We were greeted with a smile, offered a refreshment, and were allowed time just to explore. Once we were ready for a tour of a vehicle the front desk assigned a salesperson. Negotiations for our MDX was actually fun. Our salesperson had a good understanding of our wants and needs. Once we accepted the deal we were sent to the "Business office". In the past we did not look forward with dealing with a dealership business office. Our experience with this business office was pleasant. They took the time and made out new car purchase deal "Come True". Thanks again !!!

-ONE STAR - TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - SCAMERS. I…read moreinitially brought my 2019 Acura RDX in because it would not start and shared the P0657 code retrieved from an OBD-II reader. I approved the BCM replacement based on the diagnosis and recommendation provided. they also tried to replace the battery at $500. Unfortunately, that repair did not resolve the starting issue, and I was subsequently advised that an engine harness replacement would be required at a substantial additional cost. $12,000- and even then they would not guarantee that the vehicle would be fixed! then they asked if I would like to buy a new vehicle from them. said they would give me a trade value of less than half of market value. even had the sales department call me.I then had the vehicle towed and inspected by an independent mechanic, who advised that he located and repaired a wiring fault in approximately 25 minutes for $300, after which the vehicle started. He also indicated verbally that the proposed harness replacement would not have addressed the fault he found. his written findings and technician notes I already have the dealership's diagnostic report and technician findings. i was hoping the investigation can help clarify how the BCM and engine harness recommendations were reached and why the wiring fault wasn't identified. I also wanted to bring forward the condition in which my vehicle was returned. The air duct/cowl was left on the passenger seat, the air box was loose, and a bolt was missing. For context, the expenses I incurred throughout this process were: * Acura repairs and labour: $1,411 (reduced price from original) * Independent diagnosis and repair: $300 * Rental vehicle for two weeks: $780 * Total: $2,491 This has been a stressful experience and a significant financial expense

Service, on the other hand, was a terrible experience. Took my car in for just an oil change, and I was specific about just an oil change, but the junior tech took my sports car on a hard joy ride captured on my dashcam. I complained but instead of apologizing like a properly managed company they stated that since I signed the work order I agreed to allow a test drive, written there in a tiny font at the bottom of the agreement. A test drive on just an oil change? Never heard of that before. What did they hope to find? Do they do test drives for all vehicles that have just an oil change or is it just for sports cars the junior tech wants to take for a joy ride? Funny how they never ever took my wife's Toyota SUV on a test drive after any of her oil changes. Not once. I asked the manager what they hoped to accomplish by taking my car for a "test drive" after just an oil change and he stated to check the oil level after warming the engine. Thing is they never checked the oil after the drive so that argument didn't work, and it isn't standard procedure. How did I know? Dashcam! The whole thing's on video. The junior tech floored it going up 112th Ave NW and nearly clipped some parked cars as he recklessly took the last corner into the dealership. I gave them ample opportunity to apologize, and that is such an easy thing to do. Something like "Hey Mr Customer. Sorry about that. We'll talk to the junior tech and ensure it won't happen again. Accept our deepest apologies". That all it would have taken. In fact that's all I expected. Instead this not-service-orientated "service" manager chose the path of blaming me, the customer and refused to apologize. Was the Junior tech a relative or something? After I supplied the video as they requested, a video that demonstrates how hard and recklessly the junior tech drove my car, they then ghosted me. Worst and most irresponsible service I have ever dealt with for any company. Very anti-customer. Horrible after-sales service that alienated me from the company that I once completely trusted. Lost all my respect for this company. They chose to not apologize for careless and disrespectful handling of my vehicle. Sales 101: apologize and promise to do better. They must have skipped that important lesson. Lost a lot of future sales. My immediate family has since purchased 4 new vehicles and 1 used vehicle, roughly one a year, from other nearby dealers. Sold our Toyota. Told my brother to avoid them and he's 2 vehicles from someone else. The service department is an important part of a car dealership. In contrast to the great sales experience was the very poor service experience. Avoid these clowns. There are plenty of better dealers out there.

Where to start?? I do my own winter tires every year. I…read morehave two sets of rims and a big garage. Ran in to a strange situation where my two front tires on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee somehow got crazy over torqued. Past 250. I could not loosen them with my 24 inch arm bar. Drove to the dealership and explained what was going on. They took it in the shop and using a bigger arm bar, and some extra muscle, got them moving. They never actually took them off. They then retorqued to 130, the recommended tightness, so I could safely drive home. Thank you! These lug nuts were after market but purchased from Big Four as well when I bought the vehicle. Got home and attempt #2 to get my winters on went sideways again. At least 8 out of 10 lug nuts on the front two tires were actually ripped in half with only the flanged, last one 8th of the nut (about a quarter of an inch) holding the rims on the car. Back to the dealer. I expected there to be a fairly big issue in asking them to take responsibility for what I felt had to be their error. There was a lot of hesitation on their end admitting responsibility for sure. I knew I could not have done the over torquing myself but Big Four Motors claimed to have not done the last tire rotation which I had purchased with an oil change package from them. They said that rotating would have actually been detrimental to the tire wear and tear at that time. It was decided that I would leave the car with them to figure out next steps and they set me up with a loaner. Again Thank you! They tried using an extractor kit to remove the remaining 8, or possibly all 10 broken lug nuts. Did not work. No grip. Told me they were going to try and drill them out the next day. This was done and the tires were finally off the car. Some minor damage done to the rims but they were sent out for repair. The winters which I had thrown in the vehicle were now on. All ten lugs had to be replaced on the front two wheel assemblies. A complete new set of lug nuts for all four tires was now on the vehicle as well. I asked if they could do the oil change which was due in the next 300-400 KM's and they abliged that request as well. While they had my car, I speculated over and over again as to how much I was going to be charged for everything. I am on a retirement income so unexpected bills can be difficult to deal with at times. Told friends and family what I was going through and all thought that I was likely going to have to pay, at a minimum, for all the parts and that likely they would either give me a reduced rate on the labour, or perhaps reduce the amount of hours that I was to be charged for. I believe it was likely a long and arduous process to get those rims off the car. When I got the call saying the car was ready and that there was absolutely nothing owing for parts or labour, I was ecstatic to say the least. I believe this is the first time I have ever dealt with a dealership that fully owned a situation and did very right by their customer. Kudos to BIG FOUR MOTORS and Service Manager Brian Reed for reaffirming my faith in North American made vehicles and companies!! Final Thank You!! I feel I at least owe them this review!! ...and I look forward to getting another Jeep from you in the future.
