Ordered cabbage. Recieved the 2 biggest, sweetest cabbage i have ever tasted. The groves in this extra large cabbage are deep and juice flys out when pulled apart. Taste like a fruit more than a spicy cabbage. Excellant for just pulling apart and eating. I think maybe was left in the field longer di to covid. Thank you farmers. Incompetent management, bad time for remodeling ,a 30 min shopping trip takes up to 2 hours during remodeling.

I like that they have non-dairy milk, cheese, and yogurt. It would be nice if they carried some more brands of non-dairy and egg substitutes - however I am thankful for the ones I can find! read more

Why is the fresh avocado dip and the guacamole always bad? There is always brown air bubbles in the containers. Kroger do you think we do not know when avocado has turned? Often the organic section will be full of almost rotten lettuce, salads and greens. The kids that work in that department are afraid to pull the bad produce and they do not understand the word "Rotate". Be very careful to look at the dates before you buy anything at Kroger. Apparently the advertised price is not always valid. Blueberries had a sign for buy one get one free on them but ring up wrong. I brought it up to the cashier and apparently they had already put the sign out for the next days ads. Make sure you're careful on Tuesday nights. The price marked might not be good. read more

New Year's Eve they post that they close at 10 o'clock at 9:50 the store manager mr. I have been shopping at this Kroger's for just over and have witnessed its decline weekly. Management has no idea what customer service is all about. They never have enough checkers. The stockers are rude and block the aisles with their carts. The Kroger brand is forced on you. They are out of at least one common item every time I visit. Try and get a cash back when checking out and the checker says sorry I have no cash. Really? I'm going to give them a few more visits hoping reviews like this light a fire. read more

Awful. Manager was a jerk to the sweet starbuck's employee in front of me (couldn't get his name), I watched the wine employee walk back to the seafood section and eat ALL of the samples that had been set out. HAHAHA. We requested one good Greek yogurt option other than all of the non-fat. First, the manager said he would inquire. Nothing happened. Then 6 weeks later the regional manager was there, said he would. Nothing happened. Organic are overpriced. Management is terrible. HOWEVER, the employees are great. This Kroger is frigging enormous. The first time I shipped here I spent close to 2 hours wandering the Isles. This Kroger has a great meat counter with a broad selection. There's a Starbucks at the entrance to keep you cafinated during your excursion. I can't think of any items that this location does not carry. There is even a clothing and shoe section. so if you need a change of undies while picking up some steaks and sushi for dinner this is your lucky day. read more

I was driving around looking for a grocery store and came across Krogers. As many of you know Kroger's used to be here in good ole' S.A. However this one was a fancy Krogers. I'd say it is the equivalent of Central Market. As expected they had a huge selection of products ranging from the common to the not so common. You would think with such a cornucopia of choices they would have Lone Star Light... This was not the case. Nice but terrible experience every time I go here. Too many teenagers working here. Tonight was the worst with tons of employees standing around just talking doing nothing. Went to check out and unloaded my cart only to find the employee ignoring me. I had enough time to reload my cart and walk away to another line before he ever noticed. Just spent $400 to bag it all myself. La'Shawn did a wonderful job of checking me out. Friendly and courteous. 2 thumbs up. The cashier next to her had no one and chatted with zac.? Or Zach. Shaggy hair cut. As they leaned on the check stand and checked there phones. chatted about who will relieve who. She finally got a customer who had a Minimal order and zac ? Zach stayed behind her and let me continue to bag my entire order myself. Someone named Brandon walked past me and I tried to tell him. He just looked at me like ain't my problem and walked away. I got nothing from him at all but a shitty look. Tried to tell the other lady at the self checkout and she was so swamped she couldn't help me. Her I don't blame She was trying. I will NOT be back. This place is like an amusement park. It has everything! Groceries, convenience items, beer and wine (no hard liquor (damnit!)) and freaking furniture of all things. You need a mum? Yeah, they got that too. Oh, you don't like 7-Eleven coffee? Well there's a Starbucks for your fancy self. It's nice in here. I like the meat section, but boy are they proud $$$$ of their selection. This is my usual place to buy groceries because it's close and cheaper than the even closer Albertsons. I have ended up living next to a Kroger's for the past seven or eight years. They are a little cheaper than other options like Tom Thumb and Albertsons but there are a couple issues that tend to make me drift over to Albertsons for food: 1. Produce is iffy. It might look ok today but get it home, put it in the fridge and a couple days later it's bad. Why? Why is the produce always on its last leg? I don't have this problem with produce I buy anywhere else. It's a problem because I eat a lot of produce. 2. Meat. You have to be really careful when buying meat. The guys who work in the butcher department are very friendly and helpful but they seem to manhandle the boxes of meat when stocking the packaged display and you can often find meat on display that has been sliced open by a box-cutter. That's just asking to get somebody really sick. Check your meat and buy produce that you'll eat that day. Otherwise, get your produce elsewhere. The store also gets incredibly crowded during the evening and on the weekend. It gets so bad it's basically impossible to maneuver the produce and meat area. The same bad drivers outside the store are bad cart drivers inside the store. Honestly if Albertsons had competitive prices and stocked a slightly wider variety I'd ditch the Kroger. Kroger itself is great, however the StarBucks inside is something else! There was 3 employees behind the counter telling stories-not working! When I approached the counter they turned to look at me but kept going with their stories-no customer service! There was a fly flying around inside the pastry case-informed the senior citizen working there who took my order! His response "oh really" didn't even look, didn't do anything-basically didn't care! The guy can't even hear, had to shout my order at him! He moves slower then molasses-he might not have a life but people have things to do and places to be! If he can't move at a decent pace, why is he still working there? My friend goes to order a drink, older guy tells him they "don't have cold brewed coffee in stock"! This is StarBucks right? You guys have one job-you're not a warehouse or department store-and you don't have coffee? I'd recommend getting better trained employees with proper customer service at the least! If you're looking for a place to shop without the overwhelming amount of products *cough*... (walmart) Kroger is the place to shop. The employees are always stocking the produce, and the store stays super clean. They have a variety of products. Their own brand isn't too far off from "real brands" #steal. This Kroger is really nice. They have a large selection of items and even an area specifically for specialty food items such as gluten free. I coupon regularly and they have a policy of only 4 like coupons which is nice when I can not find the deal at other Kroger stores because I can usually find the deals here. read more

Ordered online with ClickList. Terrible experience. I got home without everything I had ordered and paid for! And, they charged more at the store than what was online price. I called and was told I would have to come in and talk to guest services - I live far away and can't make it back this week. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER use ClickList again. Kroger... come on! What is up with stocking this store?????? So very frustrated lately - and this is not just a single occurrence. This store is fine for a few item purchase, gas, etc.. but 3 times too many have I had to leave items off my grocery list and go somewhere else because the store is not properly stocked. and that doesn't include the times that I've had to ask clerks to go to the back to get me items. Also, If you cant stock it then at least "face" the product that is on the shelf so it looks half ass. Lots of competition coming your way to not be on your "A" game. We have Costco, Walmart Neighborhood Market and now Target already open.. and a Winco foods and an Aldi also opening right across the highway in 2016; also there is the option for another specialty grocer in Alliance Town Center as well and I cannot wait. read more

Anytime I come to this location to use their money services they either have only one employee or no employees at the counter. I was in line with a few other people and when an employee finally came up she first went over the intercom in a very rude manner calling two other employees who never came. She was kind of rude and it felt like she was trying to rush everyone in line. read more

One of the only things I like about Kroger is the employees. They make a point to fain pleasantries even though one can easily tell that being in the employ of Kroger is nothing short of nightmarish. 1st big negative goes to the pharmacy. I constantly have enjoyable interactions with the staff however, it would seem that keeping my prescriptions in stock is far less a priority to Kroger than is maintaining their cash pipeline. How many times has a pharmacy not had what you need in the past year? Once, maybe? The Kroger pharmacy on Texas Sage Trail 76177 has turned me away to shop elsewhere no less than 6 times in 2013. SIX TIMES! Every time I walk out to fill my prescriptions elsewhere, often leaving many items in a cart as I do, the second pharmacy never has an issue filling the order so we aren't talking about exotic drugs. Wow, way to make it difficult to spend my there, way to blow it Kroger. 2nd big negative goes to Kroger brand ground beef. Surprisingly Walmart brand ground beef is far superior in taste as well as quality. Such a shame that it seems like every time I chose to purchase the Kroger brand ground beef I found myself having ill effects the next day. I really do like this store. The service is good, the food is always well stocked. They are trying very hard to compete with Walmart and you can tell. They have added household decor, clothes, and most other options Walmart has. For some stuff walmarts price is better, and for others they win. It is pretty evened out to where I still grocery shop at both (I can't miss a good deal). I love that they have a natural food section! It makes finding what you're looking for way easier. I just wish the standards of food that get into this section were a little higher. Ex. I would like it to be organic and GMO-free food only with the appropriate seals and gmo free verifications. They tend to put items in this area that are just said to be "natural". I love their potato soup, it is very good! Especially in a bread bowl (on the rare occasion they have any). It is getting busier here so be prepared for that! read more
