I stopped in here this past weekend after shopping in the area with my daughter. It's not my normal Kroger but it was getting late and I was nearby, so I stopped in for a few things. This store is need of an update! And a good cleaning! The layout is weird, the lighting is bad and it looks grungy. Their deli is small and lacking considerably. The meat department was nearly empty. Maybe because it was a Sunday early evening but still - hardly any meat in the cases and what was there looked unappetizing. The one employee we encountered was nice, though she looked stressed working the self-scan checkouts without help. read more

My boss' birthday was Friday, so I and a colleague wanted to get some birthday cake. I took a break and drove to Kroger. I stopped to get a cake cutter, and they had baked me the best cake one could get. Everyone loved it. Rather than going to Graeters' or Nothing Bunt Cakes, I will take Kroger every day of the week and twice on Sunday. They are excellent and at a good price. read more

The Sharonville Krogers deli has in the grab and go stickers of the price for they're items or put on over the zipper opening part which when you open the bag it always makes a hole, bad idea! The last 3 time I had bought cheese with in a week it starts getting mold on it. That cheese isn't cheap they need to give fresh cheese not the old that's been there a while. I won't be buying ANYTHING from that deli again just throw money away!!? read more

Not even remotely friendly to the disabled/elderly/infirm. Can't be bothered plugging in the electric carts to recharge. I've already moved most of my dry good purchases (cereals, coffee, peanut butter) to a service that delivers to my door (very bueno since I am disabled), but I may just jettison shopping for perishables at the store down the street. Basically, the carts are always dead. Even at the worst of the pandemic, carts might not have been plugged in, but getting five items would not drain the battery. I have no fault with the people inside, they are invariably friendly, helpful knowledgeable. My bad review is solely a function of the crap equipment at the door. read more

This particular Kroger, on Route 42 in Sharonville, is one of the worst stores I've shopped. It never seems clean and is badly in need of being updated! I primarily use this location if I need to make a quick grocery run. For full shopping orders, my preference is Mason Montgomery store or Harpers Point. Cox Road Kroger is also a choice over the Route 42 store. I am very upset that they cannot seem to hold employees there. They're badly understaffed read more

This used to be a great Kroger. Full service with a Starbucks. About four years ago they remodeled the store. Must be making it better! Nope! It is now just above what i find at Aldi Foods and Big Lots. Kroger opted for box bins for paper products and many food items. No more flooring. Just bare concrete (classy!). Funny, Kroger didn't lower the pricing. Also, Kroger removed full service checkout lines in favor of the automatic checkout. They still have six full service checkout lanes but one person manning the checkout. That is more than the person(s) supposedly assisting the shoppers in the automated checkout lanes. What a disappointment! We go to the Kroger in Montgomery (Harper's Point). That is a great Kroger. Why did you lower the standards and experience so far in Sharonville? read more

Had my wallet stolen at this location and they did nothing said they had blurred footage of who handed it in and couldn't wouldn't do anything to further identify the theif. The co managers are rude and refused to help. Loyal shopper means nothing to krogers. read more

Top notch with a small-town friendliness. When I was pregnant the check-out guy offered to get someone to help me get my groceries to my car and load them up. Same thing happened today when they saw me with my 5 month old. I could have handled it, but it was nice to get a little help. Also, I eat gluten-free, and they have a lot of things to fill in my gluten-free needs. When they haven't had something, I've simply asked if they can get it, and they are usually able to. read more

We used their clicklist service and ended up getting screwed. Their sh*tty service had a glitch and charged my card but didn't send the grocery order through. So we ended up not getting our groceries after paying $112. The people at the store could do nothing & the Kroger rep on the phone was just as useless. I have no problem understanding that technology isn't perfect but nobody has any ability to do anything about it. Everybody is sorry but nobody can help. All the technology in the world and we get shoulder shrugs. Pathetic. Oh, and don't worry, PNC is just as useless. Their big idea is to just wait and see if it falls off in a week or so. Thanks PNC! This is an awesome Kroger as Rachel stated. I needed to grab some things for a special lunch I was cooking and this Kroger was convient to a few errands. The deli was fully stocked and people behind the counter were very nice, the cheese selection here was also good. This Kroger has sushi, a lunch buffet, and awesome clearance items!! And all are amazing!! Sushi is fresh and great! The buffet has all sorts of variety. And the seasonal clearance items seem to not be a big thing for the locals and you can find a good stock pile even a week or so after the holiday!! The location doesn't seem to get a lot of traffic, yet they're always busy at lunchtime. read more

I travel on business 3-4 nights per week and usually once a week I just hit a grocery store for dinner instead of going to a restaurant. I usually get some decent prepared food in the deli area and I pick up some local craft beer. I come from a Kroger house in VA and have been to many Kroger all over the SE US. I went to the deli area where they have prepared food in addition to deli meats & cheeses. Just about every Kroger I have ever been to has a "meal deal" where you can choose a meat/entree and two sides for $6.99 which added to the craft beer and usually a small salad bar salad comes to somewhere around $25 This Kroger being in Kroger's HQ's backyard I would figure to be the same but boy was I wrong. I waited in line behind several customers. The prepared food in the case looked decent but was probably going in the trash can at the end of the night. When my turn came, I was told that I could only get a meal from the unhealthy case in the next glass case over. In other words, the fried chicken, fried tater wedges, etc. I guess this Kroger would rather throw food in the trash can. I was going to settle for a prepared deli sub and a salad bar salad but I didn't even see any subs. I finally got back in my car and drove over to Whole Foods and got exactly what I wanted. read more

Probably one of the best, if not better, Kroger stores in the Cincinnati area. Not too big, easy to navigate, not too busy, friendly, and clean. Remodeled not too long ago, the health & beauty section is pretty snazzy. They recently upgraded the self-checkouts, in a way that there are six points where there used to be four in the same space. read more

What terrible French bread. Why Kroger will be fine for groceries, don't buy anything from the bakery at the store as the French bread is hard as a rock. They should definitely close the bakery at this store And get their fresh items from someone who knows what they're doing. read more

This store is terrible. I got there at 10:00 Am on a Saturday and only one check out was open. The store is not stocked well except on Saturday and Sunday so Kroger forces you to shop on the weekend. read more
