A team of 2 electricians showed up to look over what needed to be done to install a new 220 line for a new electric clothes dryer. They left saying that the owner (Fred) would get back with a quote the next day. Two days later nothing. I called and spoke to a lady in ther office who was surprised that we hadn't heard anythong back and said she would page him immediately. Two days later, still cricketts. A call to their office got the same incredulous response from the same lady. Two days later, still nothing. A call to Jarvis got us nowhere as well. Bottom line, every contractor has its issues. In this case, when even the company's own staff doesn't have an answer, that should raise red flags to start with. The lady in the office couldn't resolve the issue. The sales people at Jarvis couldn't resolve the issue. I suggest you find someone else to do your electric work. They might be very good electricians, but customer service ALWAYS makes or breaks a company's reputation, hence my writing this review.

Mike and his team are extremely unprofessional: a regular seasonal oil furnace tune-up turn into a situation that that the system is not working for both cooling and heating, for a week in May when the temperature went as high as 93, and as low as 44. Both cooling and heating worked just fine before the "tune-up". It is a rental property (and Mike knows it beforehand). I received zero phone call and communication from them after they left the "tune-up", with both cooling and heating off. I only knew about it later when the tenant complained to me, on a 93-degree day without cooling. Called Mike multiple times, who said he's on another job, because "everyone wants cooling" - hey, not that I want you back, you folks are the one who left my cooling off on a 93-degree day. They finally came back to fix the cooling later, but left AGAIN without fixing the heating, and the worst part is they left the panel of the furnace opened, and the high-pressure oil pipe loosed!!! This could easily be a hazard and lawsuit, especially my tenant has young kids (and I now know all these as I eventually have to call in another technician to come and fix everything). Again, no phone call, no communication to me after they left this second time, and again I only know this after the tenant messaged me. This time, Mike refused to answer any phone call, voice mail, text messages for multiple days - took things apart and disappear, GONE, just like that.

We called 4 other plumbers and either they couldn't do it, didn't work Sundays, or just didn't respond at all. We found Dalelis on a finding service and saw they were close by, so we called and James picked up and said he could be there in about half an hour. James does what he says he will do. He came in when he said he would and had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes. While he was working, he'd noticed our heating system was ancient and offered to look at it. He told us the one he would recommend and why, and gave us a quote right then on a high efficiency replacement. We'd had several quotes on the job and we knew James' price was very good, and it didn't change after he quoted it. We scheduled the job and we're still admiring the work he and his crew did. The replacement was a work of art, done on time and has been running perfectly ever since. (All the copper was polished ). We have already recommended Dalelis Plumbing to some relatives and friends and those that have needed work have all been very happy.
