About my project, I am in the midst of doing a home remodel where the walls are open. With the…read morewalls open I ran CAT6 cables to a few areas of the house, but I needed help to finish it off with end point connections. I reached out to Precision and my first impressions were good, we set up a time to meet so they could evaluate my home and see what was needed. The first meeting was scheduled for Friday at 4 but got rescheduled to the next Tuesday at 4. I was fine with the rescheduling, but when Tuesday rolled around I had not heard anything as far as meeting confirmation, so at 330 I messaged asking of we were still going to meet and never got a response. I was ghosted by them. No follow up, no explanation, no turning down of the job, just silence. Not that they knew this, but I had asked my contractor to hold off on working in one of the rooms so that I could get Precision in there to come up with a plan for equipment location. I delayed the project for them. TlDR; set up a meeting and they ghosted me

Stay away from this brand they have declined over the years…read more We have spent upwards of $30k on thier furniture over the years. Of late we have had 3 broken chairs and it has taken 2 to3 months to get them fixed. We also had to pay shipping and service fees. When you pay a premium for a piece of furniture the manufacturer "should" stand behind it. It should also last past the warranty stage, not before. Get it together, going to Ashley Furniture in the future... HAVE A LAZY DAY...!

After spending hours reviewing the material options and proper measurements, it almost felt like something was off. We had our hearts set in a sectional couch and were ready to purchase. Like any retail store, they tried to upsell us an area rug worth over $900, a coffee table, 2 end tables we did not need and weren't looking for, lamps, and additional insurance worth over $900 for the couches in case something happens to them. We went in for a new couch set and that was all we wanted. If we wanted more items, we would have asked for them. The final price they quoted us was $4366. Disappointed, we returned home and went to their website, picked out the same exact pieces and by surprise the price was $3796 + tax. They did not really do a good job explaining how they came up with their total aside from since we wanted 2 separate pieces instead of one love seat the price went up charging for individual items. We should also add that the designer did not have the right measurements for our living room despite her being here physically taking the measurements herself. We had to come home to take the measurements ourselves and return for the 4th time. They said delivery would be free but somehow it felt like they were adding some hidden charges to compensate for the items they were trying to upsell us. They commented that they could play around the final number and give us additional discounts if we purchase additional items. We would have bought more items down the road if they kept us happy and would talk about our great experience with people we know. Unfortunately, it went the other way. Not only did they lose a sale that day, but they also lost potential returning customers. Naturally, we talked about our bad experience with family and friends. We went in thinking La-Z-Boy is a reputable name, however this has been a bad experience for us. While we really wanted the set, we felt as if they weren't being honest, in return did not give us a good experience. It's not like they ran the numbers again and realized they made a mistake. Not sure if we'll go back to La-Z-Boy. We'll be looking at Penny Mustard and Walter-E-Smith for what we want.

Tina is a consumate professional who really takes her time to get to know her clients' style and preferences and then works within your budget to deliver stunning results! Tina has a fabulous eye for color, texture, and sources everything you need for your projects from paint colors, fabrics, flooring and countertops, wallpaper--right down to the smallest details like cabinet hardware and decorative entryway coat hooks. As a result, she totally transforms your space into one that reflects your tase but elevates your style. She really worked hard to keep our projects on schedule and in line with the overall design concept by communicating clearly to us and our contractors throughout each phase of the design and build process. Her attention to detail is truly unmatched. Tina saved us so much time by applying her exquisite and intuitive design skills to our projects. We could not have imagined how beautiful our home would look when we started the renovations. We are thrilled with the results and will continue to work with Tina on all of our future projects. We cannot recommend Tina highly enough!

Even when my home was clean, it looked cluttered and dirty. Once I started working from home more, I realized I needed to invest in the help of a professional who could help make my space a comfortable place to work and live. I was referred to Tina by a friend whose home I absolutely love. Like me, she has pets but somehow managed to keep all of her pet stuff from overtaking her living room. She admitted that she had help from a professional interior designer and gave me Tina's email address. Tina worked with me to figure out what my goals were via a detailed questionnaire, what my style is, and helped me figure out what I like and don't like. I sent her a list of ideas and examples and she somehow turned my hodgepodge of ideas into a reality that came together beautifully. There was no way I could have ever gotten my home to the place it is now by myself. Having never used an interior designer before, I had no idea how much a room could be transformed. It's like I moved into a different home. She also made the process extremely easy on me and I felt like I didn't have to invest a ton of time into making this transformation happen- she just took care of all the annoying and time consuming parts for me. Her rates are reasonable and she will work with you to stay within your budget. She was flexible with my needs and I didn't feel like she ever pushed me towards something I didn't want. She primarily works in the Lake Forest/Chicago area, but I live in Virginia and she was able to work remotely with me via phone, email, and FaceTime. So glad my friend referred me to her!

On moving day the movers kept asking about where they'd be moving our couches, mater bedroom…read morefurniture, tables, etc in our new house. My answer was always pretty much the same- the basement! We basically moved our tiny city condo into the basement of our new house. And guess what that means...we need to buy a lot of furniture to fill up the actual house! I didn't even know where to start when it came to decorating my new house, especially with 2 little ones and a FT job. Just looking around all the empty rooms after we bought it really stressed me out. I decided what I needed was an interior designer. I reached out to a bunch of friends who had moved recently and did a bit of research on Yelp..and started making some calls. As soon as I chatted with Erin from EEB Interiors I knew I'd found my woman. It helped that my friend who was currently using her for a complete house renovation couldn't stop raving about her. On top of that Erin was super personable, professional and seemed to "get" the European decor I wanted for my house. It sealed the deal when I found out that her hourly rate was way below all the other designers I had "interviewed." Erin also passes on the majority of her discount for furniture to her clients, which actually makes up for the hourly fee we paid her. It's by no means a bargain to use EEB Interiors (let alone any designer), but I do feel like we were able to get much more quality furniture thanks to Erin's discount. Months later I can say I made the right choice by hiring Erin. . Her communication skills are unbelievable. I'm known to be pretty fast when it comes to answering emails, but I think Erin may be respond even faster. I rarely have to follow-up with her on anything because she's on top of every little detail...and from furniture to paint colors to window treatments to tracking shipments there sure are a lot of details to keep track of. Details that I'm very happy to pay her to take care of so I can focus my time on my little ones and job. I typically tell Erin what I'm looking for and then she narrows it down to a few options for me to choose from. She has incredible taste and always gets it right. There have been a few times that I've asked her to go back to the drawing board for less costly items and she always comes back with something great. I really like that she's OK working with any budget because that didn't seem to be the case with all the other designers I chatted with before hiring Erin. We're furnishing our house slowly room by room and just had our first big shipment for the 3 main rooms. Everything piece of furniture looks even more gorgeous in person (if possible). I can't wait for Erin to come over this week to help me complete the look with accessories...and then on to the rest of the house. Decorating your new home should be fun, not stressful...and it's guaranteed to be a good time (and result in a beautiful new home) with EEB Interiors.

I also wanted to make one of the rooms into a home office that looked as if it had been a baby's room before. I found out about EEB Interiors through a coworker that was really happy with their work, and looked at the website because I wanted someone who could mesh with my personal style. I really liked the residential design photos, so I gave them a call. Erin, the owner, was really personable on the phone and when we met. She was also really good at honing in on my style and offering me choices and ideas I hadn't thought of before. Before we called EEB, we had been around to other stores in the area looking for something not so run-of-the-mill, and had a hard time finding something that didn't look like all the others. I wanted something that was higher quality and more unique than what I had been finding at the standard retail stores. EEB had access to all these amazing sources that aren't open to the public that had really different stuff that I just loved and hadn't seen before. The knowledge and designer sources helped us create the high-end look we were trying to achieve. I am a person who prefers quality and work well done over a strict schedule, but everything got done in a very timely fashion, and we are really happy with the new look! Definitely worth it.
