I love Krystal's, ever since I grew up with it; our family has ordered here on more than one occasion. The food is so consistent with the taste and quantity. I love the chick over the burger. Harold and Kumar had a blast with White Castle they'll have a time of their lives with Krystal's. I am happy there is still this location in Byram. It used to be open 24/7 and I'm not sure if it still is. For an outsider perspective: a slider filled with meat, cheese, white onions, condiments, and flavorful yum! The chick: a slider with chicken, mayo, and pickles. It is so good! As a child, I could eat 10 chicks. I love Krystal's! I'm not sure if they still have deals. The food is good but the last time they actually gave me my order was 2020, you can wait in line but they will not serve you. Horrible service, 2nd time in a row I have went and left with no food, 1st time drive thrue said 20 minute wait for food, just plain krystals, this time drive thru said hold on and over 20 minutes later they never took my order, saw other people in line that had their order taken leave the drive thru as well. If I could give this store a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would! My best advice is DO NOT go here unless you have TIME and PATIENCE cause you WILL need it here. The staff are TERRIBLE so rude, the place is FILFTY and smells like a can of bounce that ASS. I've seen ROACHES, SPIDERWEBS, even a damn LIZARD and don't even get me started on the bathroom it SMELLS like SHIT! The food is always cold despite having to wait an HOUR for it. The real reason it takes so long for your food to come out is because the employees are on their phones and talking to each other or other customers instead of DOING THEIR JOB! And if you think you can bypass all this by going through the drive thru YOUR WRONG they treat drive thru even worse! That hour long wait will turn into a 2 HOUR wait! Not to mention the shit ton of GAS you will be out off. There just isn't a win at THIS PARTICULAR STORE! NOT ALL Krystal's are this horrible! JUST THIS STORE!!! Krystal's was always a past time favorite especially since I can't find one where I live now. Tonight's service was well, let's just say good customer service is obviously not a priority for this company. People, I'm all for working hard especially if you have to make ends meet but if you don't like your job then PLEASE LEAVE!!! I ordered wings and the cashier rudely asked," The wings are $20.08 IS THAT OKAY?!?" I ordered the sackful instead and needed to put them in the microwave as soon as I got back to my destination which was only 5 miles away. Walked in at 9:50 to order to go. Sign says lobby open til 10. Was told drive thru only. Got back in car, got in drive Thru line. They served the 2 cars ahead of me and told me I had to exit for a shift change. I left at 10:20, 30 minutes after arrival still not having been served. Worst customer service anywhere. If you can't change the shift in less than 30 minutes, you need to close it down. Will never be back. read more

Mini sized burgers, and chicken sandwiches. My favorite is the Krystal Chik. Its always been my favorite and now they have Spicy Chiks. The same concept of White Castle, but its in the South. This is the only good place that is open late night in Byram besides The Waffle House. read more

This place should just CLOSE. It's always "something." Either they are open but can only take one order every 15 minutes. They are closed because they don't have enough staff. They are out of patties for the burgers. They have no water...etcetera, etcetera. They literally just open and close without notice whenever they like. And based on the reviews, this is an ongoing thing and no one from the corporate office/franchise owner or operator had tried to fix the issues. I am aware of this location being this way for at least the past 5 years. It is definitely not FAST FOOD. I have been sitting in line at the order intercom for 30 minutes waiting to place an order. I can hear the lady talking to the one customer at the window because she forgot she has the headset turned on and there are at least 6 cars behind me. More than 5 have driven off. They have improved since my last visit. You can actyally get food now, however, they can improve on whoever is ringing orders at the window. Came through the drive-thru 2 weeks ago, around 3pm. Tried to order 12 cheese Krystals & 12 without cheese to be bagged separately because they were going to different locations. Cashier interrupted me & said "you mean you want a 24 pack, I tried to explain what I needed & why I needed them separated, when she interrupted me again and said "some gonna be in a yellow box, some gonna be in a red box", as if I were to stupid to understand how to tell them apart. She just wouldn't listen. Her manner was short and inpatient, and I have no idea why because the restaurant was completely deserted (that should have tipped me off that this location has issues). I gave up trying to explain, said "that's ok, never mind, but thank you anyway" and she replied quite rudely with "WELL GOOD!" I mean God forbid she actually might have to do what she's being paid to do. I guess it's better to just run all the customers away by being a jerk. Also this place is filthy outside. The speakerbox and drive-thru sign, totally filthy. It always worries me when a restaurant is dirty in customer-viewed areas. Myyyy Lawwddd, who is back there whippin up these world famous armpit burgers with such precision the way dis Krystal Burger do?? There has to be some magic wizardry going on because I just can't accept anything else. I tend to visit a Krystal Burger around every 7-8, and lemme tell, every time I visit, I just want to beat myself over the head for waiting so long in between visits. Last time I was here I had just tried pot for the first time, eyes bloodshot and drool hanging from the side of my mouth, I went with an oreo milkquake and to this day, I've tasted nothing finer. On my latest visit, I went with the good ol 5 for 5. 2 burgers, 1 chick, 1 fry and a drank. The only thing I needed after that was a good ol nap with my honey :) Love this Krystals and everything they have to offer. 1 recommendation is that you bring a parka, temps are extremely frothy. I live 45 minutes away from krystals and made a trip out of our way from our own town to go and enjoy some krystaks because I normally go there a lot but the past few times I have been there I was treated unfairly and with low customer service as if they didn't even appreciate my time choosing there business for the day or they acted as they could care less no face mask wherein no gloves no hand sanitizer anywhere dirty area workers just sitting around doing nothing telling dirty jokes and playing on there phones the drive through line was backed up to the road I waited 1 and a half in the line when it was my turn my wife and I asked for 24 krystals and she laughed at me and said o we are all out of krystals and I said no problem I can wait on them and she said did you not hear me we are out and I said that's fine I can wait and she said well you will be waiting till tomorrow so I returned the next day and the same thing happen this is wrong and bad customer service and bad management I don't see how a restaurant can be open and not have food unless they are not ordering food to cook and if that is happening that's poor management I was treated with disrespect and I think it was very unprofessional and I was discriminated do to my race and color I think the location restaurant workers are very racist to people something needs to be done soon or this restaurant will be shutdown for many reasons very un happy customer read more

Omg! Really? First of all the men's room (yes, the men's room....a girl can only wait so long). It needed some attention. It wasn't filthy, but it needed some attention. The dining room was about the same, again, needs attention. The reason for one star is that we're still standing here. We've been waiting 15 minutes now and still no food. They're not packed out. Ordered onion free and they scraped the onions off leaving many behind. Fries colder than my hands. It was eatable but not recommended.
