Well, today I got a very big surprise. BREAKFAST at Krystal. The food was excellent, three eggs cooked perfectly, buttery bisquit, grits that were outstanding. I stoped in for breakfast this morning and I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was disgusting it was covered in grease the whole biscuit was greasy like dripping grease to the point the whole wrapper was falling apart from all of the grease I couldn't even eat my breakfast do better read more

Customer service was good, but the food had no flavor whatsoever. I didn't expect to taste that great considering I've only had Krystal's while being intoxicated, but I will never eat at this one never again. This was a truly disappointing experience. I arrived at Krystal's around 8:30 this morning. There were several cars parked in the parking lot and I could see multiple customers in line. I chose to go thru the drive thru, as it looked like the quickest option. There were no cars in line ahead of me. I pulled to the order sign and waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order. No one did. After 10 minutes, I pled to the side window, in case the intercom wasn't working (there was no sign on it). After waiting and being seen by at least 2 Krystal's employees, I chose to leave. I'm not sure what was going on, but simply leaving a sign or note at the order sign age would prevent this from happening. I hope the management gets this addressed and fixed quickly. read more

Staff were extremely rude. We sat at the window for a while before we were greeted and then were asked to wait once we were told we could order the women taking our order was having a conversation with someone inside and did not listen. Then continued to repeat the order back wrong was corrected 4times and then got an attitude so needless to say we did not eat here read more

I have been to this Krystal 3 times within the last few months and each time, there's a problem. Today the grills were down, the last time, they was no one working the grills and before that, their registers weren't working. Couldn't decided where to eat tonight... So after an hour of aimlessly driving about we settled on Krystal, and I'm so glad we did! The young man running the register is an absolute gem! Very sweet and super friendly, he suggested a better way to order what we wanted that saved us money. He remembered us from a previous visit weeks ago. He came by to check on us. It was basically a one man show! I don't know what Krystal is paying him, but it can't be enough for the amount of genuine good customer service this young man puts out. My biggest problem with krystals is yes as soon as you pull up to the mic trying to place your order the first remarks out of their mouth is it's going to take 20 minutes for us to cook any krystal burgers do you mind waiting first off everybody in the world out of know that it don't take 20 minutes to cook such a small skinny Patty then after placing your order you will have to wait and then wait and wait and wait and then wait even longer I swear it would have been faster for me to go buy the food and cook it myself than to wait for these folks read more

I try to be fair and wait until I've had at least 3 bad experiences at places before I give a negative review. And then most of the time I'm too lazy to even do that. I guess the third bad experience at this location especially urked me this morning. The past few times I've come through the drive-thru I've been curbed until they could walk my breakfast out to me. That is no big deal. What is a big deal is when I have to wait well over 10 minutes for my order to be ready, while watching others who were behind me get there orders before me. For the record I order the same thing every time; 3 low carb scramblers. I had to leave before I got my order this morning or I would have been late for work. Now I'm not sure that I even have the receipt so I can get my refund, because I surely don't want their food, now. Poor management. The store closes the lobby 30+ minutes often. The sign needs to say it closes at 9:30 on Sunday nights, instead of 10. I had thought it was getting better, as there appeared to be a new manager and it was cleaner. This only lasted a short time. read more

I visited this location and asked for 6 krystals off the grill and a small fry. I get my food and see that I have burgers on the bottom of the bag a I see at least a burger and my fry on top. I reached in the bag and of course the one i grabbed was just like i ordered it but then i took my fries out and noticed that i had only received 5 of the burgers that I ordered, and the ones in the bag had cheese on them which I did not want. I returned to the location to get what I ordered and the girl at the window took the bag from me in the drive thru back through the window with my fries still in it. I thought that she would send them out with my premade off the grill burgers but all I received back was 6 old dark brown around the edges, dark brown onion, and crunchy bun burgers. I am a manager at a restaurant myself and food like this is very unacceptable. Not planning on going back any time soon. read more

Probably had the worst fast food experience of my life their last night. Food not only tasted awful our order was so wrong not once but twice it was pathetic. Do not eat the chili pups after 10 pm. They will not be fully cooked and not even warm. They serve the krystal burgers partially cooked late at night because they dont steam the buns on the grill and cheese is cold on them and not even melted. Asking for remake will not improve the quality and will get you a scowl from the drive thru employee read more

This place is a joke. Stopped at 6 AM at the drive through the employee yelled through the mic " not open yet" the sign says 24/7.
