The ribeye was finely chopped, which made the tacos easy to eat, but it also seemed like a way to hide bits of gristle that were mixed in. The tacos were topped with fresh avocado slices and plenty of cilantro, but overall they were a bit short on flavor. My wife had the Country Salmon, which was cooked well and topped with a creamy spinach and mushroom sauce. She said it was just okay -- not bad, but nothing special. Her side salad could have been better; the tomatoes were barely out of the green stage and would've been better fried than served fresh, since they weren't nearly ripe. The ambiance was definitely unique. There are a lot of Mexican-style dishes on the menu, but the restaurant has an undersea theme -- walls covered in bright cartoon murals of sharks, fish, and octopuses. Very kid-friendly and cheerful.
