This is my first time using Yelp and was so stressed because my regular mechanic is my friend and he was on vacation when the brakes went out. I felt so much better when I found people who would help me . Special thanks to Charlton at C&A Automotive for making me feel at ease and gave me a great deal . It turned out to be the brake job from hell because of the poor workmanship of the last owner . An hour project turned into a 3 and a half hour nightmare. Charlton worked his ass off and kept a good attitude . We're both talkers and that helped our mental health. Lol I can't recommend to highly. You need a car repair done he's the man to get.

Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.

Tom Fisher, the owner and operator of RPM Service center has handled inspections and servicing of a…read morenumber of vehicles I own for many years now. He has always been very reasonable with pricing (I'm certain he is among the lowest there is) and his advice and outcomes have always been good. He handles inspections and the basic, simple things like oil changes, regular maintenance, etc. up to and including the more complex such as engine and transmission replacements, for example. My daughter was once told by another garage that she had engine bearing problems on her small Hyundai when it had only 70,000 miles or so on it, and that she would need an engine replacement. She took it to Tom to see about engine replacement cost, and Tom listened and quickly said that he didn't think it sounded like bearings. He checked and found oil level was a bit low so he added some and the noise got quiet. He kept it overnight to check again when cold, then proclaimed that she simply needed an oil change and to make sure to keep oil level at the full mark. That was several years ago, and her car now has 10's of thousands of more miles on it and it continues to run great. That is just one example of Tom's approach. He can be trusted and you won't be taken!

Team One gets my respect and recommendation because they took time from a job to check connections, wiring and to go through 2 fuse boxes to replace a $3 fuse.
