Husband had the soft shell crab. When he ordered it, our waitress came back to our table and asked if he wanted the crawfish étouffée on top or the blackend shrimp. He was confused as he was under the impression, it didnt come with that, since it wasn't stated on the menu. He told her he guessed he would take the black and shrimp, but to please put them on the side, he did not want anything to interfere with the taste of the crab. When we received our ticket, we had been charged for the blackened shrimp. We asked our waitress about it and she told us she would remove them for us, because she thought that they came with the meal as well and it was a mistake in the system. When she brought us our new ticket to the table, she said well I guess your blackened shrimp are just on me tonight, super rude with a bad attitude and left! We were both stunned by this gesture. The crab left a lot to be desired, he would not order again, his green beans also needed salt and lacked overall flavor. Overall we give it a 5.5/10. Minden desperately needs a restaurant, but this one missed the mark for us.
