The woman behind the counter jumped through all kinds of hoops to facilitate my request. At the same time her back-up was at the register. When the photo enlargement was accepted by the photo system, I ws advised by the computer to return in 30 minutes to pick up the photo. By this time, the two women switched places. When the original woman assisted with a different purchase, I remarked that I would see her after I had some dinner. She queried why I didn't already have my photo, she expedited the processing. The woman formerly at the register rushed back to the photo department to facilitate the printing. I had my enlargement. Both women demonstrated exceptional customer service and knowledge of their jobs. Thank you.

A kind vendor that overheard what happened offered me packing materials. There's not even a way to change the store to somewhere else so I have to ship here. I Walk to a store down the street who also doesn't sell the right size box. The worker at the other store very kindly offered me an inventory box and I got packaging from the kind vendor. ... would've taken the Walgreens employee 30 seconds to help me and no cost to the company to help me out. They have one pharmacist say one thing then the other pharmacist comes on shit and says another. They are constantly out of stock for medicine. They claim it's due to shortages but funny how all other pharmacies have it in stock. Last month they wouldn't fill my anxiety meds because "it hasn't been 30 days" I had to remind them that I only have a 30 day supply and there had been 31 days in the previous month. They filled it thankfully. As a patient, I trust a pharmacy to give me my medications that my physician prescribes to me, for good reasons . They try to act like doctors!! I switched back to CVS this week. I'm done with this. I hate when pharmacists make me feel like crap for taking medications! And if you're out of stock, warn your patients.

I am surprised that ANYONE uses this horrible pharmacy. My pharmacy sent them my prescriptions and had proof they sent them and they lied and said they never got them so now I will have to wait 5 days to get my meds because they are incompetent. I can't wait to get my medication so I never have to deal with a Wallgreens pharmacy ever again. They have a fully painted parking lot, which is something I've never seen, bars preventing large vehicles from entering, and the architecture of the building itself is out there. I have only been almost squished about 3 times in the last 10 years. Not bad for Reno. CONVENIENCE: They are no longer open 24 Hours. The Pharmacy window is only open 9:00am to 8pm with a half hour closure for lunch. The rest of the store still cares a huge collection of stuff. Items that apparently are "shoplifting magnets" ie most beauty products are now in locked shelves. ATMOSPHERE There seem to be fewer "dodgy" patrons than in the past. Shelves are better displayed and don't seem as cramed. It is clean and well lit. SERVICE: Still pretty slow, and staff has been drastically reduced. I have had no problems with either the pharmacy or the front checkout, it just takes a while. On the plus side, staff are friendly and professional. My insurance no longer covers prescriptions from Walgreens. I just learned that Walgreens is not affiliated with the large third-party Pharmacy Benefit Manager. So the convenience and location have been major factors in me continuing to shop here.

The 2 workers were super nice- they had my prescription ready literally in 5 mins after it was received. Also the pharmacist was super helpful and told me how to take it so that it absorbs better. To contrast, last time I got this medication at Walmart it was a horrible experience. The walmart pharmacy took over 20 minutes even though there was no one else there (I think the pharmacist did it on purpose). She also did NOT give me the absorption advice (even though it was my first time getting this medication). Even though Walmart is a few blocks closer to me, I think I will switch to Walgreens! These workers had a good attitude and were very efficient AND wore their face masks (unlike some other questionable places).

When they mess up your prescriptions (and they will), it's a (bare minimum) half an hour wait to talk to someone on the phone- and usually is over 45 minutes. The lines in the store to pick up prescriptions are down the aisles (multiple) and the drive through is just as bad. Plan on an hour for a pick up. I have a prescription that was sent 7 days ago that shows as in process STILL. I ran out 5 days ago. That is the norm for this pharmacy. AVOID this place at all costs. They are the absolute worst. I just transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy 20 miles further away so I can actually call, ask questions, and get my prescriptions on time. I just want a functional pharmacy. Walgreens lost my business, period. They've had plenty of time to fix that store but do nothing but let their customers suffer.
