I contacted Five Star via Yelp on a Sunday evening, and by mid-day on Monday, the owner Frank…read morecalled me. I explained that I needed someone who could clean this week, knowing it was last-minute and unlikely that anyone would be available. Frank initially said that their calendar was full, but that he'd make a few calls and see if he could put together a team for me. Within a half-hour he called me back with a team ready to go for Wednesday morning at 8am. YAY! Frank asked incredibly detailed questions and was extremely clear about exactly what I could expect from my service and the time required. My team showed up right on time and immediately got to work on the areas I'd prioritized with Frank. I didn't know the kitchen floor could be that clean! They completed the job in the time anticipated, and did a complete walkthrough with me, even touching up one small area they'd missed by mistake. The house smells INCREDIBLE, the floors are spotless, the kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling, and the surfaces are all neatly dusted. I'm so happy with the work they did! Next up: I plan to have them out for carpet cleaning!

I have to start by saying that I am extremely picky when it comes to cleaning. I want my house…read moretruly clean, but I also don't want to spend my entire weekend cleaning for 8 hours myself. Glenda's team did an amazing job from top to bottom. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to the little details that make a difference. When I came home, the blankets were neatly arranged with bows, the bathrooms looked spotless, and even the toilet paper was folded into the cutest design (I had to include a photo!). What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. The house felt fresh and truly clean. Needless to say, I was very impressed and have already decided to start using them monthly. Thank you, Glenda and team, for such a wonderful job!

I noticed several things she missed and asked her to dust the fan and she dusted one fan and seemed in a rush to leave but I thought this was because she'd run over time or had to go to a next appointment so I tipped her and she left quickly. When I told the woman on the phone she didn't clean the fridge and other things she was apologetic but told me the fridge wasn't on the checklist so I checked the checklist they sent and went around to the things on the checklist and as you can see from the pictures the other things on the checklist were not clean... The worst part is this is a move in cleaning. So there was no furniture she had to work around and no furniture to clean! For 3 hours with no furniture everything should be clean. I thought they'd offer for someone to come back or money off a next cleaning but they didn't offer anything except apologies.

My weekends have been FULL and cleaning hasn't happened. Other than kitchens and bathrooms, trash and laundry there has been NO cleaning here in weeks AND, despite living here for 5 months, we haven't fully unpacked. In despair I placed a Yelp! Project bid request for another company and Bright also responded. They were the only company who offered three people at an amazing rate and almost immediate time. I could have cried They have an amazingly professional portal AND they take credit cards, which is super nice. The time was set for 8:00am. My doorbell rang at 8am! They brought all their own stuff and they are SO QUICK, efficient and well-trained. With my minimal instructions, they got my six spaces done and 20 boxes emptied, broken down and stuff put away within 6 hours. This is the cleanest and most organized my space has ever been. I loved the experience. They were SO SWEET AND RESPECTFUL. They saved my sanity. SAVED IT. I cannot tell you how awesome this experience was. I have five kids and most people take a LONG TIME to get through the clutter that my kids can create. Not these ladies. When I tell you, they finished my sons (9&4) disaster area of a room in 30 minutes, including putting away and folding clothes, I'm not joking. Every time I thought I'd just set them up in a space and let them work, they were like "we're done!" Bottom Line: Whatever you're booking them for, or thinking about booking them for, do it!! And be prepared to tip these ladies, they WILL EARN IT. (And no they don't ask or expect it), they're Uber professional. Saved my sanity.
