I was craving sushi and most places were already closed so I stopped in here late tonight to grab some. The sushi is always super fresh! I browsed for a while and of course, ended up leaving with much more than I went in for. I even bought a few Paqui one chip challenge chips...because why not? It was a busy night, but there were several lanes open so I didn't wait long. The cashier and the guy that bagged my groceries both greeted me and were very friendly. I've mentioned this on a previous review, but Kroger has such a great organic section with tons of vegetarian / vegan options as well as other special dietary items. It's one of the only grocery stores that I can find a lot of these items at (besides going to Whole Foods or a specialty shop) and it's conveniently all together so no hunting through isles for something special. This location could be the worst in the chain. That parking lot is a death trap, there are multiple Click List employees that have zero care of the in store customer and there is usually multiple roving bands of managers holding some sort of "meeting". Also, good luck dodging the endless displays clogging each aisle and don't dare try to shop in the meat section. You will have to fight off 6 stockers to get there, no matter what time. This location does NOT want in store customers. A "manager" even told me that they do not know how to run the registers!!! Good luck if you are stuck going to this location. You have a better chance of winning the Powerball than moving around this obstacle course. Dear God, we desire and need a Publix. read more

Ran into Kroger's to grab a few things for dinner tonight, had ground sirloin 4.99 a lb, grabbed some croissant loaf bread in the bakery!! Omg! It is amazing taste like a fresh baked croissant!! Great for French toast or grilled cheese! I am going to use it for some peppered Bacon BLT's!! By the way also on sale 4.99 a lb. This store is always so clean and the cashiers are super friendly, if it wasn't so packed all the time I would shop there more frequently. read more

We use this Kroger just about every week for groceries. Sometimes we use their click list options. Most of the time they are accurate and do a fairly good job. They have come a long way (it used to be pretty bad) but it has gotten a lot better (I am sure it took a lot of trial and error). They have great prices at this location (especially compared to various other grocers in the area). They have good produce and meat selection as well. Plus, they have a lot of organic and vegetarian options too (Beyond, Quorn, Morningstar, etc.). Overall, this location does a pretty good job! read more

First time using Kroger app for pickup. I mistakenly ordered Hoover Rd location and not Stringtown Rd. When Kroger called to notify they couldn't find me is when I realized I was at the wrong location. Good job for them but my error caused more driving. Order went smoothly and when two items weren't available they notified me early and offered alternatives. Satisfied with experience however the bagger should have been a little careful with the raw meat and placement in bag also the delivery person be more careful stacking in trunk. Deli was under raw meat and butter on top. Raw meat should have been payed flat with stuff on top or in its on bag. Raw meat sat on its thin side in trunk and could have spilled the raw juices if that thin plastic broke. Water placed awkwardly/wedged when I had dividers Velcro in placed so the water and soda wouldn't shift when driving. Water was wedged at an angle could have ripped when pulled out. The individual asked me if I wanted the bread in front so it wouldn't smash. I declined but didn't realize it was placed with the soda and water versus on the other side of the dividers with the food. Not a big deal for me since the soda was packed right but other people could see this as a issue. The person who delivered my bags and placed in the trunk was respectful and pleasant but since we are expected to stay in car I wouldn't have noticed. Just a little training or mention would help since the individual was young. read more

Beware! I purchased 9 $25.00 visa gift cards from this kiosk when the cashier handed me the receipt I looked to make sure the 2x fuel points were on my balance. NOPE! I asked the cashier why and she said I don't know you would have to go to customer service. I went to customer service and she took my receipt looked at the gift cards and said "we don't give points on visa gift cards" I said then why are they displayed on the 2x Fuel points Kiosk. I was a little nervous about buying my mothers 70th birthday cake at Kroger. I usually buy my cakes from a bakery in town and pay about $200 for a very small cake. When I went to pick up my cake and looked at it I almost cried. It was so beautiful. I only paid 28$ for the cake. Tayler made my cake. She should be working in some fine bakery because she is that good. I hope one day she opens her own shop. Had the weirdest encounter at this location. So I walk in looking for a specific item. No more than a minute after I walk in, I am approached by an employee who asks me "so you aren't going to start any trouble are you?" I was taken back as I was probably the only African American person in the store at the time. He then smiled and patted me on the shoulder. Not sure what kind of weird greeting this was, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and caused me to leave the store with no intention on coming back. I have never in all of my years been approached in this manner at a grocery store or any store for that matter. read more

Not being a Ohioan we were not familiar with the Ohio liquor laws. We were told this Kroger had one of the two Liqour stores in this large town. Siri got us there I had to ask where Liqour was as it's separate locked off location within this store. Apart from wine and beer. They had a good selection of items and I found a bourbon that I was looking for and that was not available at my Kentucky Kroger. However when I tried to buy four bottles the clerk limited me to one. Maybe should post that. I did not shop the grocery here. read more

Kroger always has a good selection of products. Kroger is my go-to grocery store. I like the variety of organic food, produce, and beverages. Plus if I happen to need a kitchen product like a spatula or a cheese slicer, they have a section for that too! The Kroger app always has good deals and free Friday downloads. read more

It looks like Yelp incorrectly lists the 665 Kroger's as not having a pharmacy. Hopefully I can help correct that because it's consistently the best pharmacy I've dealt with in roughly 15 years, probably ever. I just texted my GF, "I can't imagine many pharmacies being better than 665 Kroger's, their call-in customer service & face-to-face are 98% spot on in my experience". I've had excellent experience overall with Kroger's pharmacies, but a couple other locations have given me reason to appreciate how lucky I am to live across the street from the 665 location. Always pleasant & helpful with what I need in reasonable or better time--- what more can you ask for?? read more

The workers in the liquor section are the absolute worst I've ever seen. Standing around either doing nothing or stocking items while there is a line with several people standing in front of the register. Bad attitudes too. Won't be back. read more

This kroger is just okay. I do a lot of shopping for my job here and have had mostly okay experiences. The Starbucks inside only has 1 person working when I stop in, which sucks, because I am a frequent drinker of coffee, because it extends my patience at work by a lot. The fuel center also has some issues. I have had 2 visits trying to get gas when their credit card "network" has been down, which sucks because I don't carry cash, and because I've wasted my time stopping there, and I can't use my fuel points, so I just go somewhere else. get 2 people at the Starbucks and the credit card issue fixed and it would def. add a star. read more

I was purchasing a bouquet of roses that were 25.00$. no was was at the floral dept although the sign said "florist is in". Waited for a bit, a nice young man called over head for the employee. A manager came to assist who was very nice. The floral employee arrived and rudely asked what I wanted. I asked for the roses to be wrapped in paper she rudely stated " well it is 30% of the total price" I stated you mean it will cost me $7.50 for you to wrap two pieces of paper around these roses? She rudely replied " 30% of whatever the price is, that's what I said". And walked away. Amazing. thank you to the 2 nice employees. Floral girl needs lots of customer service training. And Kroger, lose the 30% charge. That is what the employee is there to do in that department. You are not losing $ on floral paper. read more

I was at Kroger tonight. Michael who claimed to be the manager on duty refused to correct 9 items that showed an incorrect price on the receipt. My normal experiences at the store have been good, but this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Micheal told me he could not refund the money because the service center closed at 8, so I would have to come back in the morning. Tomorrow is my only day off this week. Customer service like this needs to be reviewed by management. read more

This Kroger is above average - I'd even call it good. My first few visits were a bit confusing due to the layout, and I'm still not totally satisfied with it, which prevents a full five stars. I generally don't like it when stores separate food aisles with non-food items in between. On the positive side, this location has a large selection of household goods and appliances. Pots, pans, etc. There's a good office supply section, automobile section, and cosmetics section. The special aisle or seasonal aisle always seems to be well stocked and changed over frequently. Well done. For a grocery store, helpful staff ranks highly in my book. I've had nothing but good experiences so far with the staff. There are plenty of U Scan stations, and the software on these must be better than most, because 1.The volume isn't turned to 11, and 2. I have yet to get the repetitive cycle of "PLEASE PLACE ITEM IN THE BAGGING AREA. PLEASE REMOVE ITEM." I will return to this store as long as I continue to have business in Grove City. read more

This Kroger is just average. Nothing special, nothing bad. The highlights include a Little Clinic, Starbucks, state liquor store and nice organic section. Downside includes constant construction, small parking lot and extra large layout. It's the best to offer in the area as far as grocers, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get there. read more

Love this Kroger! It is newly remodeled and is amazing! I love ClickList! I don't use it all the time, but it's super convenient when there isn't time to run to the grocery or I don't feel like hauling the kids for a grocery trip. The only opportunity for improvement is the bagging; the baggers should be trained a little better about not putting meat with produce or household cleaning supplies with food. read more
