And enjoyed the Krogers brand frozen stuffed potato skins it was great cause I could pop it in the microwave at hotel . Great frozen food selection . Great store to go for cabin supplies. Stayed in gatlinburg for three days and need to stick up on some essentials. Read some not so good reviews on Food City so decided to make the very short drive here. Exceeded expectations. Had everything my family needed. Even organic selections for all groceries. Huge store! Packed with customers on a Sunday in July. Hard to navigate around everyone but plenty of selection and the Checkout line seemed to move fairly quick. Prices were comparable to bigger and less appealing stores (i.e. Walmart). read more

This is a good, not amazing, Kroger. People here are friendly and helpful. You'll find all of your basic food needs here and then some. Personally I like a bigger produce selection, but I can't offer an alternative for one in this town. read more

This store looks pretty nice and has a good selection of items. However I just can't get past the lines at the checkout. Every time all lines are 4-5 carts deep. The employees look bewildered. Their self checkout is an exercise in frustration, too. Nothing scans on the first thru third try. The one employee for 6 registers is constantly going from station to station overriding something. read more

Nice clean kroger. If you have seen one you have seen them all. Overall people were helpful just hard to find. We went their several times while in the area to find stuff we forgot and wasnt to hard to find what we needed. read more

Worst Kroger I have ever been to! Over crowded all the time! Store is to small for this area. Don't even think you can get in and out with just a few items by using the express lane. Last time I tried that there was 2 people in front of me, both carts full to the top, so much for the 15 item maximum express lane. I will be shopping at Publix from now on. read more

This store has some issues... The first thing is that this store is sometimes unorganized it being that because items are in different places. Then the carts, the carts are sometimes all taken up so if you are shopping for a family it will be a issue. These issues happen sometimes, I've been there multiple times some where only one of these issues would arise some with both, this seems to be the only Kroger like this. read more

My 5 stars are not for the store but for one individual in particular named Mary. She was servicing the "self checkout" lanes and came over to where I was standing in a regular line holding my 6 month old son and cart of groceries and offered to take me over at self checkout and checkout my cart for me. That was above and beyond not only friendly and nice, but extremely helpful. She did not have to do that. Great customer service and it really made my experience easier which was a huge bOnus. Terrible experience at the Starbucks. I ordered an iced mocha and got a caramel drink that was not even made right. (A dead shot). Others I was with asked for sandwiches and they said they didn't make food. They asked for smoothies and he said they didn't have any smoothies. The girl i was with said she worked at a Starbucks and knew that their were more smoothies in the back room. He got the smoothies and made them in the wrong size with the wrong portions. read more

Came to Pigeon Forge to get married and I used the floral department at Kroger. Amy did an excellent job on my bouquet & boutonniere. Her heart is in her job and it shows. She just added so much love and detail in my bouquet and it was perfect. All I had was a small photo of what I wanted and she created a master piece. I could never have gone anywhere else and been more pleased. I thank Kroger for having such a nice clean store, with so many departments. When we come back I will revisit the store and have told everyone about my great experience with this store. Being out of town and out of state and using this floral department for such an important day - I was so happy I chose Kroger Floral Department. I always shop this Kroger. The store is always clean, neat and orderly. The produce is always fresh. AND there is always someone around to ask if u have a question. Today AMY was so kind, friendly and asked if I found everything I needed. Other stores could take lessons from this store. read more

That was the ickiest Kroger I have ever been to. The food selection is there, and it does have a small Starbucks which is a plus. It is just not what I am used to as far as being clean looking. Also, I did not like the environment. read more

The good-good variety of products and brands at affordable process. The bad... employees are badly in need of appropriate customer relation training e.g..hang out like thugs in the front of the store smoking and making comments about customers.... nothing like a big lung of secondhand smoke to enhance my shopping trip... then ...there... is well a sense of overfamiliarity that certain employees tend to have... snooping through my choices while ringing them up.... making assuming comments about my purchases... even had a clerk scream about my playing the lottery from across the store tonight... my ticket was left in my tip jar and a winner ...all of which ....none of her business. The ugly... I have been accused of loitering while getting out of my car slowly....I have permanent. injuries and use a handicap cart... am there often enough for them to know.... none of them carry themselves in a way that would entice me to solicit their advice.... yet there it is frequently and generously crammed into my shopping experience.
