I just picked up a cup of decaf coffee. They would have almost have to pour water over used grounds to have gotten the coffee as weak and tasteless as they did. I can drink fairly poor coffee but this had absolutely no taste except a tad bitterness. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I realize it's 3 pm and they'd probably need to make a new pot but if you can't make a decent cup of coffee, I won't be stopping by for food. read more

1/7/25 I was passing through today about lunch. In a sling after shoulder replacement surgery, I needed something easy to eat, so I stopped at the Magee McDonald's. The young man at the register was as rude, disrespectful, surly, and unhelpful as they come. He just stood there. No interection. No "may I take your order". No nothing. Leaning against the wall as if he didn't want to be seen, he just kept rubbing the ends of his hair. I finally asked if he was taking orders. "What do you want?" I had to strain to hear him. Ridiculous. The other workers were completely oblivious to lobby customers. Yelling and laughing loudly out the pickup window to someone who was laying on their car horn, also yelling and laughing loudly. I finally got my nuggets and as I walked out, a black charger pulled up, an employee went running out past me to the driver's window, giggling like a maniac. What a disaster!!! The employees at the drive thru window today were extremely rude today around 6:15pm and did not follow directions on my order and I also requested ketchup and they said they didnt have anymore but they could put some on my fries....that sounds so stupid when you could have just put some in a small container and I also requested no salt on my fries and it was on my receipt as well but still gave me salty fries and stated that there was salt at the bottom of the fry station so it would automatically be salt on the fries again very dumb excuse also caught an attitude and at that point I didn't trust her to fix my order again so I requested a refund and she closed the window and laughed with another employee and (not to mention her hair was all over her head not groomed well at all she looked very unsanitary and told me to move to the next window for a refund. This place is sometimes a 2 maybe 3 but typically a 1 or below. We live 10 minutes away and would rather drive to flowood than eat fast food in Magee, MS. My last experience here was within the last week. Fries were not fresh and ended up in the trash. The girl taking orders and payment was polite but the one that handed us our food didn't say a word. This is one of those newfangled McDonald's and it's pretty cool. They actually have touch screen games at some of the tables, which, I assume, are suppose to be for the kiddos, but I sure had fun playing with the them! LOL The decor is all modern and chic. Very nicely done, Mickey D's... very nicely done! We stopped in here for breakfast when traveling from MS back home to FL. The dining area is large and clean. Employees are friendly and smiling. Yep, you heard me correctly... smiling employees at a McDonald's. Our food was correct and hot. The bathrooms are modern and were very clean. Nice, large parking lot. I noticed the drive-thru moved quickly. I still can't believe I'm giving a McDonald's 5 stars, but all McDonald's should seriously take lessons from this one! read more

This is literally the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Came with the kids so they could eat and play. Stood in line for 15 minutes and no one came to take the order. Placed it on my app and finally it appeared and it wasn't even warm. Now, let's talk about the condition of the place. The women's bathroom, one clogged toilet and one clogged in the play area. Just watching the employees and seeing the condition of the building, I remember now why I don't come to McDonalds. Manager was just as bad too busy running her mouth making jokes. This is without a doubt the filthiest McDonald's I've ever eaten at. My family stopped after driving six hours in the car from Destin. We needed a nice place for the children to play and let out some steam. There wasn't a single clean table and the food looked like it was cooked in week old grease. As a bonus, one the workers decided to bring a wet mop out to clean up around a table covered in fruit punch. She decided to mop the path to the table and when my toddler came around the corner to find his shoes he slipped and fell on the back of his head. Before leaving I used the stall in the men's room and noticed that the floor was soaked in puddles of urine. Good luck and Godspeed. read more

We ordered the sirachia burgers seeing the pictures looked very good. What we got was very disappointing. It looked thrown together. The meat was cold, only one little piece of fried onion on each sandwich. There was not even a teaspoon of the sauce on the sandwich, which meant no flavor. Looked nothing like the picture. Also, ordered the free fries and used the online deal for buy a large burger and get one free. We were charged 8.39 and were not given a ticket. We have t figured out this charge yet.
