Dear Pavel and company, Thank you so much for helping us yesterday move our entire home to the next. The experience was good, easy, and relaxing. You were all friendly, understanding, honest, industrious, and polite. All your good traits made us feel embarrassed because we never saw you guys feeling tired when me and my husband cannot help but feel tired and grumpy. Your team was very respectful of our stuffs. You took care of even our non-valuable stuff. You would always ask us politely where to put every little piece of bag, luggage, box, and most especially our more than 100 babies (plants!!!). We cannot thank you enough, and words are not good enough to show our appreciation. We will not have second thoughts to recommend you to people we know who will look for the best movers in town! Also, thank you to your manager, Anna. She was very proactive from the very beginning of our inquiry. She's very responsive, upfront, and so so so nice too. Guys, you did an overterrific job! Ali and Ela did a great job moving! Very persistent and patient with the direction. However a bit of language barrier, sometimes unable to understand fully so a bit of problem with communication. They weren't able to dissemble the bed so had to dump the bed.

Edit to my original review: The original review was written because they asked me to leave it before they left so they could take a picture. I was happy with how fast they worked so I didn't mind to do it but after unpacking and settling in to my new place I unfortunately had some damages. My cement coffee table is chipped and my wine glasses that were in a box labeled FRAGILE were completely smashed. I would give them 5 stars for quickness but unfortunately my items were not handled with care. Really nice guys though. Ali Aibek did an amazing job with his brother helping me pack and move everything for a last minute move that needed to be done in one day. They both moved as fast as they could to get the job done

Nick, Arman, and Dos helped me with my move out from an apartment into a storage unit and they were incredibly friendly and helpful and made sure everything was packed away. They were very thorough and at the price they were at, I would recommend anyone looking for movers to use Kuat. Very quick and responsive and they were able to accommodate my move within the week.

I spoke with Lisa a few weeks ago and she helped arrange my moving date. She was very responsive, answered my questions clearly and confirmed her team would be at my house by 10am. Their team arrived at about 9:30am. I showed them everything I needed moved and they began working at 9:45am! THEY WERE SO EFFICIENT!! They wrapped my furniture very nicely and the move couldn't have gone any better. I always wonder what the cost is when I go looking on Yelp and I usually see people just say, "good price," " price was fair," "price was very reasonable," but that does me no good so here's my breakdown if you're interested... My total cost was $690.25. That included the two gentleman that were awesome and worked very hard, a $150 fee for a lot of stairs (I moved out of a three story home), and I tipped about $110. They moved my king bed and frame and box spring, a 3-seater couch, two living room chairs, a work out machine, a lot of garage items boxes, several wardrobe boxes, and other little things. They did that all in less than 4 hours. Fast team, no hidden fees, friendly and trustworthy. Thank you!! read more

They were the most affordable of all the quotes I got, and they were very communicative. I feel I was misled by all the five star reviews on this yelp page. Reading through them now it seems as though many people were asked to leave a five star review and a picture and some people have gone back to edit their review with less than five stars. The guys who moved us were very friendly and they worked really hard. Anna, who coordinated the movers was prompt in her response. However, they couldn't get through all of the requested tasks in one day, which is actually OK. I just noticed they weren't working efficiently and I think if we had had more seasoned movers, we could've gone through much more for what we paid. They also emptied out many of the boxes into piles on our floor so they could reuse the boxes for their next project. They did not clean their trash as mentioned when I signed up for the service, but it wasn't very much. They also did not assemble much of the furniture. My husband had to help because they were breaking one of the beds that they were trying to put back together. One of them also left their watch and I tried to coordinate him picking it up, but hisphone number weirdly was shut off. I reached out to Anna again and have not heard back. It's giving me weird vibes. They also have an item of ours and have yet to return it. I'm giving three stars because they did move the bulk of the items and were very nice the day of the service. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! By far the worst moving…read moreexperience of my life. This company was subcontracted by American van lines to fulfil our contract with AVL. To make a very long story short, we were verbally promised delivery within 7-10 days, latest was July 10th, of the pick up date. That did not happen. They even blew past the 20 day delivery window in the contract. Our delivery did not show up until July 27th. All the while we were receiving harassing texts demanding the rest of the payment or else they would turn around. And when the truck did finally arrive, only the driver was present to unload it. We paid for loading and unloading services and were basically left on own with the driver to unload. I have a physical disability and was unable to help, so my partner bore the burden of five grueling hours of unloading a 26 foot moving truck with the driver. We contacted the company after an hour or two passes and still no other movers arrived and were told that, in fact, they WERE there! They even argued with us saying that the movers confirmed they would be there in 45 minutes, 2 hours ago. And yet. No movers. Also the driver used a slur in front of my partner and I about a group of people that I belong to. Absolutely disgusting.

Oscar and Nick texted me when they were 30 minutes away, showed up on time, were friendly, worked quick, and were careful with my belongings. I moved out of a 4th floor apartment into a 2nd floor walk up. They were also able to disassemble my wood bedframe and put it back together for me in my new place and also lifted my heavy dresser up the stairs. I planned on keeping the car in storage for 2 months, and they were flexible with me on arranging when to drop it off. I ended up having to drop the car off 3 weeks earlier than expected and it was not a problem. When I dropped off the car, Alex and Alan were super assertive in explaining how the car would be stored. I also ended up picking up the car earlier than expected and they had my car ready within the hour and I got to keep the car cover and battery tender I bought for next time. I also liked the fact that Stephanie kept my contract open in the event I needed to bring the car back, she was so accommodating. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this service again !!!

Moving can be a nerve-wracking, stressful experience, but if you get a great mover a lot of that can be alleviated. When I found Movers Pro through yelp suggested quote request(really great feature by yelp) they had only a single recommended review on yelp, but I took the chance as I also wanted to support a women owned company. Aigul was responsive in answering all my questions via Yelp chat. I preferred the chat than on phone as everything was in writing. We agreed on a date and they gave me a window between 8.00 - 10.00 AM. Their office was in downtown Los Angeles where as I was located in South OC, so it was a bit far out but Aigul promised they would arrive within the window. A week before the move I pinged on yelp and checked and everything was good to go. She mentioned that 2 days before move she would call and let me know their Foreman's contact details. After that until the day of the move I did not hear from them and I pinged on yelp and within 10 minutes they called back letting me know that they were on their way. They arrived by 9.45 AM with a big truck and 3 guys. They were hard working, disassembled our beds, wrapped all our dressers in protectors and by afternoon we were fully loaded into the truck. The move was finally done by 5.00 PM. The guys were courteous, hardworking and respectful. We were very happy with Movers Pro. I would like to Thank Aidar(Foreman), Antonio and Tomas for their service. The only improvement I can add to Movers Pro service is if you had called 2 days before and provided your Foreman's contact details and confirmed everything, it would have been really great. This would have ensured that you are proactive, on top of things and would have put my mind at ease. read more

EXCELLENT service! They were incredibly communicative for our cross country move. The company called me shortly after booking with Uhaul to confirm the details and I received a text weeks prior to inform me about the delivery window. This allowed me to book my flight to fly in and let them into the storage unit. There was a tiny snag with Uhaul because they didn't share the address to pick up the Ubox with the movers, but the moving company let me know what was going on, took care of it all by themselves, and still arrived in the service window to move the items. I didn't even need to supervise. They were so friendly and professional. I just let them into the storage unit and went to a local coffee shop. When the items arrived, they were in pristine condition! I have a TON of glass wares and decor items. I expected to get a ubox full of glass shards at delivery, but not a single item was broken. They'd carefully wrapped each thing and secured it in the Ubox. You can tell they really care about their customers. Easiest cross country move in my life! Nurlykhan and Assan were very helpful with my move today. We had two locations (a small storage unit and a one bedroom/studio) to move into my new one bedroom apartment, and these two handled it pretty well. It turned out to be a bit more than they expected and they informed me that their supervisor probably should have recommended it as a three-man job, but after a few breaks and pushing through some light rain, the job got done in about 5 hours total, which was about 7 hours after the start of the arrival window in the morning (traffic from Los Angeles to Orange County gave them a slightly late start). Unfortunately, a small part on my fridge disappeared somewhere between the second location and my new apartment, but I think that it may have just fallen out as things were being moved around; I expect that I'll find it when I go back to clean up the old apartment. California is experiencing a historic tropic storm/hurricane today and despite this, Nurkhan and Baha provided excellent service! They were punctual, communicative, and fast moving. The rain slowed us down a bit, but it was not noticeable. They were able to move us from one upstairs unit to another--10 miles apart--in less than 7 hours (not including driving in a storm).
