Very disappointing. Large facility that doesn't carry sufficient quantities of product in relation to the size of the store. I haven't encountered one employee that isn't defensive and bothered if you ask them a question. Overly strict about returns, every employee even if you're using a coupon and having trouble getting it to work and thinks you're doing something nefarious and trying to "cheat the system".
While it's only been open a couple of weeks, employees don't know where things are located, can't find things, you're better off using the app and trying to locate it. It took three employees to hunt down pudding, which is on aisle 12 under "dry desserts", by the way.
The new deli concept is a grab by Kroger to take advantage of the lazy, those that are either incapable or too stupid to cook for themselves. The store is always busy (mostly because it is new) and overwhelming and isn't logically laid out.
Only one person has been pleasant or friendly and that is the manager, who is present most of the time, that's a plus, he just needs to teach his employees not to treat customers like they're enemy combatants there to rip off the store.
The parking lot and access to the store is good, there are some areas where stop signs should be and they are not there and I foresee "cricket bats" to stop those from turning against oncoming traffic into the entrance closest to Burger King. That entrance is only for traffic headed north, and exiting traffic making a right turn onto Dixie Highway.
All in all, it's a gigantic fail in my opinion, the ONLY reason I will go here is in an emergency trip or if they have an offer that is exclusive to that location.
Otherwise, it's Fort Mitchell as the preferred store, where employees are friendly, you can find things, and they have it in decent quantities, and it's a much more pleasant experience. Even the parking lot. read more
