They carry a bunch of options I don't usually see at typical convenience stores, so it actually feels worth popping in instead of just grabbing the same things everywhere else. The store is clean, easy to get in and out of, and exactly what you want when you're making a quick stop during a busy day. Sometimes you just need caffeine and snacks without complications -- and this place delivers. Final verdict: absolutely worth it.
