Kristina's Table was such an AMAZING experience! Truly a once in a lifetime evening. The food was delicious, the wine pairings were perfect, and Kristina & Brian were wonderful! 10 out of 10 Stars! Would absolutely use them again for any type of catering, private chef or wine dinner. It was so nice to be served & treated as guests in our own home. Fabulous job! Cheers!

we had the most amazing event with Kristina's table! kristina and her crew were professional, engaging, energetic and knowledgeable. We were blown away by their skills and the food! it was absolutely delicious and served in the most beautiful way. I definitely suggest hiring Kristina for your next dinner or cooking class!

We had an amazing meal for my husband bday. Could not have asked for anything better. Couscous veggie salad, mushroom risotto, filet cooked to perfection and a chocolate lava cake for dessert! We have also had many of her amazing homemade pasta's and sauces. Can't go wrong with Kristina's Table!

Even after the 1st day my meals at home were suddenly consistent and significantly better. 12 weeks later and I am confidently relaxed in my kitchen. I enjoy the ease that I feel now; from preparing dinner, menu planning, temp control, and little tips you just can't learn on google. Learning in person from Chef Jason and Chef Ben with a group of funny, eager, and caring adults has really shaped how I can give back to my family. This was the common denominator for all the students in our course. We wanted to learn a new skill to share with the ones we care about most, our families. "I haven't made a sh**** meal since day one of this course" - quote from my fiancé Take the leap and invest in yourself and your family plus laughing about it along the way is always a plus.

The instructors were charismatic and knowledgable. Whenever I asked a question they answered the hell out of it. They were incredibly generous with their time and expertise. That said, I often went home unable to connect what I experienced in class with the home environment. I understand they were trying to discourage relying on recipes, but the handout was rarely referenced during class and it seemed not to be the chef's own recipe? As a beginner to many of these dishes, I found it difficult to recreate some of them on my own. A few yrs later I remember certain things like knife skills, seasoning tips, and how friendly the other students were (belated thank you to my table partner who sliced my live lobster's head for me because I was too squeamish)

We were cooking with beer but they didn't show case or mention the beer, seemed like the teacher was learning the recipe herself ... The staff was nice and attentive, but the reason for my one star review is due to their lack of care for health and safety standards. They don't tell everyone to wash their hands (nor did I see them wash their hands when handling food)...they say they pre-rinsed the fruits and veggies but the stickers were still on it...and the biggest issue and reason for my one star review was that the chef dropped one of the steaks on the floor, wiped if off with a towel and put it back on the grill and served it!!!

They are able to manage a large group of kids in a very organized manner and are excellent and patient teachers. Each and every time that I pick them up I'm shocked by how much they were able to make in the two and a half hours that they were there. They are currently in the Italian week camp and have made homemade pizzas, pastas and sauces from scratch, flatbreads, salads, sorbet, cookies, etc. My kids are 9 (twins), but we also brought friends this summer. One is in his last year of middle school and enjoyed the class just as much as the younger kids. Truly, such a wonderful experience for them! Thank you so much, Chef Tech!

When I went to pick up my friend's kid, he was very excited for what he cooked. I got to try some of the pizza he made and honestly, the crust was better than a lot of the pizza joints out there and the crust I've made before. He's in the older class (pre teens and teens) and seemed to enjoy cooking with them. Afterwards, the front desk told us about the different classes and programs.
