    Picking up our meds

Honestly, it's really nice to have a drive-thru pharmacy specially when you have little ones to tag along. Staff here are nice and approachable. Never had a problem with any of our prescriptions even when I went inside to pick up. They still follow social distancing inside the pharmacy section. With Walgreens, you can download their app and select your choice of pick up or have it delivered to your home for free. And you can get a reminder through text message as well if your prescription is ready to be filled or if there's any issues with refilling.

I came in to drop-off a package to be shipped. I don't have a printer. So, I decided to print out the Shipping label via photo service. Went back after doing some errands. Delma, assisted me to get the printed shipping label photo. She went the extra mile and tape it for me instead of me buying it at their store, which I didn't mind at all. I really appreciate how professional, patient, understanding and kind she was to me. The world needs more of that nowadays! Thank you for hiring Delma! She made my day a little easier for me today. Thank you very much and I appreciate so you much Ms. Delma! You did an amazing job doing extra mile towards your customer! Keep up the the great job!

Here's the receipt where it shows clearly it's an printing error.

This walgreens unbelievably has no customer service. The lady that said she was the manager did not want to do her job. Here's why. I came in to return some products my boyfriend had bought by mistake. He bought me shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that I cannot use. I have blonde hair so I'm picky. I need the purple kind. So anyways he bought it at a different store and this is where I was trying to return it. I brought it in with my receipt was being helped by a older lady. She tried scanning it, it didnt scan. Then she entered it manually but bcuz she couldnt read the numbers she couldnt pull up my receipt. I told her the numbers are also at the bottom of the receipt but bcuz a long line was forming she called over this manager chick with long blonde hair to help. She didnt even wanna try entering it into the system. She just flat out said no. First of all the receipt is eligible due to the printer not printing right. So I call corporate. They said it would be looked into but that would be a managers decision weather shed do the return or not. So I let her know what they said and by this time I know shes not gonna do it bcuz shed look dumb if she did after all that bull shit she was talking. But she did say I'd give u store credit. Store credit TF r u kidding me. First of all I'm not from here so no im not going back to that store who knows where the hell it was and also I'm not driving. I walked here from my hotel. In Las Vegas walgreens is my go to spot. I love it. I never once had a problem like this. Also why would a regular employee be able to do it but u cant? R u telling me your employee has an override more than u? And if not who's training her? Bcuz obviously they showed her how to do a return like this. If this B.... dont want to help customers with what shes paid to do she needs to find another hobby. Also if she cannot handle the pressure of an unsatisfied customer at a busy time she definitelt shouldnt be a manager. Her customer service skills lacks as if shes a newbie scared of a rush.

The pharmacy is always understaffed and waits in line routinely take 30 minutes. It's easier to drive to a better Walgreens.

Went here late at night to get as much over the counter drugs I could buy to make this sickness more manageable.

I'm not interested in hunting forever to find the proper pages on Yelp, so hoping this FTR wasn't someone else's coveted dream. Add it to my CVS receipt list of yelp oopsies. We stopped here Sunday in order to fill up on more wallet draining gas before leaving for California, where gas costs even more on average. The price was a staunch $5.99 (cash) per each gallon here, as seen in the one terrible picture I took through a dirty windshield. As Dave began the arduous task of wiping the windows I went in to buy some gas at the cash price and provisions for the long, grueling journey over the Sierra Nevadas. You don't need me to tell you what might happen if you don't pack enough fountain soda and original flavor bugles just in case... Half of the soda flavors were not working at the machine, and another of the supposedly working ones I chose came out all watery. Thankfully I was able to find a working flavor and was happy to find they had the ice of smol crushed variety. After selecting my snack I went to the register to pay and found the employee friendly enough. This location seemed decently clean, though I did not use the bathroom. Once outside, I noticed Dave had not located any paper towels to wipe the squeegee with so the window cleaning attempt was a bust. There was a windstorm kicking up anyway as we rolled out of there, so methinks either way it would have been a Sisyphean task. I would probably stop here again if I had to, and it is conveniently located next to where we like to stay when we're in the area. Hopefully they fix the soda machine and restock the cleaning stuffs outside.

The people that work here are still amazingly friendly despite the riff raff and drama they have to watch. The prices are about 10% higher than most stores like it but they are open 24/7 and sustain a lot more theft. So, as a matter of convenience and selection, I like this place. I like it even more when there is not police vs. street people drama unfolding in the area. (not Fireside's fault)

Also get your junk food binge on. They have some good prices on crap like candy and snacks. Also it's not just a store but there's an inn. There is a motel vagabond in across the street, might have something to do with that. As for the service, very polite and friendly. It is fast, so not really a lot of time to talk. It was definitely very busy when I went in. I usually like to grab a cuppa coffee when I'm out and about, and I used to do it at Maverik all the time. You can save my reviews from there. But they put in a machine to make the coffee on demand, you can hear a grinding the coffee beans, you would figure that this was a great idea, however the coffee is extremely strong and bitter no matter what type you put. I want to make sure, even though there's quite a few vagrant people hanging around outside, none of them spoke to me or approached me or anything. So I definitely felt safe here. I also saw a really nice hot snack bar, that had chickens and a number of other types of food. Though a little on the expensive side, one dollar for one piece of chicken wing, it is definitely convenient and looks fresh enough. I will definitely be back as after trying the coffee. There is a disclaimer saying that the coffee is fresh or it's free. I find this a bit humorous, because if it's not fresh, who wants it? Lol. Anyway look forward to trying it again
