I shopped in-store ONE time on Christmas Eve, and the very next morning I woke up to three fraudulent Meijer.com charges on my card. When I called Customer Service, they casually informed me that their systems had been compromised. No warning. No alert. Nothing. Now I'm sitting here out $1,100, waiting for my bank to investigate, while Meijer shrugs off a breach that they allowed to happen. If they knew their systems were compromised, they should have taken them offline immediately. Instead, they left customers exposed and unprotected. This isn't a small mistake. This is a complete failure to safeguard the people who trust them with their information. Meijer didn't just drop the ball, they abandoned their responsibility entirely. The staff here is always wonderful. However, upon entering the building today, I witnessed an older woman berating a younger employee in a yellow vest who has always been exceptionally kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but I want to note that he remained polite and respectful throughout the situation. I was concerned to see that he appeared visibly upset afterward. I like Meijer for its bakery. This is my go-to place when I need to get birthday cakes. I like that they have online ordering and a quick turnaround for final pick-up. The cake is so moist, and the buttercream is so good. Many people think I get my cakes from a fancy bakery or spend a lot of money on them, but I don't. This has become my go to store. Plenty of parking, and the store is clean. They typically have what I am looking for. I love that the cashier scans and bags your groceries, so much better then when the bagger at another unnamed store crams all your purchases into two or three bags. Friendly staff that greets you when you arrive. I also like that they have just about anything you need from pharmacy to household items, clothing, shoes and of course food. I also like the layout and it is easy for me to find international foods that I like to try. read more

Though signs outside the entrances state masks are required inside the store, this policy is not at all enforced. Many customers inside (adults, minors, and children) did not have a mask on during the covid-19 pandemic. Also noted was that several employees were not properly wearing a mask (exposed noses were seen). I spoke with a Meijer representative only to be told that they cannot enforce mask wearing, even though there is a state wide mandate. I'm posting this review to let others know that Meijer is disingenuous about enforcing common sense health protocols for the good of public health and safety. Meijer should strive to do better. read more

Beautiful new store!! Very clean too!

We come here once in awhile on our way to or from Cinci, etc., so I assumed I had reviewed it already. This time we were coming back from Wilmington and stopped in for a few things that we needed (and were on sale.) Big, with a large selection, a typical Meijer. Clean. Friendly staff. We found what we needed easily, checked out easily on a Saturday night, didn't have to deal with the craziness (inside and in the parking lot) that you often find at Walmart. Lot was cleared during the snowstorm, unlike some places. All in all a good experience, and I'm sure we'll be back. read more

This is generally a nice store. My issue is the lack of mask wearing. Many customers without masks and many employees with masks under their noses (even at meat and deli counters.). There was no one monitoring customers entering without masks. But mask wearing is not being adhered to well in Grove City in general. I'll drive to an area with better mask compliance in the short term. Once the pandemic is over, I hope to return to this store. read more

I didn't mention in my previous review that Meijer has plenty of self check registers that I love. More than others at the time of this review so it is easy to check out. I rarely have to wait. The only problem I have with this location is right after lunch time. I have attempted to buy lunch here for a change but the women working the deli and dessert area never budge. I don't know if they have specific people working it or they don't care but the deli is closest to the lunch area and the women from deli look at me once then ignore me. This is irrational because it loses customers, I have wanted to try the fried chicken and potatoes there for awhile now and haven't because no one will serve me. The rest of the store is still clean even during the buy out of toilet paper and water due to the corona virus issue. Even the meat department was scarce. I don't blame the company for that. Hopefully I get some good meat later this week. read more

Very nice, well-organized store with a lot of products - food, clothing, electronics, home, auto, and pet products and more. They have a nail salon and a bank inside, too. They offer staffed registers or self-checkout, whichever you prefer. The store is clean and very spacious, so you don't feel like you are crowded like at other stores. read more

at first this store didn't seem bad at all till I had someone that I know go work there and tell me everything. they have terrible mangers that don't treat anyone fairly and they don't keep a set in stone schedule they sometimes change it randomly without informing the workers, another thing they do is not give you days off even when you ask weeks ahead. and finally even when my friend brought in a doctors note they still fired them for no reason even when the doctor said they couldn't go to work so I would 100% recommend not working here and hopefully the people that run this store see this and handle this whole situation. read more

I love meijer and come here for my regular grocery shopping but today I had a not so goo experience. I was checking out like normal and the lady checking me out named Cecelia kept licking her fingers and was rushing me to get the bags.
