Okay. I'm normally not one to have my groceries delivered, but I just wanted to say, Kroger crushes it every time!! Since I've been bedridden for a couple of months, I've had to rely on delivery services to obtain groceries, and it's very hit or miss with some companies. It also friends on your shopper. I've had a person who didn't believe in plastic bags and delivered all of my groceries as is, including fresh fruit/veggies; just right on my doorstep. True story y'all... Anywhoooo, Kroger has been a lifesaver!! Their weekly ad specials are great, too great where they might be sold out at times, which can be a bit frustrating, but ever since H‑E‑B opened next door, they don't seem to have that problem anymore. They have their OWN trained delivery staff and do not have to rely on any third parties as in Instacart or DoorDash where you have no idea who you hired to deliver your products. Their delivery fee is $9.95 or $6.95 if you do a day in advance, OR you can do their BOOST membership for $59 or $99 a year for free delivery and other specials. That all includes tip, they actually pay their drivers so there is no tip option. The food is always delivered on time, rare I have any complaints with the produce or meat that is picked, and they are all around the best!! Also, there is always a "flash sale" on certain items that will pop up before you finish paying. It's my favorite thing!! Great deals on steaks or fancy bakery desserts or bread. I had 2 incidents in one day I asked for 1lb of salmon and I wanted the end of a filet for $9.99 a pound because that is what it says but they wanted to charge me $11.99 for it but $11.99 was for a center cut. I didn't want a canter cut I wanted the end of a filet I told them never mind they told me it's a food waste if they do it my way. I have been to many Kroger location and they have always done it for me including that location. Then I go pay for my groceries and I go to a cashier his name is Josue, he has his light on but he was walking away from his drawer and then turned around and saw me. So I asked "are you open?" I wasn't mean or rude I was truly just asking because I didn't know if he was going on his break and maybe forgot to turn off the light. But before I could explain that to him he says "if my light is on I'm open, you don't have to ask?" I didn't know what to say I was shocked! read more

I visit this Kroger's often it's good. It stays open late. It is generally clean. The florist department is decent. The only issue I would say with this particular Kroger's is they rarely have lines that are open to have a checker check you out so even if you have 100 items you're gonna end up in self checks checking and bagging your own stuff. read more

The Yelp title of this business says "Kroger", but it's actually a Kroger marketplace, and the coolest dang Kroger I've ever been to. i don't think of Kroger as the bargain grocery. But, it's hard to argue with the vastness of this store and the breadth of its product selection. At first impression, I put it in a grey space between Whole Foods, Central Market, and a regular Kroger. having the size of a Walmart. The prepared food section is big. The beer section is enormous for a grocery store. I found some craft beer I don't normally see in a grocery. Oddly they were short some Ritz cracker flavors we were looking for. But, so much cheese... For some reason, this Kroger is the only place I can find my preferred zero carb caffeine drink, Sparkling Ice +Caffeine. Even then, it's a little hit and miss. The store is huge and pretty organized. They had just about everything I needed and much more. Pretty cool that they seek an extensive amount of serving ware and it's actually nice serving dishes too. I will say, the cashier that helped us was pretty slow though...maybe because it was after 9pm and he was ready to go home? Lol Either way, it's great for shopping late at night! read more

This is the third or fourth time rthat I've come in, used self check out and as I'm getting ready to pay the attendant comes and stands over me. It was a different attendant this time. I've never caused a problem in here and shop this location very often but this makes my shopping experience very uncomfortable. I'm often asked if I need help with my payment when I don't see how they could help me if I forgot my pin or if I'm answering a text message on my phone that needs immediate attention (there was no one waiting so I wasn't holding up the line). When I need help, and it's something that the attendant can actually assist with I do and will ask. There are two attendants in here that are usually there when I shop, one lady is blonde and the other one is a dark hair woman and they both wear glasses. Very nice, always greet me and have helped me numerous times. These other two women I don't know what the issue is but I don't like it. read more

I am constantly being over charged at this store. On 12 JUN 25 I picked up a Kroger shopped order and one of my coupons didn't work. The clerk told me the Kroger coupon should have worked, and instructed me to go into the store to get my refund. That defeats the purpose of grocery pickup, and now I was finally fed up. Over the past month I have written 2 emails. Each response from Customer Service asked for proof of the coupon. After providing proof, twice, I never received a reply for either e-mail from customer service. I am constantly being over charged at the Fort Worth store. In fact that very morning I had been over charged in the store, I had shopped inside to get fruit, prior to my picking up my shopped order. But the over charge was for $1.00 and I was in a rush. so as usual, I just accepted the over charge. So in one day Kroger's overcharged by $2.20 and now I was irritated. Frustration at the store over charging for the tomatoes, frustration at the grocery pickup due to your clerk telling me she couldn't fix the unapplied coupon and telling me to go back into the store, and extreme frustration for the four e-mails with no results. All this for a coupon worth $1.20. Instead of responding to my issues with, lets say, $5.00 of my next purchase to show appreciation for the ridiculous inconvenience, and for the thousands of dollars I spend in your stores yearly, for decades, I am asked to prove the $1.20 coupon and then ignored. I phoned today and the irritated young woman I spoke with didn't bother to read my e-mails, but almost immediately told me for my trouble she was posting $2.00 to my account for future use. An extra .80 cents is Kroger's idea of enticement to return after so much irritation? There are far to many grocery stores to pick from for Kroger's to treat loyal customers like this. Thank you for the extra .80, but I think I'll be shopping across the street at HEB from this point on. Shameful. read more

This is my favorite Kroger in the area. There are 4 Krogers pretty close, Beach St, N. Tarrant Pkwy, Keller and this location. My preference for shopping here is 1) they do a great job of having Milo's Tea and Kite Hill Almond Milk yogurt in stock, both which I enjoy and frequently purchase. 2) they seem the most willing to pay cashiers instead of using customers for free labor 3) it's huge and they have a kitchen area that I have shopped in for tableware and coffee cups and everything in that section is really pretty and contemporary 4) They sell clothes, nice clothes and have really cute outfits for babies and toddlers. This is a great place to shop, you can likely find just what you're looking for. read more

NEVER ORDER PICKUP FROM HERE First of all this was my first experience with pickup and the lack of urgency from all the employees is ridiculous. I ordered 19 items at 1:00 for the 4:30 slot. I get there and the employee wants to smile and say it's not ready come back after 5:00. Then I come back and ITS STILL NOT READY!. I then talk with the manager of pickup and he's no help either he tells me at 5:30 they just started my order and it'll be another hour till it's ready. How ridiculous is this place? My order wasn't ready till 6:30, then I get home and they forgot half of my items after the worker said "ITS ALL THERE." They need to train their employees better because this is just sad. I'm 7 months pregnant and don't have 2 hours for people to waste my time. All I can say is HEB would never. read more

I'll start by saying Nel in customer service is amazing and very helpful. The people working in the pickup area? Not so much. I placed an order at 4pm for pickup between 7 & 7:30 pm. I arrived at 7:20 and my order wasn't even close to being ready. It was 15 items, so my guess is they didn't even start it until I arrived. They were also out of two items, which they let me know last minute, leaving me with no option for substitution or anything. If they would've let me know in the THREE HOURS between ordering & picking up, I could've chosen a substitute. Do not pick up from this location. Get a delivery service (a third party, not them) or go shopping yourself. read more

There is roof leaks every time it rains at this location. I saw a couple wet floor signs but nothing where the actual places of water were. Every aisle is a lake. Very dangerous!!!!! They have 100 buckets and trash cans all over the place as well to try to catch some of the water. Why are they open if it's this bad? Asian owners I see. read more

I've consistently had good experiences with this location. I love how big this one is compared to the one closer to me, and this one seems to keep stock better too. I will say though, on this most recent trip, they had absolutely NO chocolate almond milk on the shelves and I kind of wanted to scream! I'm not sure why but it seems like there's a run on chocolate almond milk everywhere (other Kroger locations and Walmart locations) in my area. I'm picky when it comes to chocolate almond milk, so I'm a Simple Truth brand snob. Almond breeze is too thick, like snot (gross I know) and Silk seems too sweet for me. All that being said, I was disappointed lol! But I guess I just was expecting too much for a Thursday. Regardless, I found everything else I needed. I noticed there were only two checkout lines open and they both were long, so I cut through everyone and just used self check since I only had like 6 things. This review is mainly about the sushi kiosk (for lack of a better word) and Starbucks located within this Kroger location. I was quite surprised to learn that Kroger offers sushi that is freshly made, as well as packaged for sale on the same day. Considering that I almost went to Southlake looking for a Tom Thumb or sushi venue, I probably saved a ton of time, and a bit of money as well when I discovered that Kroger now offers this service. The sushi kiosk is located on the side of Kroger that also has a Starbucks, as well as a small location that provides sandwiches, salads, etc. The sushi kiosk also has soup selections available as well. Very friendly service from both the sushi kiosk (three employees), as well as from that of Starbucks. Starbucks also has quite a bit of seating as well as plenty of charging stations located on the wall by the tables. Ultimately, a pretty good experience while in Alliance Town Center. read more

If you have small children, you have got to check out this Kroger. Why? Two words: TV Karts! This Kroger features double-decker shopping carts with video screens on both the upper and lower decks (see photos). This is also a very new Kroger, so it's very clean and tidy. It also has an amazing selection of Caribbean items. In fact we recently returned from a trip to the Caribbean and I thought I was being oh so clever by bringing home lots of hot sauce instead of rum. Well a few days later I was in this Kroger and saw that they have some of the same hot sauces I bought (I should have brought home the rum). This Kroger also has a gas station, so if you are taking advantage of the rewards program, this is quite convenient. And yeah, seeing the furniture section was odd to say the least. read more

Kroger been selling a patio swingset for $249 for the past three months because I've been watching it all summer planning to buy it. Today they have a new sign on the patio swing that says all patio furniture half price off. I asked customer service what the new price is and they said it's still $249 so it's false advertising because that signs been on there for three months saying it was $249. Maybe they can't do the math but half of 249 would be approximately 125. I realize that's a very good price but that sign should NOT be on there. That is false advertising! read more

I would just like to say that the two Krogers - this one and the one located off Beach Street are the worst! I walked in on Saturday evening and there were almost not veggies in the veggie department. How is it you can live in Texas and not be able to find a jalepeno? Checking out, there were 8-10 people standing in line and only one lane of registers were working while the others were blocked. The bathrooms here are dirty and smell like urine. The entire store is dirty. Kroger - you should seriously re-examine who is managing or should I say not managing these stores. I have stopped shopping at either one of these stores because of these reasons noted above. read more

I recently moved here from Kansas and have been disgusted at how Kroger stores are being managed in my area. Although I have tried 4 different stores, on multiple occasions, none of them have provided quality services. They are always out of stock of sales items or only have a couple available when you need 5 to get the discount, even during weekdays. There are long lines at the self-checkouts and 1 line opened with a cashier that also has a long line. I am disabled and it is very painful to stand that long or use the self-checkout. The stores are not handicap friendly. I used Dillions in Kansas for most of my life but I will not again shop at Krogers. read more

Kroger is price gouging their customers with fake sales prices that end up costing more even after you scan your membership card. Several times I run into buy just one thing and started to notice. I have to go take a picture of the sale price and take my receipt to customer service and they refund the difference.....seems like the employees know what's going on. They will say "those sale tags are outdated" when you ask them to honor the posted sale price. Okay well that's false advertising.....Think about the thousands of people are paying extra for stuff and don't realize it. KROGER IS RUNNING A SCAM. I like this Kroger. Its a huge store with a decent organic/natural foods selection. It has always been very clean everytime I've gone. Has a small Starbucks and a great wine/beer selection. The workers are usually friendly and often are knowledgable if you have a question. They also sell Bedhead products in BULK cheaper than Ulta. And in case the Starbucks inside wasnt enough for you, their is a full Starbucks next door with a drive-thru. Also tons of other shopping near by. It's very convienantly located. read more

Went to Kroger this morning about 9:00am, ready to check our about 10:00. I had a $200+ order and they had no check stands open. I had to use the self check out option. This left me and several other customers steaming. Sort the reviews by newest and look at all the one star reviews. Does anyone from Kroger even look at their reviews? If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Every time I come to this location, they have 1 cashier available with lines extremely long. The cashier did not say hello, told us to go to a different line after we waited in line for 30 minutes. We chose not to go to the other line because that line immediately was swarmed with people when they opened. Our cashier Karie proceeded to cough all over our items, was moving at a snails pace, and kept talking to the bagging associate and stop working to continue the conversation. The only decent thing about this store is the variety of groceries. But if I have to wait in line for 30 minutes with all of my cold items getting hot I am not going to do that again. I look forward to HEB opening across the street. Even the self checkout lines were extremely long with only having one side of the self checkout machines open, or else I would've done that. This Kroger is brand new, and as a result, it is very nice and clean. And, this Kroger is HUGE (YUGE?)! As a result, I don't think I have ever had a problem finding what I'm looking for, even ethnic food. Of course, if you're looking for veggies that are not traditional, you may have a hard time finding them here. Oh, did I mention they have a wall of bread? No, well they do. Customer service here is obviously important as whenever lines start forming, they open up new registers. And, they actively will move people from one line to another to ensure people can check out fast. Now for the bad. Have you ever wanted to be part of a live infomercial? What, no? Really!? Well, unfortunately for you my dear friend, you may become part of one here. Apparently, they sublease some space for these types of things, so watch out. It is also a little weird to see clothes inside a Kroger. Every time I go, I still do a double take when I see clothes, and . . . a jewelry store. Neither takes away from Kroger being Kroger, though; it is just odd. And, pricing can be a little hit or miss. I have never been blown away by any of their prices, and some of their wine pricing is downright outrageous. However, other than wine, I have never seen any other pricing that I felt was exorbitant. Watch out though, every time we've gone here, we get overcharged, so make sure to keep track of the pricing that is advertised and what is actually charged. It's a little annoying, but they are quick to fix it. All in all, if you like Kroger, this is a good one, but I would not drive out of my way to go here, and if costs is a major consideration, you may want to look elsewhere. But, I generally recommend this Kroger if you're within a few miles. read more

Customer service at this location is the ABSOLUTE WORSE! If its waiting an eternity at the deli department for orders to be processed, looking for an actual employee at the meat department, or wondering why youve spent almost 20 minutes in the customer service and NO ONE that works there seems to be alert enough to problem solve. Overall it seems not just employees, managers are present and literally are blind to the lack of sense if urgency overall in their building. NEVER EVER EVER... EVER order curbside from here. The first time I did my order was over 45 minutes late. I got home to take out my groceries and it turns out they gave me the wrong order. So I called them back and after waiting 45 minutes on hold they told me I had to bring the groceries back in the morning to get my new ones. Very unsanitary to have groceries in someone's house and ask them to bring them back to the store to then sell to somebody else. Second chance I gave them they call me an hour before my order to tell me that my order will not be in ready in time, I asked them if they have an idea of when it would be ready and she just ignored my question and asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. It's so weird to be in a Kroger that has a Furniture, Baby, and Home Decor section in it. (and that's not including the Jewelry store as well). Though it's a little busy there right now (they just opened about a week ago), it's still spacious enough to move around freely in. Are they really selling Dyson vacuum cleaners right next to the dairy department? LOL Anyhow, we ended up purchasing a small clock for my girlfriend's room (about $5 after 40% off). We used the self-check out area, and it ran flawlessly (of course, it's still new). And currently the associates are still chipper about their job (we'll see how long that lasts). But for now everything is great, and you should go check it out at least once if you're in the area. read more

About the only thing missing from this Kroger is an outdoor Café. They have just about everything else from a Starbucks, Fred Meyer jewelry store, and a clothing/apparel department all within a single grocery store. Most of the cashiers are teenagers and have always been friendly and quick with checking out. The Kroger has a fair selection of organic foods including: organic milk, yogurt, baby food, and even chicken. Keep it up Kroger! Organic all the way! read more

This grocery store is one of my favorite stores. This Kroger is really nice and probably the best one I've been to. It has a pretty big wine selection and a Starbucks. It also sell toys, clothes, shoes, jewelry, and other non-food item stuff. This location has a lot of carts for toddlers (cars and mini carts) that it's the only place I can come to shop with my toddler and where she's distracted and I can shop in peace. read more

This is the first Kroger market place I've been to and it is great. I think that when it comes to Kroger, it really depends on the store manager and the specific location as they very from one place to another (unlike Albertsons for example). This store had it all and it almost felt like a cloned Walmart with an Albertsons store. Got it all (almost) but a bit of a higher class. The store was very well set and the isles were wide, well lit and very clean. If you're in the area, I recommend you check it out, it's worth another couple of miles or extra few minutes drive to shop at this location. Highly recommend! read more

I was at this location recently. I spent about 20 minutes walking around the store looking for Cheese Whiz. I finally found someone who worked there to ask for help. She told me she had no idea where the cheese whiz was because she was new. You rarely see people who actually walk the aisles of the store assisting customers. I think that's unacceptable considering the amount of people that shop at that location. I finally gave up and went to check out. Only one self checkout section was open; that line was really long. I went to a cashier's line. She manually had to type in several of the items for the customer in front of me. After she finally finished and the customer left, the cashier picked up her scanner and left her register. She didn't utter a word to me or the other customers in her line, she just walked off. I left my buggy along with the items inside next to the register and I promptly left the store. I was upset at the lack of assistance and the lack of customer service at this location and I will not be going back. Honestly Yelp needs to allow for a "zero stars" rating. read more
