This krystals is a joke along with all the other ones. ESPECIALLY FLORENCE. It was kind of late like 1140. For one the lights were off to the building so if there wasn't a car in the line we wouldn't even know they were open. I didn't have anything to drink at home and I didn't want to pay five dollars for a drink at Krystals. I literally parked my truck at the sign and went in got a drink signed up for Circle K members rewards got back to my truck and still have not even been asked about my order. Whenever I got to the window finally the worker was odd and awful like maybe drug use? I don't know and then when she handed me my food another car pulled in the drive-through when she rolled her eyes like a child. Oh and my food was cold. read more

Kind of sloppy, but not too bad. I love Krystals, but it seems to be almost impossible to find a good Krystal restaurant these days. I mobile ordered ahead because all locations seem to be understaffed lately. This location is pretty decent, or more just mediocre, which is almost the best you can hope for at a Krystal in Mississippi lately. But basically-not bad. Which is good lol. read more

Horrible service. Waited in the drive thru 40 minutes. Ordered (for a family of four) and the rude cashier kept saying "is that it?" and after our second combo meal said "it's going to be a minute." We finally got to the window and she said "we ain't making the pups"....Ok, we paid for what they felt like making and waited some more. They handed us one small bag and when we asked if this was all of our order the girl went back and found the rest of it, cussing at the other employee. No thank you or sorry for the wait. I was not surprised at seeing this one...lonely star ALREADY there. I see that the shitty nature of this epigastric horror show preceded me. I have eaten here before. While technically it can be called food, I hesitate to do so for legal reasons, but at 2am in Magee, Ms, ones choices are limited. I went in, navigating a labyrinth or stacked chairs, and made my way to the register. There, written in the vestiges of dried ketchup, was a hastily constructed sign... "closed." The one lady behind the counter, who seemed DEEP in thought as she contemplated the mysteries of the universe, while inspecting her nails.. Informed me that they were, in fact, closed. "Aren't you open 24 hours?" I asked. "Well" she replied, examine another existential quandary under a different fingernail, "I'm the only one here." Well, that was that. After I had girded my psyche (and my loins) for the explosive repercussions of my gastronomic misadventure, I was to be denied, much to the relief of my descending colon, the pleasure. Y'all I hate Krystal's and Mississippi. I've went to 3 Krystal's all of them are short staffed and closed. I am so tired is this what it takes to get a burger!! The first time I went to Krystal's was a few days ago service was great, count your days Krystal's. I'm from Texas we don't have a Krystal's, but I've never experienced such bad service. Even the lady who worked there said people have been cursing us out left and right. Mississippi count your days, and it's dusty state! I hope to never experience such bad service ever again. I wish I could give them a zero stars. This place is HORRIBLE!! Cashier ignored us and left us at the window for like 45 mins at least after she saw us then she told us she couldn't break a 100 so we were getting smaller bills and then she left us again with the window open without saying anything. I don't live in the city and thank God! I visit once in a blue moon. my husband loves Krystal's!! the food is ok. but the service and waiting at Brandon, MS is absolutely ridiculous!!!! we were the only ones in line while ordering. we went to the window and waited 20 minutes with NO one else in line!! I can see why!! 30 minutes later we got our sackful(supposed to have been anyway)! we were 2 Krystal's short! they need new management!!!! I don't care to go back ever!!! read more

Although it took them 13 minutes to get my order of ONE item out to me yesterday morning I decided to give them another chance this morning. But when I tried to order and the drive thru lady said "hold up, you want what, do we have that, just pull up I will take yo order just pull up lemme see do we got that" I did more than pull up, I pulled up and just kept going. If you cant even take my order correctly then chances are the order wont be right. read more
