I've been dealing with this property management for four years…read more I hate them I wouldn't wish this treatment on my worst enemies First they moved us into an uninhabitable home with no heat the windows were not up to code the stairs were broken the locks didn't work the water pressure was horrible and the plumbing was bad When I brought this to their attention Michelle the lady at the front desk was very rude as usual she told me that we should flush between poops?!# I was flabbergasted no your toilets should flush because that's what they are made for So many things happened as a result of their negligence my sister ended up in the hospital from falling down on the broken stairs my house was robbed all my property had been stolen and the burglars were able to get in due to the faulty locks The property down stairs from us was infested with rodents that would come up to our place During one of the coldest winters we had to endure without heat and with broken windows Enough was enough i hired a lawyer to go over my options he suggested I sue for my sisters medical bills and the lost of our property but me not wanting to be confrontational and have this long drawn out situation I struck a deal with the property management to move us into a habitable place and transfer our security deposit over and give us the new place at a reduced rate Sounds fair right Wrong almost immediately they started to back out on there end of the deal they didn't give us our full deposit back and we still had to pay more for the deposit on the new place Once the new lease was signed they immediately raised the rent after we moved in (no rent control in Vallejo) the neighborhood is so bad there are homeless people hanging out on the side of our house talking about crack all the time all we hear is gun shots and police sirens all day and night and I think the women sell their bodies up the block from our house The new place has mold every where but the property management said there is no such thing as mold (what planet do these people come from) water leaks from the pipes through the ceiling in my room over my bed I have video proof but they say I must be mistaken I could go on but I won't just say no to Cirimele Property management signing a lease with them is like signing a deal with the devil himself they will be rude and condescending and take your money with out blinking these are truly slum landlords

She possesses the qualities of a great Property Manager for she is very knowledgeable of real estate property laws, hard-working, assertive, patient, conscientious, quick in responding to my inquiries, exuding grace under fire in times of stressful situation, and her negotiation skills are awesome. I can't speak to the move out process because I love this house and hope to keep living here for a while. It's a bit mom and pop's. The website doesn't look fancy. Very small. Application was $20. You fill out a paper app and submit it to their office. But they are efficient! They have always been incredibly quick with responding to maintenance requests. Thanks Phil! Usually same day or next day. The maintenance guy or vendor reaches out to you directly so scheduling is much easier than going through the property management as a middle man. They always reach out quickly and get the problem resolved. To me that reflects highly on Laurie that the vendors she contracts with are also very professional and efficient. She's not just going with the cheapest vendor around. They're also not stingy about maintenance. I've contacted them before about things like a very high up curtain rod falling down and they were willing to help us even though I'd understand if that wasn't on their realm of responsibility. My particular property was a six month lease and she allows two pets. No monthly pet rent and a refundable pet deposit! Now that is rare. This may depend on the homeowner and their preferences. I highly recommend Laurie Nesci! Literally no complaints about my experience. When I find myself looking to buy a house for myself in the future I will be reaching out to her to see if she'd represent me as a buyer.

I spoke to one agent, then made an appointment to have calls with others. The Cal Agents called me, and in less than a minute I realized it was someone from a Philippine call center. What a slap in the face. Outsourcing is a hot button issue, and I will NEVER share personal information with someone overseas, but also: WHY? Are they too busy for a two minute call to make that connection? Introduce themselves? Answer relevant questions? And perhaps MOST CLOYING: is this the same company that employs those same call centers to make masked cold calls asking to buy our property? HARD PASS.
