i went to this walgreens for the last time this morning. had to pick up standard prescription, window was closed. so i parked and went in. the lady was standing there putting things on shelf, ophelia, wouldnt turn around and look at me as i walked up, i said hello , she said yes, i said is the pharmacy opened yet? no on e is there, she says well sometimes they are late , idk when they will be here as she walks away from me. she says people are late sometimes, idk where they are. it was insane, others were standing there wondering what was going on as well. the people here have never been friendly or kind, or even nice. i went home and immediatly went to amazon to send me both my meds by mail...never ever go to this walgreens..horrible employees. and its not the first time ive had issues....horrible store, not reccommended...ever read more

The pharmacy is so very RUDE and Unprofessional. The African Pharmacist gets into arguments with everyone while people are waiting in line. They also take the phone off so they don't have to answer it. They need to be turned into the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. They will lie and argue with you about anything. Never ever have left a review for any place because I usually find reviews tacky and weird, but this I must. I have a 90 day prescription for Adderall. I sent in a request for a refill to my primary care doctor weeks ago. Never received any call, notification, or email from Walgreens. I figured because of the shortage in the US of Adderall that they just weren't able to refill the full 90 days, so I call two days ago to see what the status is. The lady who answered my call told me she just put in the prescription and it would be ready the next day. Great. The next day rolls around, still no notification it's ready. I call the day after (today, two days after my original call) and a very rude man answers saying it won't be ready until tomorrow. Note I ran out of my medication today. I ask him why I was told in my first call it would be ready the next day if that wasn't the case, and he said it was basically my fault for not specifying it was a 90 day supply, even though that's the literal prescription request my doctor sends every time, and I have never had to specify previously because it's literally listed in the refill request. He was incredibly rude, did not let me finish explaining the situation, I had to tell him to let me finish and to stop interrupting me. I then ask to clarify it will be ready by tomorrow afternoon because that's what he said, and he goes, "No I never said that." I'll be going one day without my Adderall, which isn't a huge deal and I'll manage, but don't know if I'll actually have it by tomorrow, and am very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability, as well as the complete lack of respect and basic customer service. My family used to get all of our medications here, but they've switched to the Meijer pharmacy down the road and warned me to not use this Walgreens anymore, since they've been terrible for them too. I'm going to listen. Will not be using this pharmacy anymore, and advise you look elsewhere, at either other Walgreens or any other pharmacy. Incredibly frustrating. read more

The pharmacy has been extremely slow in getting prescriptions filled in recent weeks and also only the drive-up window was open (couldn't get prescription in the store). Now today, they sent a text to their customers that their pharmacy is temporarily closed and they'll notify us when they reopen?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

It was a great pharmacy prior. It is close to my house, they were fast and staffed, I work and if it is a day early on adderell since I am there picking all meds up then it was fine. Now.... I am being told I have to wait till the day I run out of medicine and still be expected to function perfect with a busy job of patient care of my own. Come off my medicine cold turkey, feel like crap cause it is the managers rule now. Thats not how the board of pharmacy would look at it when my medication is filled amd authorized and I just picked up my sons meds and my other medicine. Now I am told come back on the day I run out after waiting in a hot drive thru for 35 mins. Thats not ok. Run out of my medicine while there is a valid prescription there and tech said its filled but cant be given 1 day before the last fill date. 30 days on the dot. I work and cant swing by like thqt cause the pharmacist has a issue with people taking adhd meds. I always feel like a bad low life every time I have to get a refill on my adhd meds. I really like this Walgreens. The staff is always nice. They are usually pretty well stocked. They offer rapid Covid-19 test and get your results back to you in a timely manner. read more

How does a neighborhood pharmacy stay CLOSED on weekends? I will be going back to CVS.

This Walgreens doesn't have much to offer, relative to other stores of its type anyways. I went there to print some photos (right, who even does that anymore) and it was a struggle. I wouldn't recommend stopping here unless you have to. There are other drugstores along this route, plus a meijer and a target a block away. I regret spending 35 minutes trying to get my photos to print here. I did eventually get 6/10 of them to print (the issue was with their antiquated technology), so it wasn't a total loss. I gave this location 2 stars because while the facility is dirty and the printing kiosk is super old, the staff were all very nice! read more

Frequently don't have prescriptions in stock. the app is useless. pharmacist was rude when I called to ask for a date.

This pharmacy deserves a minus rating. Three times I have received texts informing me that my prescriptions were ready. I drive 15-20 minutes to pick up prescriptions only to find out theses are only partially filled. Today the technician asked me if I would care to wait 1-2 hours while they unpacked the shipment of supplies and finished filling my order. Or maybe drive back. I turned and left the store. I am now going to a different pharmacy, no more Walgreens for me. I will not spend another red cent in any a Walgreens I feel that they have consumed enough of my time and wasted enough of my money! read more
