So we made an appt for May 16th to go get the oil changed and the tire put on. We dropped the bike off the evening of May 15th and at drop off was told the tire should be there the May 16th or the following day Friday. Made a call Friday to see if it was in, they said no it would be in Monday or tuesday. Called again this past Monday the 20th and the tire still hadn't come but looked it up and said it would be here today Thursday and if I got there early enough we would have the bike back. Well here we are and the tire came, but it's the front tire!!! They ordered the wrong tire I'm thinking they didn't even order the original one now. So now we're going ahead and getting the front put on cause we were going to in a few weeks anyways but then we had to go ahead and get the other tire now since they ordered the wrong tire. And now we don't have a bike for a holiday weekend and it'll be delayed because of the holiday. EDIT TO ADD Now the tire is there. Has been there for 2 days and of course the only mechanic they have hasn't been in on the the only 3 days he works. This place is a frickin joke. Idk how you can run a business basically holding peoples stuff hostage. 2 weeks. They have had our bike for. And it's been 20 days since we even ordered the intial tire. What the hell are you going to do to make this right Joe?!?! What a frickin joke. ETA. Now we found someone to come get the bike and tires but it's completely torn apart and they won't let someone come get it so we can have our bike back after 2 weeks.

I brought my 2004 Kia Spectra here because I was sent here to have a rear wheel stud replaced after…read morea discount tire shop damaged them. Unfortunately, after the repair I immediately noticed a new repetitive squeaking/grinding noise from the wheel and aggressive vibration when braking at higher speeds. I contacted the shop about the issue and was initially told that it was likely a coincidence and that I would need to make another appointment. I later had the vehicle inspected independently and eventually disassembled the rear brakes for inspection and replacement of the pads and rotors. Once everything was apart, the problem became very clear. The two replacement wheel studs that had been installed were not the correct application/specification for my Kia's hub. Although the thread size worked, the studs were intended for a different vehicle and did not seat properly in the hub. Because they were not sitting flush, the brake rotor could not sit flat against the hub. The rotor visibly wobbled when rotated and was actually contacting/grinding against the brake hardware. One of the brake pads at the affected wheel was also completely worn down to the metal backing plate, while the pads on the opposite rear wheel still had substantial material remaining. I inspected the caliper slide pins during the brake job and they were moving freely. What concerns me most is that the rotor interference was noticeable simply by spinning the rotor by hand. The grinding was obvious, and the vehicle was returned to me without this being caught. The car also was not road-tested afterward, which likely would have revealed the noise and braking vibration. I understand that mistakes can happen during repairs, but I expected the correct application-specific wheel studs to be installed and the work to be checked before the vehicle was returned to me. I ended up having to have a third party diagnose the problem, obtain another inspection, and redo the rear brake work and stud work to fix the issue. I also want to add that during this process the mechanics at this auto shop disconnected my dash cam without my consent, not once was I informed that my camera was disconnected and did not find out until the next day, I'm not sure why the shop would touch my property without permission without obtaining approval first, another issue I had was a foul odor in my car when it was returned. Based on my experience, I would never return here for future repairs.

Updated review I purchased a motorcycle seat from Brock's…read morePerformance. For $400 I expected a much better product. the seat material wasn't stretched tight enough and had wrinkles. The front mounting brackets were not placed in the correct position so the holes did not line up with the mounting bolts on the motorcycle. Very poor quality and fit. After I complained they gave me a choice between a partial refund or returning the seat. I had already modified the seat so it could be mounted on the bike because I had a long ride coming up, so I choose the partial refund. I will be buying a different seat to replace the Brock's seat soon as having a wrinkled seat on a $25,000+ bike would bother me every time I rode it. So I would rate them between a 1 (not good) and 2 (could be better).
