The lady in front of me was complaining to the pharmacist about how many calls she'd made to check on a prescription that was to be filled three days prior without getting any resolution. In the end she left without her prescription - she left a card on file and the pharmacy said it would be delivered by DoorDash in 2 hours. I prefilled all my paperwork prior to my appointment which made the check-in process fast. It took about 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen. The pharmacist was still pleasant, gave me individual attention and was relatively painless. Other people in line behind me were a mixture of vaccine appointments and prescription refills. The pharmacy staff were working hard to get through the line plus answer phone calls.

That was a year ago and every time since then, they keep filling it for 5, I complain and they provide the extra 85 and promise the problem is fixed. EXCEPT- the next 3 times it hasn't been fixed. I just got back from visiting my son in Denver and guess what? That issue was still not fixed BUT, in addition to that problem, they SHORT FILLED 3 additional prescriptions. For two, the store didn't have enough pills, for the 3rd, their off-site fulfillment center didn't have enough stock. AND, they don't tell you the prescriptions have been short filled and leave you to discover that when you get home. As of this week, I've moved all my part-D prescriptions to another pharmacy.

How to review a store when some negatives are out of the store's control…read more I live on the East Side and wanted a cheap beauty tool that only this store and Sawmill MIGHT have. I say "might" because far too many times, in far too many cities, something I wanted was "in stock," but never was. Generally, I find the CVS website to be inaccurate, but that's not the store's fault. The second negative is the very busy location, particularly if you need to cross a few lanes to get into the correct lane for 270. On a positive note, they did have what I wanted, but it was locked. No one was at the register, so I had to search for an employee. I wish they had a buzzer. The employee was helpful and friendly. Self checkout mostly worked, except a digital coupon required me to insert the coupon into the slot. Now, how can I do that? Once again, the friendly employee to the rescue. Overall, I am positive towards this store. But the big wigs at Corporate really ought to shop their stores. When I can't see if their store has what I want at a price I want, it drives me to shop at Costco or Amazon. Plus, 20% off a single regular price item? Give me a break. Oftentimes, what I want is priced at least 50% higher. But again, what I don't like isn't under the store's control except having easily located employees.

I've now been getting all my prescriptions there since the beginning of this year and I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and with the efficiency of their operation, I receive texts when it's time to refill prescriptions; texts when the scripts are ready for pick-up (including the cost of the prescription) and a follow-up text after the prescription has been picked up. No needless, repeated robo-calls with the same information. Overall, I'm very happy with their professionalism, service and efficiency.

The water filters were a higher price in-store, but I showed customer service the online price and they adjusted it for me. The customer service is always nice to me. I picked up an online order today, and the employee was friendly and promptly got my package. There are 16 online pickup parking spaces which is impressive. The downsides of this location are the dangerous parking lot which makes me very wary and cautious, and the self checkout area. I think going forward I will do online orders only and save myself the stress of going in the store.

Parking lot was full so no handicapped spots. Nore were there open online order spots so I parked as far away as you can imagine. I smartly started my return on line to make the return easier. I dont think that made it any bit easier. However: The return center at this location was super organized and clean. The person working it was very nice and good at his job. all I had to do is scan a barcode off an email. That printed out a return tracking to get the package from Walmart to manufacturer. However, I learned that I dont get my refund right away. This I did not like or appreciate. I learned today that Walmart justs acts as a shipping agent between me and the manufacturer. once it gets at manufacturer I get my refund. Not cool. Im not a fan of that. I bought it thru walmart. Transaction was initially between walmart and myself. I strongly feel if I got this thing thru Walmart and Walmarts website (not from the manufacturers website which I could have easily done) walmart should refund my money and deal with the manufacture themselves. Which is why they didn't get five stars (due to return policy) Also getting this heavy steel, oversized boxed item inside was beyond challenging. Coming inside to store I was pushing a large hundred pound boxed dog crate that was balanced on my cart as it didnt fit inside the cart. There was an employee outside who just finished gathering carts and was returning to the outside. He watched me struggle with this thing didn't bother to ask if I needed help (I looked like I could of used it and would have appreciated help) Then going inside thru the entrance I was nearly run over by three different walmart employees leaving the building. Not only did they make entering difficult they didn't even say excuse me... nor did they offer assistance. The greeter didn't say hello. She did smile but i had to ask her where customer service was.
