They also don't put up their sale signs on the makeup section, letting you know which ones have extra bucks attached, etc. At least that has been the case the last 2 weekends. What really knocks them down to 2 stars is the lack of professionalism. Before I say anything, my mom was a retail manager for most of my life. I know what it's like to live with the boss. Also, I'm a Capricorn. But I can't ever remember my mom talking badly about her employees in a common area, or engaging in "trash talk" with another employee about an employee who isn't present. And that's what I had to listen to for 10 minutes while I was shopping in a mostly empty store. I get it. Your employees piss you off. Your coworkers sometimes piss you off. Take a 5. Go to your car. Or go sit in the back for a minute. Don't talk about someone like that in front of customers and behind the cash registers where customers can obviously hear you. I'm not really interested in someone else's conversation about how bad their employees are, but if I can still hear you in the back of the store, you need to use your inside voice.

The cosmetics area lacks attention, but I will give the cosmetics clerk props for ringing me out AND using coupons to help me save on my purchases. Overall, this is your typical Walgreens drug store. It has a pharmacy, which offers vaccinations as well as a drive-thru, a photo counter, a cosmetics counter, and all the normal drug store finds. If you are in the area, this is a fine store to visit. If you want a somewhat nicer store, travel a bit further down 256 to the Pickerington location (just my opinion).

Within 1 mile of my house I have 2 Walgreen's & 1 CVS. Now for THIS location. You patronize a business because of multiple factors (cost, cleanliness & staff, etc). This location SOARS above the others. Specifically their pharmacy department. If you have prescriptions on a regular basis & you're not going to THIS pharmacy, you're only robbing yourself. Sherwyin Graves from the pharmacy will likely be shocked to get this review about him but his people skills are exemplary. As pharmacy manager, he makes his store's pharmacy better than all others, including the other Walgreen's just down the street from me. His support staff are all exemplary as well. All of them. I have been going there for years, have gone elsewhere when my wife dropped a prescription off elsewhere simply to save time but I only have faith in THIS Walgreen's location. No one beats their pharmacy department. No one. Try their pharmacy. I think you'll be pleased.
