    One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service center, zero help from their service…read moredepartment, employees that have zero clue what they are doing, ridiculously outrageous cost estimates that exceeded other more quality places by literal thousands of dollars and will hold your vehicle hostage over whatever ridiculous fees they can before you take it off their overcrowded lot full of cars they can't sell due to their horrible reputation and service. In addition, they will threaten you with trying to take your vehicle even when you are gone on extended military duty and are not home to take care of the situation. Cannot under any circumstances recommend this place for service or sales in any fashion, no wonder they are scaling down operations and laying off staff. If zero stars were an option, it still wouldn't be low enough.

I was easily able to make an appointment online and the staff was very upfront and honest about what could be wrong with my car. They assured me that they would fix it in a timely manner and due to my car's warranty I would most likely not have to owe any money. The manager of the service center was extremely nice and personable. I waited a little longer than I would have liked but it was a little over an hour.. nothing unbearable. The waiting room and bathroom was EXTREMELY clean. They had TV's, a phone charging station, and offered coffee. I will be buying a new car in the near future as my lease is about to be up and I would definitely consider going to this Hyundai dealership!

Unfortunately, the experience at Kia of Beavercreek fell well below expectations. Despite advance coordination, the sales representative was unprepared when I arrived. I was assured prior to travel that all‑weather floor mats were available and included, only to be told at delivery that they had not yet arrived--despite knowing I live hours away and would not be returning easily. I had to escalate to management to get these shipped to me, that was not proactively offered while on-site. Just before leaving the dealership, I discovered that the mileage listed on the documents I signed was incorrect by approximately 145 miles. While this was later acknowledged as an error, it was not corrected at the time of delivery, and revised paperwork was sent later without being mutually re-signed, which left me uncomfortable with how it was handled. I also had to turn around and return to the dealership because temporary tags were not installed before I drove off. The most concerning issue came when checking my email, when I received an eDelivery record showing MY customer feedback stating I was "100% satisfied" with the vehicle and my experience, signed with a smiley face, which I did not submit or authorize and which is completely inaccurate. I will not be doing business here again.
