I came to this location and ordered some spicy chicks, and I have to say they were fresh and had a really good flavor. It seemed like they had just come out of the oven, which made the food enjoyable. My only gripe was the price. I ordered 10 spicy chicks thinking they would come in a standard pack, but I later realized they charge an upcharge when you order certain quantities. The total came out to almost $34 for 10 sliders, which surprised me. For that price, you can get a full meal at a nice restaurant. When you come to Krystal's, you don't really expect to pay that much. That said, the food quality at this location was good, especially compared to some other locations in Georgia that haven't been as consistent. I would come back again, but next time I'll probably just order five to keep the cost down. I would have gave 4 stars if it wasn't for the price. Just a heads-up to others: be aware of the pricing so you're not caught off guard with sticker shock like I was. The food is good -- just know what to expect when it comes to the cost. read more

So last month I went to Krystal for the first time. I was running late for my 3rd shift and figured I'd stop since I don't eat McDonald's. The guy who waited on me (long dreads down his back) was so nice and the food was hot and surprisingly really tasty!!! I've been looking forward to returning. Well, I've tried 2 times since then and it's a waste of my break. I went tonight at 2:45am. I Go to the drive thru and see two cars waiting. I go to the speaker to order but no one greets me. I wait about 2 mins, obviously they're busy, but I only have a short break so I finally say hello and someone grunts out a noise, not a word. Ok. I say hello again and get some sort of one word verbal response that I can't discern. I wait. And wait . After about 5 minutes, I leave. He never took my order. This is the 2 nd time that's happened. Wasted my whole break for NOTHING. Never again. Sitting at my desk starving and thinking maybe I should have just went to the gas station next door. I Understand that it's late but maybe a greeting and a sorry we're behind would have been appropriate instead of just letting me sit there and ignore me. Lesson learned. Never again. read more

So I've never been to a Krystal before. We don't have them in Hawaii. Wanted to grab breakfast here for the first time, so I pulled through the drive thru. Of course it was gonna take me a minute, but there was no line, so I asked the cashier politely to give me a minute. After pondering over the breakfast items, I realized I was 21 minutes too late, as they stop serving at 11am. Just to buy myself more time, I said I was sorry and didn't realize they had already stopped serving breakfast and that it was my first time ordering here. The cashier's tone sounded disgusted like I should've known that anyway, even though it was my first time and the print was super fine about that part. She then indicated that I should basically hurry up or hold on, because she needed to cash out the only customer in front of me. Not sure why she needed to tell me that, especially in that tone, as most fast food places are able to multitask without orders interfering with each other. In any case, after already being rushed and put off by her tone, I decided on getting the "Pick 5" deal which came out to $6.35 total. It took me a minute to figure out which five items I wanted, so I quickly listed four and said, "And also..." indicating there was more coming. She gets on the mic and really rudely says, "Ma'am you need one more item, you only have four." I'm thinking wow, I know how to count lol. There's a lot of sweets on the Pick Five deal, which is what I was trying to avoid, but I settled for a slushie as my final item... You know the funny thing is, most times when you get rude or poor service, you ask to speak to the manager. However, I'm glad I didn't cuz I when I pulled off, I read the receipt and apparently she is the manager! Lol so that says a lot. I can understand if there was a line growing, but it was literally just me and one other person in the drive thru. No need to act rude and rush people especially after they tell you it's their first time there. She clearly just didn't want to be bothered with the wait. The food itself was okay. The corn pup and fries were not impressive. Imagine McDonald's fries with no salt and cold. The cheese Krystal, 4pc chicken nuggets, and fruit punch slushie were good. I would get those items again. I'm just not rushing back to this location if I'm gonna be treated in that manner. On another note, if you go during breakfast hours, there are a lot of great looking options, including a low carb breakfast bowl. I'll probably go back to try some of those items, but probably at another location sadly. read more

Who reviews fast food, right? I was here somewhat recently and had a great expensive. I think the frosted slushies are amazing. I ended up getting grape. The rest of the value menu is good too. I wanted a chik when I pulled up but they were advertising new fish sandwiches. I ordered 2 and they are Delicious. They come on a soft bun and a dollop of tartar sauce. Definitely need to add cheese and a little more tartar sauce. Hopefully they have a meal deal for it soon. read more

I've never had White Castle, so I can't compare. With their small burgers and sandwiches, this place is a nice alternative to the usual burgers and fries. I had the chicken club, and it was delicious! It had plenty of bacon and the chicken was nice and crispy. The apple pie was pretty good too! read more

I honestly don't understand why there are so many bad reviews and I decided and I thought that maybe I could give it a try and maybe things would be different . I came to this location and I'm in the drive through and waiting in line for somebody to say something and nothing happend until 5 minutes mind you there was no one in line . Finally someone said something and said hey sorry system is down for 20 minutes. So I wait then he orders me to move away from the speaker box so I sit in the parking lot for around 10-15 minutes I come back to the "speaker box" and get told again for another 20 minutes. I respond respectfully and say you did just say that 15 mins ago I don't want to wait all night . Mind you I was respectful. No answer. We finally order our meal , THEN HE HAS THE NERVE THE MANAGER SAYS TO MY WIFE , because she was getting the card from her purse he goes , "with all the time you been here should have been ready " Please learn from these reviews krystals there is something obviously wrong at this location and many others , fire these employees and maybe just maybe you have a chance with your competitors such as White Castle or any other fast food spot. read more

Here at the drive thru and I order $10 worth of food on an hour lunch break and the cashier tell me they can't change out $100 if I can go to McDonald's and buy a drink so I can make my purchase "at Krystal's" what an ass hole. Let me start off saying first........I do know that this location and many others, stop serving breakfast at 11:00. But!! What I'm pissed off with is when I pull up to your drive thru at 10:53 and you say "Welcome to Kyrstals please hold" and don't come back until 10:58. Then I place me order for a Scrambler " YO BEHIND SAYS WE'RE NOT SERVING BREAKFAST" WTF!!!!!! People LORD KNOWS I'm not a morning person. But!! I'm currently struggling with addiction to Krystal. Weeks or months go by when I'm able to kick the habit but I always relapse. Right now I'm going through a Bacon Cheese Krystal phase. Sweet Jesus, those things taste so much better than they logically should. The steaming hot bun, crispy bacon, pickle, mustard (I ask for added mayo, too), it's absurdly delicious. This review could be about almost any Krystal but I'm picking the one on Indian Trail because it's the one I go to most often and they do something incredibly obnoxious. That particular location seems to have a pathological desire not to keep the ketchup containers full. It seems like half of the time it's completely empty and Krystal is no different from any other fast food restaurant in that it is absolutely like pulling teeth to get one of the employees to give you more three of four packs of ketchup. It's as if you're asking them for the blood of their first born child. The Krystal on Peachtree PKWY doesn't have this problem. Their ketchup containers are always full. Same with the one on Lawrenceville HWY. It just seems the one on Indian Trail has made up its mind that its' just going to outright refuse to consistently keep that thing filled. Overall, I love Krystal, 4 stars. This location is 3 because of the ketchup. Pros: Delicious, cheap food. Cons: This food is not good for you. Verdict: Recommended. read more

I risked being late to work because I REALLY wanted the 3 egg breakfast. I " thought" that I knew where it was so I didn't bother to look at the signs as I got off the exit. I quickly realized that I was heading in the wrong direction. I used the navigation on my phone, but that wasn't very helpful. I drove the opposite direction and I still didn't see it. After about a mile my navigation instructed me to make a U-turn. I turned around and was nearing the interstate again and I still didn't see it. Just as I was about to pass it, I noticed it on the right without the lights on. I checked my phone to make sure they were open. Yes, it was after 6. It was supposed to be open. I went to the drive through and waited several minutes. I was still questioning whether they were open. I waited....because I REALLY wanted that breakfast. FINALLY, someone answered at the drive through, mind you it was about 6:10 by this time, to inform me that it would be about a 15 minute wait. Needless to say, I didn't have 15 minutes and didn't get my breakfast :( Sorry, I can't review the food, but I am really disappointed that they weren't open when they were supposed to be, that I wasted my time, and that I left extremely hungry. read more

Went here on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was empty at 1 PM which is usually a red flag. However, I was greeted in a nice, professional manner (which is so rare today at Fast Food Restaurants not called Chick Fil A or Arby's). I was able to place my order, which they thanked me for and have it brought out to my table even though I was the only one in the place. The food came out nice and fresh. This included an order of chili cheese fries which were the best fast food chili cheese fries I have had. All in all this was a great trip to Krystal and I recommend this location. read more

My experience with this particular location has not been a good one. I'm not hard to please, just particular about my food and how I like it. I've heard that the customer is always right.... well, with this location... not so much. I stopped there Friday evening just to pick up 2 Roadie sweet teas. Now, I normally make my own sweet tea, however, on this night in particular, I ran out of tea bags as well as sugar and hadn't gone to the grocery store yet. Side note (Between my daughter and I, we go through a gallon of sweet tea a day). So, I know what FRESH TEA tastes like. We placed our order, then waited. With my previous history with purchasing sweet tea at the drive-thru, I've learned to taste my tea before I leave the lot which is what my daughter and I did. Collectively, we both agreed that the tea was no good. Seems simple enough to just ask for fresh tea. Well, I go back to drive- thru and inform the young lady, who I later learned was the shift manager, that the tea is no good and that I'll wait for fresh tea. She says ok, I then pull up away from the window to wait for my tea. Another young lady comes out to ask if I want more tea or a refund. I explained to her that I told the manager that I'd wait for fresh tea. At that point another woman walks up, who I've learned was the store manger. She asked the young lady what my car was doing there pulled in front of the store. She then explained to her that, I was waiting for fresh tea because the tea that we'd received was no good. It tasted spoiled. I don't know if any of you like sweet tea but sweet tea that's old, tastes spoiled and its total gross. Just wanted to give you guys an idea. So, they both walk inside the store and the woman that came out to ask if I wanted a refund came back to explain to me that the manager said that they weren't making anymore sweet tea. So, I then grab my receipt to go inside to get my refund and the names of the managers. I got my refund and called today to make my complaint. Well, the store manager informs me that, "we made that tea in the morning and tea is good for 12 hours". I saw that I want going to get anywhere with her so I asked for the District Managers number. She informed me that she'd take my number and have someone call me. You mean the same way you guys handled me as a customer.... thank you, no thank you. I'll keep my number to myself and handle this accordingly. I wasn't belligerent, upset, fowl, or testy with anyone. I just wanted, what I wanted, when I wanted it. When you go to purchase food or a product from someplace, you hope to get what you pay for....this was a horrible experience and I'm sure no one will reach out to me from corporate because I've written a complaint on their website. So, we'll see how this plays out. I certainly will not patronize this particular location again. read more

Very friendly service and good food. I was a little concerned when I read some of the reviews but this one had the best of any in the area so we gave it a try. Glad we did. We don't have Krystal where we live so this is kind of a treat that we get when we come to Atlanta. I will come back to this one again. read more

Anyway, there's nothing special about the food here, but this has got to be the cleanest Krystal on the planet. Like, almost too clean. Like, there's a sketchy vibe. The staff is awesome and the moment I walked in I felt like I was being welcomed by family. Friendly service...great food...and staff concerned about my meal experience made this a great adventure. this Krystal sucks, I went here one Saturday afternoon with my boyfriend just to get some quick chiks (I believe that's how you spell it) and so we went through the drive thru. we waited, what seemed to be, a rather long amount of time - considering the car behind us got their order before we did. just after finally getting our 12 spicy chiks, we realized they were not even spicy so we pulled back into the drive thru and professionally asked if our order was right and the girls behind the window obviously had an attitude and just told us that it was, even though we all knew it WASNT. they were basically too lazy to even get the order right, talk about satisfying the customer.
