The Kroger cashiers are some of the rudest cashiers in Sevierville. Today is the 3rd or 4th time the cashiers complained about our use of the grocery bags on the items we bought. Today the guy on the cash register asked why we bag our items with the grocery bags. Does Kroger employees go to health safety training? It is also raining and we do not want our food rained at and get ruined by the rain water specially the dry goods since the molds will form on the dry goods. I never heard any complaint from the Publix cashiers. They are all very courteous and polite to their customers. If the cashiers find it inconvenient to scan our groceries, why work there? read more

Well stocked, bright and clean aisles make this the best place to shop! The Kroger rewards card makes reasonable prices even more reasonable. The regular checkout lines and self checkout lines are staffed by knowledgeable, friendly staff. The sales are the best, especially seasonal sales. If you can't find what you are looking for, ask. This review is for a product that they sell - they make it very difficult to write a review on their actual site! But I love Reeses and wanted to try their Reeses ice cream sandwiches so bought some. They taste nothing like Reeses anything... no peanut butter taste at all. Disappointing. Glad I got them on sale. read more

Be careful at the gas station. I know for a fact I had 80 cents off my gas. The older lady at the registered said I only had 10 cents off. I told her again I have 80 cents off and she said no. I told her to give me my money back and I used my card at the pump. Sure enough I had 80 cents off. While I was pumping 2 other people went to the window. One woman said she knows for a fact she has a dollar off and the cashier said the exact same thing, no you only have 10 cents. The women said it to her again and the cashier said nope only 10 cents. The lady gave in and pumped at 10 cents off only. Another lady went up and said she had 50 cents off and the cashier said no only 10 cents. The lady did the same thing I did and went to the pump and it showed 50 cents. read more

This is the best grocery store in the county. Maybe it would not warrant 5 stars in New York City (thought the customer service certainly would) but it sure stands out in this fast food & fat food area. They have a diverse deli case, and a huge hippie aisle. I can get a wide variety if nuts, seeds and dried fruits to make my own trail mix or granola. It is easy for me to find products here, even when I have a house guest on a gluten-free diet. The staff asks if I need help. This never happens to me at the competing chain. My favorite items are the Mrs. Mays freeze dried and chocolate covered strawberries, the Boars Head "black label" cheddar, Applegate all natural hot dogs, Pepperidge Farms pumpernickel bread, Amy's Kitchen enchiladas, and the the brown/purple tomatoes in the produce aisle. I like that they employ many developmentally disabled adults, often as baggers. If you have a special diet, such as gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, sugar free, low sodium, vegan, vegetarian, or just like to eat healthy food, this is the grocery store to visit. Use your Kroger or Fry's card to get discounts in store, and on fuel at the gas station out front. read more

This Kroger gets two thumbs WAY up! It's well stocked, clean and has more to offer than the Kroger down the road in Pigeon Forge. The deli, produce and bakery departments really shine in this location. We got some Kroger brand maple ham in the deli that surpasses any Boar's Head or more expensive brand that I've ever tried. Very friendly associates, fuel points that I can use back in NC with Harris Teeter, and really good sales...what's not to like? This will be our go-to grocery store when we're in town. read more

Not much to write,...most Krogers are the same and don't really stand out from each other in my opinion. Good customer service, very diverse deli. Not much to say. This is a very typical Kroger. If you like Kroger than do your area grocery shopping here. Typical Kroger bakery,deli and butcher departments. Our only complaint was having to wait for someone to get us some meat out of the case. They need a bell or buzzer or the employee in the back should come out and check more often. Probably waited 5 minutes before we went and asked another employee and they went back to find the butcher. Nice store though. read more

I don't get to go to Krogers very often as they are not in my area. This was a nice enough location with lots of things to offer. I was pretty impressed with the sales on fresh flowers and they looked fantastic! There was a wide selection and plenty of lanes open for quick check out. coming from miami and being spoiled with Publix, i was very happy to shop at this Kroger! they had an awesome variety of organics and the meat dept, bakery and deli were awesome! even have Boars Head deli meats and cheeses! all the employees were so nice and the people shopping were nice too! i will come back to shop here again the next time we are in this town! read more
