Walking in, I didn't see any employee but proceeded to try and find what I needed. I kept looking but no luck so I figured I'd look for the employee and ask for help. Couldn't find anyone so I stood at the register for a minute - then I clicked a customer service button. An older male employee came out and asked if I needed something. I let him know that I was looking for an item (showed him the exact product on my phone) and that it shows it's in stock at this location. He pointed at the Neutrogena makeup department signage and asked if I looked there. I said no (it's a skincare product not makeup) but I'll go check it out. Again, I didn't see it so I went back to the front to find the employee. He was standing behind the register and I stood there watching him on his phone. I won't assume its personal vs work related - I get that he could have been corresponding with other employees or something like that. He acknowledged me about 90 seconds later and asked if I found it. I told him no and his response was "oh well then we don't have it." He put no effort into actually helping me and honestly just acted like I was bothering him. I walked out - will continue to use the CVS on Stacy Rd instead.\

The price was $5+. I didn't order them because my spouse was picking up a prescription there so he could shop in store for them. The store rang them up for $13+. I then googled Walmart's corporate price match policy and what was listed at the VERY TOP of the results said they WOULD price match. When he returned them for the overcharge the store said they don't price match though they did this time. When I delved deeper into the corporate website it said they DON'T price match. The contradictory statement I originally googled apparently was old but it still topped the search results.

Pain that caused my blood pressure to skyrocket. * Initially, the staff claimed they could not see my prescription in the system. * After calling my dentist, the prescription was confirmed to have been sent. * When I returned, the staff said it was in the system and i should wait for a pick up text. I eventually received a text at 5:22 PM that my prescription was ready. * My 72-year-old mother went to pick it up on my behalf, but even after providing my date of birth, the pharmacy staff insisted they didn't have it. She called severally but I was at a very noisy place and could not hear my phone ring. I am in unbearable pain. This experience was not only inconvenient but also stressful given my dental pain.
