Lots of choices for toppings and I generally do a brown rice bowl with my choice of protein which is usually steak. I've only had one employee roll her eyes at me when I was asking some questions about the food. I stopped going for more than a year because of it. But since I've been back, the eye roller is gone and the employees that have helped me have been good. The biggest complaint I have is the chips, they are always stale. The staff was very professional, prompt, and friendly. My burrito bowl was delicious and hot. Can't go wrong with the chicken Al Pastor. Especially if you like spice and my daughter enjoyed her kids quesadilla. The restaurant was nice, quiet, and clean. Let's Go Rome!!! I will be back!!!! Thought I'd try this restaurant today since I never had before. The store is beautiful and clean. The employees were very kind and informative. The atmosphere was lovely. BUT the food was lacking. I ordered guacamole with chips. The guacamole was so salty I could not eat it and the chips were stale/chewy. Not a great first at all. I will not choose to return. read more

This location has been an enormous let down. We ordered to-go and the burritos were half the size from ordering in the restaurant . On another occasion we waited in line for 20 minutes only to find that the only person making burritos for everyone didn't let the cooks in the back know she was running out of meats, by the time my family and I got up to the counter to order, they said it would be another 15-20 minutes for them to make more. This isn't the standard for Chipotle by any stretch of the imagination, but unfortunately for this location it honestly seems to be. The tortilla my burrito was built on was hard, and felt like a corn tortilla. The chicken tasted very bland and wasn't juicy. It was overcooked. The queso blanco was oddly yellow, and it was very chunky. It wasn't melty, and I had very bland taste. There was no ground beef option, which made many members of my family upset. Seriously disappointed with this new location after hearing this place is great. Variety of fresh ingredients was very small compared to other local options. The protein was over cooked as well as the beans. Most of all given the small variety and what's included it's just an incredibly bad value for what you pay. 4 people in my family and I was the only one that even tried to finish my meal. $50 meal and wife's "premium" steak was so tuff she gave up one taco in. I love Chipotle! This new location has its kinks to work out but my food has always been great! I always order from the app and I ordered on my way home from Cartersville one day, I forgot to change the location. My order went to Woodstock! When I got there we realized it and the manager wiped up my order at no charge! Very sweet employees that took care of me and my husband on a very busy Tuesday with no complaints! read more
