    Terrible service, not even worth one star. Shame our insurance has them as the preferred pharmacy. Avoid if you can.

Upon finally speaking with Jennifer I was disappointed with her customer skills and demeanor. Jennifer indicated she was having difficulty hearing me, indicating she would call me back. I never received a return call and she has failed to return my subsequent voice mail. The associates seem to lack any training in quality customer service and their phone etiquette skills.

    My wife has been on Oxygen for multiple years now due to battling cancer and during this time we…read morehave been with Hooks a Rotech company in the beginning they were fantastic, customer service was unbelievable but, along the way something happened and now they are the meanest, rudest most obnoxious people with someone named Christinia the worse of them. We have been repeatedly trying to inform them for the past 5 days that my wife's portable machine was not functioning correctly and was alarming and saying we needed to call them they of course told us this happens all the time and just to remove the battery pack completely and then reinstall and it would reset. So, I did this but explained to them that the last time this happened they had to replace the machine, and that the battery was extremely hot to the touch. They (Christinia) told me I didn't know what I was talking about and to just do as instructed, so I bit my tongue and did this. Well, it did not help, then we spent the next several days attempting to contact someone leaving several messages until they finally returned a call on Monday evening around 430pm. This time initially it was a gentleman who had called and again I explained what it was doing he told me that my wife's oxygen needs have probably changed and that she would need to be connected to a tank when she left the house, I informed him that her Oxygen levels were quite fine as I checked it with our pulse ox and her sats were in the mid 90's while wearing her portable. He informed me that I probably didn't know what I was doing which I assured him that I did as I have been a nurse for going on 40 years and was actually a Director of Nursing. That is when all chaos erupted as I found out Christinia had actually been listening in on the call and she started screaming that she didn't care what I did for a living and that it was obvious that we didn't know what we were doing and my wife needed training on how to wear her oxygen and that we needed to contact our Dr and make an appointment for such, lol now mind you my wife has been on oxygen for multiple years now without any issue so she must have been doing something correct. She then proceeded to inform me that they would not be sending a replacement and before I could respond she hung up on me. So, if anyone tries to set you up with this company you better run. To go even further the next morning my wife went to her Dr to get us changed to a new provider and he also wanted to see what hooks had to say so his staff called them, and hooks proceeded to tell the Dr's office that they needed to get us trained lol, now mind you the Dr's office had already seen the malfunctioning machine and had also checked my wife's oxygen level which was at 97%, so they politely told Hooks thank you and hung up, and then contacted another oxygen provider. So again, please stay away from this company they are horrible. Also, this post looks like I'm out of California for some reason, but I actually live outside of Lancaster Ohio and this Hooks is out of Gahanna Ohio

    Never ever have left a review for any place because I usually find reviews tacky and weird, but…read morethis I must. I have a 90 day prescription for Adderall. I sent in a request for a refill to my primary care doctor weeks ago. Never received any call, notification, or email from Walgreens. I figured because of the shortage in the US of Adderall that they just weren't able to refill the full 90 days, so I call two days ago to see what the status is. The lady who answered my call told me she just put in the prescription and it would be ready the next day. Great. The next day rolls around, still no notification it's ready. I call the day after (today, two days after my original call) and a very rude man answers saying it won't be ready until tomorrow. Note I ran out of my medication today. I ask him why I was told in my first call it would be ready the next day if that wasn't the case, and he said it was basically my fault for not specifying it was a 90 day supply, even though that's the literal prescription request my doctor sends every time, and I have never had to specify previously because it's literally listed in the refill request. He was incredibly rude, did not let me finish explaining the situation, I had to tell him to let me finish and to stop interrupting me. I then ask to clarify it will be ready by tomorrow afternoon because that's what he said, and he goes, "No I never said that." I'll be going one day without my Adderall, which isn't a huge deal and I'll manage, but don't know if I'll actually have it by tomorrow, and am very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability, as well as the complete lack of respect and basic customer service. My family used to get all of our medications here, but they've switched to the Meijer pharmacy down the road and warned me to not use this Walgreens anymore, since they've been terrible for them too. I'm going to listen. Will not be using this pharmacy anymore, and advise you look elsewhere, at either other Walgreens or any other pharmacy. Incredibly frustrating.

    I have been having my prescriptions filled here for over ten years. Never a problem until last 60…read moredays. Three times, send in refill request by phone, told it will be ready after 12;00 on a particular day. Travel to pick up usually late in the day -- not ready. Today, did not even have the refill request. This is unacceptable. Either fix your call in system or look at your operation (excuse: item didn't come in or haven't unpacked the order yet). Time to look for a new pharmacy who can refill in a timely manner and commit to have it ready when they say. Hey Giant Eagle -- here's a thought, if you can't keep up with refill requests, hire more people.

He worked there for 3 years in pain when they were busy he worked all the hours they gave him. When they were slow they put him down to one day but he stayed loyal because he liked working there. Then his supervisor on third shift stocking quit. They brought in another supervisor and then all the people started to quit. I told him time was up he needed to get out of there but he loved working there and he loved working that shift. He went in one night she laid into him giving him time tables. He told her it would be hard to do it and that he had a medical emergency that he needed to leave. He went back the next night he apologized and she told him he was suspended. She also said she didn't care about his illness So it went to corporate office they put him off for over a month. Then they told him he was fired. Then they told him he was rehired but to keep his job he had to sign a paper stating it was all his fault and that he would not have any claims against that company. So this is how this giant eagle on North Hamilton road takes care of their long time employees they dump on them. and they take a word from a woman who had only been there a week and half and she had already ran off most of the crew. So if y'all think this is a nice family place to shop at it's not. He has a handicap back and this is where they treated him. So he worked many nights in severe pain but he loved the job and he needed the job. They wanted him to sign that paper saying he released them for many claims or else. So everybody think twice before you shop at this giant eagle they are not good to their employees.
