I don't get this place and after living here 12 years and trying them numerous times I never will. They are consistent. It's always the same. Good sauce good cheese....but the CRUST . You may as well put the sauce and cheese on the cardboard box and throw it in the oven. Always hard as a rock. Whether you get the square, a regular pie, a grandma pie...whatever. The crust is the absolute WORST CRUST I've ever had. It's fucking horrible. And it sucks because the rest of the pizza is good. Place is always packed. Always. So one bad review ain't stopping that. I just don't get it. How do people not complain about this crust? Must be adding too much of something or not enough of something. But I've never had such a tasteless hard to eat crust. Tried again last night and from the first bite my wife and I had the same reaction. The crust is inedible. It's no joke. Get the grandma pie and tell me it's not like eating cardboard covered in sauce and cheese. Again this place is always packed. Can't wait for Roundpie to open where they used to be and put a dent in this place. I've come to the conclusion there are no good delivery places in Old Bridge. Tried them all. And Grana (used to be Ciros) lost it too. Great to stay. Horrible delivered. Krispy home of the concrete crust. This place is absolutely beautiful inside!!! Newly renovated with lots of room. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had. My personal favorite is the vodka slice but even their regular slice is super delicious. I'll be back to try every slice they have and work my way down the menu read more

The best! We always order from Krispy. Never have an issue with our orders. Love the Krispy salad with chicken. They have fast delivery and everything tastes fresh. The meals are good too. Krispy is the go to pizzeria in the Old Bridge area. I heard they also opened a new location just off Rt 9 S in Freehold. My favorites: The Grandma Pie. It's like a thinner crust Sicilian with a great sauce and mozzarella and basil. Comes in square pieces. The Fresh Mozzarella pie is just like a Margarita. I order it with extra basil. Really excellent! My 3rd favorite is the Vodka Pie. That wonderful vodka sauce combined with their creamy mozzarella is fantastic! My wife also likes their Philly Cheesesteak pie. I tried it and it's also very good. Hint: If you get it delivered or pick it up and bring it home, buy yourself a round pizza stone. By the time you get it home the box tends to make it less krispy by steaming itself. Heat your oven and stone to 400 degrees. When you get it home put a few slices on the stone for a minute or so and voila, nice and krispy again! For heating up next day, warm up a good size frying pan. Put one slice in at a time and cover with a lid. The pan will make the crust krispy again and the lid will melt the cheese. Hope this was a help. Mangia, mangia! read more

Completely disappointed with the service with Krispy. I ordered my food over the phone at 8:04pm they told me 25 minutes it will be ready for pickup. By 8:30pm I was there and paid for my food. My pie was then accidentally given to somebody else and had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. During this wait period other customers waiting told me the same thing happen to them. This isn't the first time this had happen to me personally it had happen several time. I stop going to Krispy for this reason previously. I figured I would go back and give them another shot, figuring things would have changed with them moving to a larger facility. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. Even with their amazing food they do have, the service today has lost a customer for life. read more

Was like "Oh look, another gimmicky looking pizza joint. Whatevs let's just eat quick and keep on keepin on. " Proceeded to order Grandma slice. Took a bite. Whoooaaaaaa. I ordered from here tonight. The girl I talked to on the phone it took 5 minutes to understand that I wanted a salad not salad pizza. They gave me a pick up number . When my husband went to pick it up they said no order. Then they gave my salad without the balsamic vinaigrette we requested. They gave oil and didn't close the container which leaked all over. Now this is New York pizza in the burbs of New Jersey. This place isn't really as much of a restaurant but they do have a seating area for a quick lunch. There are TVs broadcasting CNN or ESPN. The staff is friendly and relatively quick. Not only a "Cash only" pizza shop they accept credit and debit cards. The pizza is thin and crispy not that thick doughy crust. I strongly recommend the grandma pie or the chicken parm pie. Their prices are reasonable and they do also deliver. read more

What an EXCELLENT selection of fantastic pizzas, subs, salads, and other dishes! The food is sooooo good. It tastes just like Italian food from downtown NYC. (In other words, it tastes like it's SUPPOSED to.) The cheese and sauce and dough and crust and pasta and meats and subs and salads and everything...just too good to believe. Even though it's usually crowded, there's plenty of room and places to sit...it's comfortable and clean...the staff is polite and fast and very knowledgeable about the food (and the young man who served me pronounced the Italian menu names correctly, which is very important to me for cultural reasons. I won't eat at a place where they say, "MAH-zer-EL-luh", "ri-CAH-tuh", or "PRAH-see-YOU-toe".) My favorite selection is the large spinach salad. It's HUGE!! I love the presentation, the dressing is perfect and delicious, the spinach is crisp and green and gorgeous, and the tasty chicken strips are just the right blend of firm and soft, not too thin or too thick. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend coming here for any reason, ranging from a quick casual lunch break for yourself, to a birthday meal for several friends.
