I asked why didn't they call their vendor. 4 weeks later glasses came in I opened the glass case put a soft cloth on them to clean and the frames broke in my hand. I will never go back to these Jokers again. There are many good eye care places in our area, this is not one of them!!

She blatantly told me the things Steve told me to help make decisions about frames weren't true and did nothing to help in the selection process but then provided no useful information to help either. The doctor is also very pleasant and I wanted to go for the follow up just to thank them all. The surgery was not the least bothersome either and the pre-op and post op very efficient. I got the standard lens but the result left me with no more need of glasses except for the farthest details. I wear them only when sightseeing or long distance driving.

We left without the prescription because they scheduled test for amd and had difficulty getting the prescription in the meantime so she can get glasses for motor vehicle licence renewal. It seemed like we were being taken on a ride and being doom and gloom about her situation and decided to go to Duke Hospital for professional help.

I instantly felt like I had been doing to Sterling Optical for years and it was first eye exam and new glasses shopping. I wanted t something new exciting and kind of not my usual pick for eyeglasses. Anna and other teams pulled out 4 different pairs of glasses. One being a thick red set. I didn't like the first set but another went girl in the back and brought out another red pair. And oh my gosh they were amazing. The exam process was done by the apprentice - Izzy (sorry if I spelled this wrong). was asked first if it would be acceptable for Izzy to conduct the eye exam process. I said yes. The video technician and ophthalmologist visit also went smoothly. I left this building feeling appreciated as a customer, excited to come back to get my glasses and just the overall human capacity of being KIND. Thank you so much for the first time experience!
