Finally a manager or someone spoke to them. I do not appreciate being profiled based on what look like and what I'm wearing. I work in retail and this is completely inappropriate. But as an Ulta member and as I have an Ulta credit card I also find myself questioning why I even shop at Ulta. Every time it is an unwelcoming environment while I'm just trying to run my errands.
