When I pulled up I had a hard time finding anywhere to park because the lot was so crowded, but it was no big deal at first. I went in and told a man about the appointment I had made (2 days in advance mind you) and he told me with an attitude that it would be at least a few hours because they had no room in the garage. I said okay, thinking I really didn't have time because of work but whatever (hence making an appointment). Now I usually am pretty understanding but this is where it got ridiculous. The woman behind me in line (she also parked directly behind my car so I know I was there first) went to the desk and said she needed an oil change and something else done, no appointment. They took her keys no issue and one of the mechanics drove her car around. I was dumbfounded. Now maybe she was dropping the car off, but it didn't seem like it. It all felt incredibly wrong to me that she was taken care of no issue and I was met with a stupid look for questioning why I couldn't get in at my scheduled time. Beyond all of that, it took me about 10 minutes to leave because of cars parked behind me and having to slowly maneuver around a disorganized mess of cars. If you want friendly, organized service that sticks to their word, I would go somewhere else.

This place is shity place I don't recommend you to go there, they charged me $596.60 for something…read moreelse, after I paid I found out the problem is still, when I went back to them they said ohhh you have other issues we fixed one but if you need to fix the other problem bring the car to us tomorrow when I brought it to them they let me leave the car from 9am to 5pm then they call me they said our Mechanical isn't here come take your car. Anyways I'm gonna contact my lawyer to sue them, on ma mama I'll shut their shop down.
