Been a very long time since me and my family ordered from here. We got a 24 pac of sliders, chili tots, and a large fry. All the food was cooked perfectly and tasted great. They were super cool about the large order and got it done really quick. While the presentation of the food could have been better, I wasn't there for a bougie dinner, I was there for food. And I got it. They even separated the sliders that had pickles and those that didn't into separately colored containers so we didn't have to open them all up and sort ourselves. Ok first of all this place is so dirty that the stench of the old grease hits you when you open the door to go in then you realize that there is no working A/C. It was July in Georgia and there is no working AC but my brother decided to stay. He got 2 burgers, which looked pretty old , and asked about the air being out because he felt bad for the employees. The person that took his order said it had been out for 2 years. Ok, I seriously hope that is wrong. I don't eat but I did try to use the restroom but the ladies room was out of order. This place was extremely dirty. First time at a Krystal in my life my dad grew up in Chattanooga Tennessee. After this location will probably never go again. The bathrooms were filthy needs remodeling the tile is falling off. The ceiling is leaking. My fiancée coke was disgusting she hated the food. Firstly, I'd like to thank the workers for being so friendly which I know is common in the south, but we very much appreciated it after several of the other dining experiences we had. Yes we know that Krystal is just another fast food joint, (we are from the south) but the food was exactly what we expected and remembered. We had a rather large order for 4 people, and the employees got everything right, making sure to put each meal in a separate bag for us. They also made sure that we had all of our condiments and things before we left which although should be a given, hasn't happened often when we've eaten out on this trip. I wish I would have gotten the names of the workers because they were so helpful and nice. We will definitely be visiting again before we leave! Dear Stockholders/investors please consider changing the carpet in the dining area of the location (Buena Vista Road, Columbus, GA). The dining area has a unique and quaint smell. The food is ok and is well prepared, the employees are trained and are very courteous. But to eat in is quit unsuitable due to the smell. If I could leave negative stars I would!!!! I live between Commerce and Lavonia and I've gone to this Krystal several times. They are bad about closing between 6-7 pm. I know they're understaffed but they close early all the time!! The staff are always giving attitude for no reason and they will tell you they don't have certain things just because they don't want to make it for you. The food hasn't been good here for awhile. Krystal SAVED my marriage. OK-- I may be exaggerating, but having lunch at Krystal with hubby this week neutralized a huge fight that could have escalated to the Big D. Here's the deal: For the uneducated (or health conscious) Krystal is some of the most DELICIOUSLY unhealthy food out there. The restaurants are cute and clean (with free Wi-Fi), the clerks are efficient, restaurants even have table service. It's just so easy to love. We each had the pick 4 deal--a krystal burger, a krystal chik, a krystal corn pup, and a krystal chili cheese pup. Oh, and fries--as if we were still hungry. I'm still wishing I knew I had only one more day on earth; this would be my last meal. It ain't health food people, but it is seriously the most addictive, the most sinfully decadent food on the planet. I think the total bill was $15--but talk about "value." Each meal contained 1000 calories, 19.5 grams of SATURATED! fat (frankly I'm surprised I lived to tell this tale), and a whopping 2.5 grams of salt. I looked it up. I couldn't have removed my wedding rings if I tried. Please don't tell my life insurance company that I ate this meal (I promise it was an aberration--just like all those crazy things we did in Negril). Anyway, check out the krystal website for some of the thinnest most attractive ladies selling burgers (no way any of those lips ever touched anything on the menu!) Also, you can get information about participating in the Krystal Square Off--it's a touring eating competition. How many Krystals can YOU eat?? This Krystal is NASTY! I'm mean NASTY, I've eaten at Krystals before but NEVER had I Experienced something like this before... Once I started to place my order the lady told me that were out of this and that. Which I understand that you can be out of things but basically the whole entire menu I don't think so. My other family members order there's and one of my family member wanted a side of gravy sausage she told him she doesn't know how to charge for it. I place my order a regular breakfast scrambler then I also order 2 sunrise sandwiches and a breakfast plate with the gravy sausage on the side.. went to the window didn't have great customer service felt like I was being rushed and she didn't answer my questions that I was asking she just toss me my food.. we went over to the side to check the food and begin eaten and OMG it was HORRIBLE!! The bacon looks like it was fried in the deep fryer the eggs where DISGUSTING the toast was burnt, the scrambler grits were very watered down my sausage was floating on top of it the eggs in it wasn't scrambled at all the sausage and gravy was DISGUSTING. The sun rise sandwich was Nasty too the hash Browns wasn't fresh it was all burnt and hard! We end up throwing all our food away. It was a Very Disgusting, Terrible, Horrible breakfast that i have ever eaten... you guys need to work on you all customer service and most IMPORTANTLY you all FOOD!!! Personally, I don't understand these places. My Wife loves them every time we go back east/south from Arizona. It must be a college memory or something that makes her fond of these joints. They sell little hamburgers in little packages, a complete waste of paper if you ask me! Yet, they are tasty little buggers, if probably not all that healthy for you. This Krystal's has horrible customer service. We came through the drive thru at 11:25 (they close at 12) and were told we couldn't have what we wanted because they only had 8 burgers left for the day......you literally have 35 minutes left of being open. Are you going to just tell everyone that comes through for the next 35 minutes that you don't have food? A car pulled in after us and was told they didn't have any food at all. Went by in my way home today, got to the window paid with my credit card. Cashier rudely tells me they don't accept PayPal ( I was using a Paypal MasterCard an actual credit card) I explained to her that it was just another MasterCard. So she took it and swiped it twice and told me I must not have any money in my paypal account because it doesn't work, then threw the card into my car. Not in the mood to argue with this person I just handed her a $20. And she purposely dropped the change inside my car. First time in a long while eating at Krystal. Wow has this Krystal gone down. Two orders ahead of ours. It took over fifteen mins to get our order which was a combo. The tea bin was empty, the straw bin was empty, spilled drinks on the drink counter, dirty tables. There were only four parties in the restaurant, three of those waiting on food. The guy ahead of us asked for a straw-the girl at the counter told him to use a coffee stirrer. This place has needed and over haul for years. I have been by to see the drive thru people smoking on the side of the building then run inside and take an order when a car comes. Bet they never washed thier hands. Then the prices here are always different then advertised. I over heard there is new ownership here. If that is the case then maybe it will get better.
