You have to yell "excuse me" to a worker you see walking from the back to be recognized and have your order accounted for. 3) Even after that, nobody follows up with you about your order, because everyone is in the back and focusing on Drive Thru orders. 4) This neglect of the dining room also means there are no straws, ice, napkins, condiments or beverages in the machines at times. The dining room even looks neglected. 5) There needs to be a supervisor delegating tasks. Someone assigned to the drive thru and someone assigned to the dining room, at least. I have witnessed dining room customers get very agitated with the staff after waiting over 35 mins with no food or updates about the food. This has looked like making demands for a refund (completely understandable) to yelling at staff on the microphone that's out front. I imagine this also makes for a poor working environment as well.

Kindly notice how most of the higher reviews are from YEARS ago. This company has recently overhauled their customer experience by making it completely self-serve if you dine-in.
