First time using Kroger app for pickup. I mistakenly ordered Hoover Rd location and not Stringtown Rd. When Kroger called to notify they couldn't find me is when I realized I was at the wrong location. Good job for them but my error caused more driving. Order went smoothly and when two items weren't available they notified me early and offered alternatives. Satisfied with experience however the bagger should have been a little careful with the raw meat and placement in bag also the delivery person be more careful stacking in trunk. Deli was under raw meat and butter on top. Raw meat should have been payed flat with stuff on top or in its on bag. Raw meat sat on its thin side in trunk and could have spilled the raw juices if that thin plastic broke. Water placed awkwardly/wedged when I had dividers Velcro in placed so the water and soda wouldn't shift when driving. Water was wedged at an angle could have ripped when pulled out. The individual asked me if I wanted the bread in front so it wouldn't smash. I declined but didn't realize it was placed with the soda and water versus on the other side of the dividers with the food. Not a big deal for me since the soda was packed right but other people could see this as a issue. The person who delivered my bags and placed in the trunk was respectful and pleasant but since we are expected to stay in car I wouldn't have noticed. Just a little training or mention would help since the individual was young.

Beware! I purchased 9 $25.00 visa gift cards from this kiosk when the cashier handed me the receipt I looked to make sure the 2x fuel points were on my balance. NOPE! I asked the cashier why and she said I don't know you would have to go to customer service. I went to customer service and she took my receipt looked at the gift cards and said "we don't give points on visa gift cards" I said then why are they displayed on the 2x Fuel points Kiosk. She said I don't know sorry I can't help you.

I was a little nervous about buying my mothers 70th birthday cake at Kroger. I usually buy my cakes from a bakery in town and pay about $200 for a very small cake. When I went to pick up my cake and looked at it I almost cried. It was so beautiful. I only paid 28$ for the cake. Tayler made my cake. She should be working in some fine bakery because she is that good. I hope one day she opens her own shop. I thank you so much Tayler, you not only made my day but you made my mother's too.

I've even gotten to know a few of them by name, and it truly feels like walking into a neighborhood grocery store where you're greeted by familiar faces. Everything is easy to find, always fresh, and honestly just tastes better. I can get everything I need in one trip, and I've been meaning to leave this review for a while. Whatever hiring or training process you use clearly works, because the team here is made up of some of the friendliest, most helpful, hardworking people. Thank you for making grocery shopping feel enjoyable and welcoming. And the social space--complete with the fireplace, coffee, and ready-to-eat food--just takes it to another level. It's such a cool addition to the whole experience.

I typically frequent the Sawmill location but I was at Easton anyways and it's pretty much the same if not slightly bigger. There are so many different things I love to get on a regular basis but I will highlight a few favorites in my pictures. The staff are always so friendly despite crowds and lines on weekends, and the prices are always on point. If you are busy and want to eat good food with minimal effort on budget, this is your spot.

One of my favorite things about shopping here is that it feels less like an errand and more like a fun little game to discover something new. It's the kind of thing I'd mention if someone asked, "So what did you get into this weekend?"--because yes, wandering the aisles counts as an activity in my book. You walk in and the flower section is overflowing with fresh bundles that look way more expensive than they are. I've grabbed plenty--mums, thistles, lilies--and they last longer than anything I've picked up at big chain stores. Even a $5 bouquet makes the week feel brighter. The layout is easy to navigate without feeling crowded, and the staff are always kind if you need help. You'll see everyone from college students to grandparents to parents with kids shopping, and it never feels intimidating. There's a low-key community vibe, too. People will chat about what's good, especially if you look undecided in front of the freezer section. I've ended up trying things because someone insisted I had to--like the Watermelon Cucumber Cooler. A stranger was raving about it, so I grabbed a bottle, and she was right. Make sure you drink it cold. I've been swapping snack reviews with my nephew. He's hooked on the Spicy Tempura Seaweed Snack--light, crispy, salty, with a little heat. I'm partial to their bruschetta sauce and the hot fudge, which somehow doesn't taste like the usual heavy fudge. The lemonades are usually the reason I come here. The Jalapeño Limeade, Spicy Mango Lemonade, and classic Limeade are always in my fridge. Refreshing without being too sweet, and perfect for mixing drinks. Prices are fair enough that you can try something new without feeling like you've splurged. Whether you eat vegan, gluten-free, or just want to try something different, there's something here for everyone. The freezer meals can be hit or miss. Some need a little extra seasoning, but the Chicken Shawarma Bowl is a solid quick lunch. If you have an air fryer, grab the Jalapeño & Cream Cheese Crispy Wontons--they turn out golden and crunchy every time. Their sauces deserve a shoutout. The Peri-Peri Sauce is fantastic on tacos or eggs--tangy, smoky, and way more flavorful than you'd expect for a $3 bottle. And while you're in line, don't skip the greeting cards. They're 99 cents and surprisingly cute. Trader Joe's even has an Instagram and a podcast with recipes and ideas, which is fun if you like feeling part of the community. Overall, this is the kind of store you walk into for groceries and leave with a few treats, something new to love, and maybe a bouquet. If you've been here, share your must-try recommendations--I'm always looking for something different to throw in the cart.
